Lack of customer services, the security guards are the worst both from the liquor store and supermarket. So disrespectful and don't care whether the store loses money or not when we walk out. They are the closest to my place of residence but I would rather drive elsewhere than to be treated that way.

It's okey and convenient for me but if you want to withdraw money they say you have to buy otherwise their system won't accept the withdrawal which is ridiculous i wish someone from management will explain that to me not store managers someone higher.

I had no cash when I went to the shop had my bank card planning to swipe things I needed also do cashback so when I get there ask for that all the cashier said they don't have money worse thing the atm was not working at all I had to go home …

To be honest, I'm so impressed to shop in this store. I get everything, there's no need to go far, like Isipingo, Wenklespruit, etc. The main problem for now, if they can prioritize the car parking, I don't see any other problem.

I had to wait for a long time before l got to the teller ecause there were only two tellers available serving a lot of people. If all tellers could be open at all times, it would ease the situation.

Their service is very poor customer service is bad from 2020 i once met very rude cashier .even now their seevice is very poor you stand in a que for about 30 minutes while we were only 6 in a que.

I found what i was looking for. The cashier was friendly to me. Within 15 minutes i was out of the store. Keep it up for serving our society and to have stock when you have specials.

Uhmmmm I'm not sure about this. Maybe it's just convenient for the locals. I couldn't find anything edible here. I work close-by these days and I couldn't even get lunch

The Shop is clean and convenient for you a quick small shopping,if you're around the Folweni are it could be ideal to visit the place for shopping and cash withdrawals

One of the cleanest Boxer stores I've encountered. Their service is immaculate. I'd definitely recommend people from Folweni and surrounding areas to give it a try.

1 wrong thing: They don't use parcel counter... Customer's parcels are not kept safe... Left right on the dirty floor with security guards outside.

Old people has t quee for hours there is no network...question is why are they still advertising their specials,hence they have s problem..

The staff is friendly,it easy to find the place but when it comes to parkings they still need to work on that

I buy my groceries at boxer I love the bulk buys . I always buy more for less. it saves me a lot of money.
