Never shop at this store!!!! My husband bought a coat for me less than 24 hours ago it did not fit. I went to take it back with receipt and tags still attached. They told me they could not take it back because it smelled like smoke which is so not true. Neither one of us smoke and the coat had not been anywhere else. On my way out of the mall I ask the security guard if the coat smelled like smoke and he said absolutely not.The coat was to small. So I guess I have a coat that serves as no purpose. This coat was for my Xmas present. Merry Xmas to me.

The young fellas worked really hard to get us late folks in and out. We got there 10 minutes before closing, and they still made us feel comfortable as if the store just opened. The supply of shoes was somewhat low, but that's to be expected due to the start of all schools this week. It's upstairs on the second level I believe. There's not enough signs in the mall that tell you where to find what store unless it's the big giant map at the end of the 6 mile mall. Great customer service, great sale prices. Great Kids working hard!

I have been standing here for 21 minutes and the boy who looks like the weekend but gay just keeps looking at me but not asking if i need any help as for that no employees have said a single word to me so i was here to buy 6 pairs of shoes but it looks like im going to be walking out of the store not buying anything. With another employee standing behind me watching me type this and still has not a word to say im over it so im out have a wonderful day

Horrible service....had to ask to try on shoes..around 15 minutes to get the shoes. Then they brought the wrong size! Asked to try on another pair and they came back and said they didn't have the size and walked away...didn't see if there was something else I wanted to try on. The person that helped us at the check out did good. Everyone else has some stuff to figure out!

Finish Line has went downhill and continuing to go downhill. The stores very dirty empty and was very dated shoes and apparel. I know we're coming out of a pandemic but other locations and other stores can get the merch. This one continues to be behind the times and dirty

The black women working there was very rude and had a bad attitude I just asked for help and she was walking off or acting like she didn't care it was weird the other associate was very professional and I got the help I needed why come to work if you're not going to work

Sorry guy's... My first review wasn't meant for Finish Line... Lol.... This place is ok. Update this store and it's employees are very rude and disrespectful.. Their customers service is awful I recommend shopping somewhere else.

Staff was rude. I was trying to spend money there and the employee that was supposed to help me completely ignored my questions and was plain rude. I took my money elsewhere and will never return to this location

I always love shopping at finish line but now that they are not located in Greenwood mall no more I just order off line the other Mall's around me don't carry the shoes I like so I just get em online …

I love finish lines shoes, they are very well organized. They always have what I am looking for. I've made very many purchases from Finish Line. I'm always left satisfied with their services.

Good experience as always coming in here. Helpful staff... not too pushy... store is clean and the shoes are cleaner. Will be coming back again and again.

The staff wears sports jerseys yet they DO NOT sell those jerseys. That is marketing mistake 101. Have your employees wear items customers can buy!!!

Very good line of shoes n clothing good prices help was there as soon as you walk in n wasn't afraid to help you find what you wanted

Inventory feels kind of low. Or the store is that big I guess. They don't seem to ever be too crowded which is nice.

This mall is dying and the staff was short. But the staff was super helpful and did all they could to be awesome.

Nice friendly employees that greet you at the door. If you need to try shoe's on they are pretty good and fast

If you're going to buy any shoes from them make sure you bring money because they are very expensive

Well the Finish Line at Polaris is no longer there. The place that replaced it is no good.
