A jar had fallen upside down into the kitchen sink drain hole at such an angle, it could not be retrieved. After 2 weeks of waiting in vain for a miracle to push the jar up and out the sink, I noticed a Frankie's Plumbing van parked in front of the condominium building. I surprised myself by taking note of the phone number adhered to the van's side, I never considered these displayed ads and numbers to be useful. The call was immediately answered, we shared a chuckle about my dilemma, and as luck would have, he was working on a unit on the same floor; he came over within 10 minutes, graciously examined the stuck jar, the drain and brilliantly unscrewed the garbage disposer to free the jar from its confines, inspected the final product to ensure there were no leaks, and thus ended the saga of the unlucky jar. He accepted no money for his time and heroic effort. His kind gesture, professionalism and problem-solving skills gained this customer's loyalty and future business. This type of good, local business should be supported by our community.

Frankie lives in our neighborhood. We consider him a neighbor and a friend. That said, any plumbing work he has done for us has been professional and to high standards. Any advice he has given us for required/necessary future work has been pragmatic and sensible and based on a thorough evaluation of the problem. Some other plumbers might give you a worst case scenario to run up a bill, but we can always count on Frankie’s professionalism and integrity to do the right thing. Whenever we have a plumbing issue, big or small, we don’t hesitate to call Frankie. Update: Frankie just replaced the cast iron pipes under our house (a difficult job with little space to maneuver under the house), and installed a new bathroom sink. He and Hector worked a very long day to get the work done. Very dedicated and professional.

Tried Frankie's after the plumber I had scheduled cancelled on me, and he had the lowest estimate of the three plumbers I'd called that morning. My heart sank when he called at 5 to say that other job would keep him later than our scheduled 3-5pm arrival time, because I thought I'd have to wait another day; but he said he'd come at 6 and then he did, completing the job at about 7:30pm. He was very apologetic for the late arrival and did a great job for us, even mentioning a few other problems that he had noticed and saying that we should be able to fix those ourselves, if we didn't want him to take care of them for us. All in all, a great experience, and we'll be using him again.

I've had multiple great experiences with Frankie's Plumbing, the first was a bursted pipe the day after I got home from a road trip, the next was the upgrade and replacement of my old hot water heater, and then there was the deteriorated flange from my upstairs bathroom, I've evn recommended Frankie's to a friend who had a great experience with him, I personally told the man that any plumbing issues, he's my guy. Nobody likes having plumbing issues, but it helps to have good old reliable Frankie's Plumbing at your service when you need them! I've had a few plumbing projects to fix since we moved into our house & I'm sure glad I can pick up the phone and 100% rely on somebody that I can trust. Good people, hard working & always on time...and if that changes they will let you know. What else can you ask for?

Frankie'd installed a full fledged TOTO toilet and the valve on the water supply. H, the plumber who did the job arrived on time, was very polite and did a thorough job of installing the toilet and replacing the valves, answered all my questions and cleaned up after leaving the place spotless. Very happy with their service and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I contacted Frankie from seeing his buisness card posted in a Condo Complex Downtown SD. There was a comment left on there that he did excellent work and had reasonable prices. I would agree 100% I called him last minute and he squeezed me in the same day. I was happy with his work and for sure has reasonable prices. Thank you Frankie for saving the day last minute.

Hector and Frankie are so educated and so great at what they do! I was lucky enough to find them through a referral for the high rise I lived in previously and when I needed them to help with installing my washer and dryers once I moved out into a single family residence they knew exactly what to do. So knowledgeable and it feels great to support a small business!

I had a clogged shower drain and had called several companies to get assistance, every company was either to busy or overly priced. Hector was awesome. He made quick work of my 2 issues and thoroughly tested both to make sure they worked. He also explained what was happening to them and showed me how to fix one of the issues which was minor in case it happens again. I would definitely recommend them.
