Fragrance flower shop, Nagpur ruined my Mother' Day! I had ordered a vase of PINK Asiatic Lillies with Red Roses on 9th May through FNP for Rs.1500. This shop had almost a week to source the flowers. If the flowers weren't available, like other FNP florists, he should have informed FNP and asked me to select another product or flowers. Neither did he send me the Pink Lillies nor called me to ask if I need anything else, and I called him 3 times today for timely delivery. He could have told me then that Pink is not available. He gave OFF WHITE BUDS OF LILLES instead of Pink bloomed ones and was very rude over phone and so was the lady that picked up the phone! He hung up on me, saying that he would be ok if he had received this and should I have any problem, I can contact FNP! If you can't execute orders, why do you take orders!!! Worst experience, and spoilt my Mothers'day, whose name is Lily and hence I had ordered fully bloomed Pink Lilles!! I am also posting a picture of what was ordered and what was received! Not worth the hard earned money at all!!! (P.S.- Giving 1 star just to post this, but I want to give none) Edit: After raising a complaint over call and sending images of what was received over email and a lot of follow up on calls and emails over hours, FNP did refund my amount and apologize for the bad experience. I hope this was one rare bitter experience and wish to have better ones in future!

Third Class Shop In Nagpur...Nd Also So Expencive I wanted to give surprise my fiancé on his birthday I ordered Cadbury, flower pot and greeting card i asked shop owner can you please mention my name on greeting card as I’m not their to do that she said yes i will do that but once I transferred the amount for which i have purchased... her behaviour is changed she doesn’t have manners how speak with her customer she promised me i will do all things which i have told her but she didn’t do that greeting card was empty my fiancé didn’t understand who sent the surprise for him chocolate was melt as distance of her shop and destination was only 5 min far she is arrogant I called ☎️her many times for delivery after that she sent the gifts it is totally fraud with the customers.will suggest new buyers don’t spoil your love once special day to make him/ her surprise from this Third Class Shop (Ferns N Patel )

I tried not to post a review just to ruin somebody's image. First positive things: cake delivered was fresh and tasty, got delivered safely without breaking. Now negative things: I called mr. Piyush rajankar for the cake at 10am, he received the call and asked to whatsapp him. After this misery started. He did not replied to messages for 2 2 hrs. Plus kept disconnecting my calls. Finally i said "jane do bhaiya aap jyada hi busy lag rahe ho!" Then finally he replied and delivered the cake, but by that time most of the guests were gone and 1kg cake we had to throw out. Again i contacted him on 2nd August 22. I wanted to send a good rakhi hamper for my brother. He said he will send details "Tomorrow" and today is 30th August, no details from him . They need to improvise their attitude. This is totally unprofessional.

Embarrassment Delivered and Not Cake for my friend's Niece My friend Ashwajeet ordered a 2 KG cake yesterday for birthday of his niece who is 9 years old. The time slot to for delivery was 2 pm to 6 pm. His niece with 20 of her friends kept kept waiting for the cake. Due to poor services of ferm and Petal and not delivering the cake of time her niece kept crying for hours .The cake was never delivered. When he made the complaint, the Fern and Petal has blocked him. They are big fraud and not reliable. If you dont want to miss your promise or surprise, dont consider them ever, I am sure you will also have similar story if you order through them. I just want to ask..."When they have broken the heart of a nine yeat old child, will only Apologizes will help her to get her birthday celebration back?? Totally disappointed...

I order a cake for my grandparents's anniversary and it said they would Send a fresh cake but the next day when they do deliver it wasn't fresh at all and it had hairs in it. My parents called the company to complain about this matter and they said they will talk to the vendor but the vendor didn't properly apologize to my grandparents. They clearly said that there cake was fresh whereas it wasn't. I never want to order from this place again unless they can fix their contacts and their service.

When I entered the store I met MR. Digambar he was very helpful..... In terms of all thing and I give a big salute to him & respect from heart.. He cannot listen & speak.... But he can do anything like normal people... And the owner who has appoint him is a great person........ Mr digambar keept it up keep u r hardworking go on explore........

Worst quality and service. And do not respond after payment is done. Fraudsters. I dont mind paying them extra for flowers but need quality. Thery charge extra and do not provide quality also. I have used their service twice and both the time they have done the same thing.

I brought around 5 bunches of flowers which were fine and also at decent rate. They gave us right advise since our function was on the next day. I was expecting a packing but it was not done for some reason.

Got to know about the place from a friend and I'm flattered. You get to customize the banquet as you wish, in the budget you want and the owner is kind too.

Costly flowers Bouquets and Very poor, casual service to the customers. Do not apply their mind to make bouquet.They may not give even bills.

If you want to buy best cream please visit ' fnpCakes n desire ' as they only sell cream with littleor rather no cake in it
