Spent a significant amount of time going over everything needed for a memorial service, including the colors on every item. On a large spray ($194.00) the colors were random and didn't match the centerpieces as requested. When I called I was told that I was not clear. I mentioned it to my friend that was with me and she was astonished and quite upset that the rep had the gall to say it wasn't made clear. "It couldn't have been clearer". During one call back I asked for a credit and the amount Christi offered was a joke. The total order for this memorial was almost $1000.00. After several calls to have a credit processed I noticed that I was charged AGAIN 13 days later additional money. Then on the same day I received that amount as a credit. I called 15 days later and Christi asked if I received the credit. I did FOR THE AMOUNT SHE CHARGED ERRONEOUSLY. I never received any credit towards the purchase. I guess I must dispute the charge on my credit card. I can't even begin to explain how crazy all the calls were. I was interrupted constantly, my daughter tried unsuccessfully to get it straightened out and she was contantly interrupted, on and on.....

Cesar delivered this elegant arrangement with care, giving tips to make the bouquet last as long as possible. He was very friendly, timely and respectful. This was a gift for me and I would like to say that I scanned the user-friendly website to find a place to send my thanks in a "Contact Us" tab and realized that the stellar review would do just as well...perhaps even better. The arrangements I viewed are simple yet stunning. When looking to send an arrangement, I will be sure to find Flowers by Coley again. I review businesses often and would like to give my compliments to the florist wo put this arrangement together as well as to the person responsible for hiring this gentleman that they put their trust in to deliver each beautifully arranged piece of living art. I ordered the FTD "Big Hug Birthday Bouquet" and paid extra for the "better" size which was supposed to have more flowers including RED ROSES and look full here is the description from FTDs website: "Full of color and life to let them know the party has started, this fresh flower arrangement brings together yellow Asiatic Lilies, red roses, red carnations, yellow chrysanthemums, red mini carnations, blue iris, and lush greens to create an eye-catching display. "........and the local florist (Flowers by Coley) delivered what I considered to be a watered down cheaper version without the "red roses" as advertised in the description. I called FTD to complain and they had to pickup the original flowers before they delivered a new bouquet which was STILL MISSING THE RED ROSES!! Flowers by Coley I'm very disappointed in you this was supposed to be a surprise birthday arrangement and turned out to be an embarassment.

Wow! This place was way more spacious than I thought it'd be, and they have so many cool things. They have adult themed gifts, quirky decor, the cutest purses, and stuff in different price ranges. Some of this stuff you could find in North Park or Hillcrest shops. I definitely know where I'll be doing some of my holiday shopping. The main reason why I came in was to buy some flowers, due to someone's passing. I walked in the freezer with the lady that helped me pick the flowers to make a bouquet, and she worked with my budget ($80). I even had some spare change, so I ended up buying a candle and luxury bar of soap (just as a little self-care token for the person I also bought the flowers for). Cute store.

I selected this merchant based off the unique flowers that were pictured online and was excited to see what would be created; however, I am extremely dissatisfied by what was delivered. The black background (first photo) was what I was expecting but I received generic pale roses that I could have gotten from a grocery store. I also ordered the premium option but it appears to be standard with few flowers . I understand and read the fine print that flowers may be substituted, but this is underwhelming and deceiving. I will not be ordering from here going forward and would not recommend it to anyone.

I've ordered from this florist a few times after just finding them online and the recipients have always been very pleased with the beautiful arrangements. Our latest delivery was an additional fee due to the location being further away, however I thought Coley's offerings were far and above other florists closer to the recipient's address and I was happy to pay a bit more. Her stuff is just prettier and more modern than other florists I've browsed and prices are competitive. I've never had an issue with delivery and receive email confirmation during the process. I'll continue to use them.

I ordered premium upgraded flowers with proteas for a special friend but they weren’t available due to limitations with Covid. I received a call to see if it would be alright to substitute. The gentleman on the phone was great and noted that I wanted more of the rustic look. My friend was so impressed with the beautiful flowers she received for her Birthday. She said it was the most beautiful flower arrangement she’s ever received from anyone. Thank you Flowers by Coley! You delivered and exceeded my expectations!!

I had never had problems with this flower shop until today. I ordered flowers at 8am and still flowers have not been delivered. I live in Texas and my granddaughter lives is San Diego. I order flowers every year for her, I'm so upset. I called several times to see what was happening and the last call I told them to just cancel the order and they hung up on me. I called back and they never picked up the phone. It was almost 8pm my time. I want my money back!

Fantastic service and results, as always. Even through an online order, they are super-responsive and actually read notes included in the orders, unlike a lot of competitors. If there's ever an issue or specific request to make, I've always had a super easy time just calling them and talking to someone. They come through time and time again. Oh, and the flowers and arrangements are always full, beautiful, and last for many days.

I love this place! It's much more than a flower shop, as it has cute jewelry, household items, lotions, perfumes, and many more cute trinkets. It's a great place to visit during lunch and relieve stress. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice. Kristy , the owner, recently helped me choose a low maintenance indoor plant for my new apartment and she was absolutely right...it's still alive and growing :)

Do Not work for this location in Clairemont as a delivery driver she won't tell you that she pays you whenever she is good and ready. As a non contracted driver who is being paid cash you should be paid the same day for services. Christie will lie and say she hasn't been paid for the flowers yet....but every delivery has been paid for by credit card and those payments go through immediately.

Flowers are as advertised, always fresh and top grade, arrangements and designs are very creative and beautiful. I would of giving them a 5 star but pricees are higher than most online orders, and sometimes 1 employee can make it look bad for the organization, some people are not meant to be in customers service, however, there delivery is always on time and their product speaks for itself.

This is probably my favorite go to flower shop. They are extremely nice and are always professional. The owner always has a smile on her face and is happy to help even at the end of the day when she is about to close. Flowers by Coley does amazing and beautiful bouquets that have saved my butt more than once when I forget an anniversary or birthday. From roses to tulips she can do it all.

I have been searching for a wonderful florist to send my mother flowers in Irvine and today I chose Flowers by Coley and events not only did my arrangement look exactly like the picture it was stunning, but they got it there in a couple of hours. Ordered flowers on 7/11/23 for delivery on 7/13/23 for a client's 60th wedding anniversary. Received an email at 5:46pm saying floweres were delivered. Clients were home all day - NO flowers were ever delivered. Cannot get a returned phone call or email from owner. Have used this florist many times over the past years and have had great service. So disappointed!!

This place is phenomenal! It is so much for than a flower shop. The music, the whole feel of the space is just so calming and Kristy is so sweet! This place is an oasis. They have a great selection of specialty soaps and accessories. There are so many things to choose from. If you are in the area I highly recommend you stopping by and not just for flowers. <3

I came in the day before to request a flower arrangement for my Mom’s birthday. I came in with a photo and was hoping they be able to make something similar. I’m so happy with how the arrangement turned out. It is so beautiful and my mom was so happy. The photo really does not do it justice. It is more beautiful in-person :) I will definitely be back again.

We found this shop due to its proximity to our event. I can say I'm absolutely amazed by them. I needed flowers quickly and not only did they provide flowers but they shared expirences with us. They have a great shop too! The arrangement itself was impressive, however the fragrance was what really put it over the top. My car still smells extraordinary.

I ordered the premium Wondrous Life Bouquet. Good news: it was delivered on time. Bad news: it was in sad shape. For the most expensive option, it only had 10 roses that were browning and one flower. Even the event planner said I should complain. I was more embarrassed to give this gift of dying flowers at a funeral than to give nothing at all.

Coley's is a great florist. Their arrangements are beautiful. You can order online and have flowers delivered to someone. The store is really nice with a large selection of gifts. I think I've bought from Coley's for Christmas, mother's day and graduation leis in June. Everything I've ordered has been on time and beautiful.

I liked that I walked into the store, where I was hoping to just buy a ready made small bouquet, a lady stopped what she was doing, gave me ideas for Gerber daisies and then whipped together a beautiful arrangement for me!! The store is usually bustling with activity, and it was nice to be treated well as a walk in.

These flowers are soooo bad!!! It looks like they picked up a $15 arrangement from Sams club and threw them in a vase! Not not waste your money or use this place. Totally took advantage of out of state buyer who bought them for a gift. The arrangement looks nothing like anything they have posted on their website.

Used Bloomnation because sometimes the big flower companies just don’t deliver good bouquets! Flowers by Coley had a beautiful Sweet Tea bouquet delivered in a tea cup & saucer with a chocolate truffle for my friends 50th Birthday! My girlfriend was pleasantly surprised and loved loved the presentation by Coley!

My parents bought me an $85 arrangement and they drop off a $20 one with no balloon. Their customer service is horrible and are money hungry mongrels. Great little flower shop. Was please to see they were still taking orders for delivery and pick up at their stores during COVID19. Made my request and payment over the phone then met them at the door for pick up. I would rather shop local then buying flowers at the grocery stores.

I was in a pinch while in town for a corporate meeting and needed a last minute centerpieces and Coley came through flawlessly and providing exactly what I needed. I don't recommend last minute but if you are in a bind and need a great product I highly recommend Coley.

Delivery guy rang the doorbell, i opened the door and see the flowers on the ground and him almost running to his car. Absolutely horrible service. Flowers were damaged and water was leaking. Definitely would not recommend. See pictures below.
