I absolutely love this store. I will start off by saying everything in this store I name brand. They have really affordable prices and great sales. I always go around this time of year to buy the kids back to school shoes. Around this time of year they have bogo which means but one get one half off. Now most stores exclude clearance not this store. Even if it's clearance it's buy one get one. Now I am a single mom with 3 beautiful children. So buying shoes can get expensive for my household. So being able to buy name brand shoes that originally were 60.00 for $10 is as my uncle would say bananas!!! Not only that but I'd I find another shoes equal or less I'm getting another pair for $5.00.... plus if I have a coupon I can also use my coupon ☺️ like I'm jumping just writing this..... I bought these 8 pairs of shoes for $70.00 I found a pair of shoes in clearance for $5.00 and I found the same pair in my other son size I bought both pairs for $7.50.... c'mon man God is good!!!!

The store staff were friendly and helpful. Angel is a hidden gem. Angel was attentive without being overbearing. Angel was knowledgeable of the merchandise and offered my son alternative suggestions. Angel also spoke to directly to my son and assisted him based on his preferences not mine, which was cool. My son also wants a pair of Crocs that Angel had him try on. Angel even assisted us to try and locate a shoe at the Bay Plaza location and saved us a trip by confirming they did not have the 1 item indicated. We purchased 2 pair of shoes (Adidas slides & Nautralizer boots) at this location. We will definitely return soon to purchase those crocs. Angel thank you for your hospitality and professionalism. God bless you. We had an awesome experience. P.S. There was another young lady & young man whom were also friendly and helpful. You have a great team of staff at this location, they work well together!

This is the first time I ever stepped into a Famous Footwear; will be my last! I was greeted with unprofessionalism by the security guard. She made me feel like if I was stealing which I expressed to her " You're making me feel uncomfortable! " She was yelling from across the store at me but still at this point I didn't know who she was because she didn't identify herself or had the proper attire to show her authority. She wouldn't stop yelling at me. She was on her phone the whole time I was there and kept intimidating me by talking under her breath and staring at me the whole time I was there because I asked for corporate number.

Please do not order to pickup or buy in store during Covid-19 unless you have time or patience. They only allow one person at a time, at least one hour waiting outside. They don't have a system for people who are there only to pick up online orders. I waited one hour just to get my order, the cashier area was empty and when I finally got in it took literally 4 minutes to get it. Manger response: "We are not the only ones doing this, we understand your frustration" Helloooo, thousands are getting the vaccine daily. We are not in March 2020, we are in April 2021. Not recommended.

I went to shoe shop for my kids. They didn't told me or at least have a sign saying (20 min) for shopping. If you ever go to this store. Make sure you now what you want because you only get 20min to shop. And theres another thing theres a waiting line. So if it rain bring an umbrella. Oh, and another thing they have a lunch break from 3pm -4pm. I HOPE THIS WAS USEFUL

Didn't get a chance to go in, doors was locked and had a sign saying close due to covid. It was open, lights on, no customers inside and all this 3hrs before closing. Went to Fabco to buy women and children's boots instead. This was my 1st time wanting to check out Famous Footwear. I guess I will have to wait some other time when its open to customers in-person shopping.

OK one Day I was just getting off the Bus and look in tot he window and I liked what I seen so I went in and OH boy did I find some Barges and more so I was looking for a new Back Pack and they had some one Sale so I got two and I' will be going Back to get More and save Money OH TA I"LL be going Shopping There so Come on in and se what you can Find

Don’t come here. I purchased a pair of shoes and tried to do the in store pickup. When I came to pick up during the normal hours of operations, the store was closed. No notice on the door or notice on the website. I paid money in transportation just to have my time and money wasted. Don’t come here. Unprofessional and poor business practices.

they gaff a bogo going on & a few days before I had bought some sandals. They let you come back any day before the sale is over & purchase the 2nd pair. I went thru several shoe styles but couldn't find the pair my granddaughter liked in her size. Settled for something else

Associates are friendly. The store limits admittance to 10 people at a time for COVID-19 raisons, however, I think it could do more business been stricter on mask policy for employees and customers and allow more people in busy times.

Emanuel helped me with all my needs, he was on point with what I need because of him I'm definitely going to bring my family and friends there to shop. Customer service was great from the floor till it was time for me to checkout.

Their selection of styles and sizes need serious improvement as well as more employees to help, there's never anybody on the floor, and what's the point of 3 registers when there's literally only 2 employees in the whole store?!

Famous Footwear is my new go to store! The sales person was friendly, polite, and professional. The prices were excellent for new model of sneakers. I purchased three pairs of sneakers, for under $300.00

A good amount of selection for kids, men and women. Its near Starbucks, restaurants, Fordham university, metro north, and public transportation. There is no free parking near by.

I don’t know if it’s inflation or I’m just getting old but I remember when a pair of Nike air ones were $100. Now they want $150!? Maybe I’m just going to switch sneaker brands.

Terrible service. They went on lunch break and had customers waiting on a long line in the summer heat. They returned from lunch at 4pm . Never seen this anywhere else.

Store was neat and clean, staff was not the friendliest, and couldn't find my size in everything i liked. Sales associate did tell me i can order the same shoes online.

There was a line to go in. And the cashier took way too long. Each customer took about 10/15 mins to be rung up. Other than that, clean store, helpful staff.

I have been trying to reach the store by phone for 2 days. They never answer the phone and after 5 rings, it just hangs up. Someone answer the damn phone!!

I'm in that store as if I work there. Weekly therapy for me. Minus one star because I would like to see more children cloths, especially dresses.

This small outpost of the discount shoe chain is a good spot for sales but doesn't have a huge selection, especially for boys.

They have a a variety of shoes I like. You can get a really good deal when it is buy one get the other half off for clearance.
