Unfortunately it wasn't what I thought, the service was terrible in person! For my wife's birthday, I headed to Shopping Paralela this morning. The attendant seemed in a bad mood, as she didn't pay me the slightest attention, nor did she explain what the bouquet would be like. I'm off to buy somewhere else!

The person responsible for the Cashier on 06/12/19 seemed like she was doing everyone she served a favor. A terrible bad mood. No cordiality, no care and dealing with people. Unfortunately I bought from them as there was no other option closer.

I ordered a bouquet of wildflowers with white canvas that I didn't want with crepe paper and they added yellow and crepe paper... absurd

Terrible communication and they do not respect the customer's wishes. I do not recommend.
