I love fried chicken so I was very excited to see this place across the street from my optometrist....but a big disappointment it was. The guy at the cash was super nice but didn't seem to understand questions or basic asks. I spent $21.07 and I ordered the chicken burger and poutine to which he asked if I wanted spicy or not, I said yes to spicy. Moving on I waited a bit which is fine I don't mind waiting at all - fresh is best. The poutine was great, lots of cheese, fries could be cooked a little more but not really any complaints on the poutine. So the burger. Wow. It was horrible... remember how I ordered spicy? They put regular instead of spicy mayo. I did a takeout order so I didn't see until I got home. But besides that the chicken was SO overcooked like tremendously overcooked, so dry, I could barely bite it much less chew it. In addition to that all I could taste was coleslaw?? I'm not sure but it seemed to me that instead of lettice they just put coleslaw..though this could have been a miscommunication between me and the guy at the cash because when I asked a question he did think I said something about coleslaw- to which I said no and repeated my question but anyways. Would not recommend.

Actually so disappointing. I bought a chicken burger and a poutine. I paid $20 for the combo. The poutine was fine. I started there and was pretty excited to move on to the chicken burger. I opened up the chicken burger to be a little confused when half of the bun felt a little flat and empty. The chicken burger took up about 50% of the bun. Whatever. No big deal. But when I bit into the burger I swear I could have broken a tooth. The chicken was about 5 cm thin. The driest hardest chicken I’ve ever bitten into. Biting into a rock would have felt better. I’ve attached a picture & video because I can’t really believe it myself. The fact that someone had to pick up the piece of chicken, notice how tiny thin and hard it was and still put it on my burger and served it to me is shocking. Just tell me you don’t have any chicken left so I can at least order something else. I threw it in the garbage and now I have to go find something else to eat.

We have been ordered from the store since mid July, and kept going back even it takes us 25 minutes driving there only for pick up. The chicken wings are our go to. So far, we have tried flavours: teriyaki, messy sweetheart️, club knockout️️, spicy Parmesan, and Smokey bbq (too salty) The fires is very crispy, just the same style if you get from the Costco food court. Onion ring is good, very crispy and good quantity! The regular fried chicken is not good, too dry…

I went there to try the breakfast and it was good. The service was good and with a smile, and the food and coffee was good. I think the waitress was laughing a bit because I was taking pictures of the menu and food, but despite them putting signs all over about their new breakfast, they had completely forgotten to put it online anywhere. So someone had to do it.

Had the combo 1. If your eating alone this is more than enough food..if you share its a decent portion for 2. In short pricing is fair..chicken had a nice crunch, was not dry at all. Tried the cajun fries, very tasty with a nice little kick! Their brown sauce is good but the side sauces like the BBQ and Garlic one were so so. In short its worth the price and its fresh plus it came with great sevice.

If you are going to get convo 3 - which is advertised as 4 pieces of chicken and fries, beware, it is a LOT of food for one person. I am writing this review a few days after, and I still feel full from eating it. The chicken I ordered was the spicy / boneless variety, highly recommend so you don’t have to deal with the bones (which can sometimes be sharp and dangerous) The chicken tasted fresh, the breading was well seasoned and not salty, on par with a KFC. With combo 3 you get a drink, dipping sauce and a small bowl of gravy. Overall it was good meal, all of the ingredients tasted fresh and well made.

I paid $47 for 2 combos. Delicious. The honey garlic chicken was tasty as well as the burger. The sweet potato fries were amazing. The poutine had a very generous amount of gravy. I highly recommend the chicken burger. It had a crunchy texture on the skin. Very nice and satisfying. Good seating with lots of light! I waited around 5-10 mins for the food. Worth the money!!!

I ordered the 2 piece non-spicy meal. It came with fries, gravy, ketchup and a canned drink. I normally get my fried chicken the grocery store. This fried chicken had Hella crrrrunch! It was cooked and moist inside. The fries have that great coating, ya know, the kind where you can eat them plain? I tried the gravy even though it not my thing. It had a nice beefy flavor and stuck to the fries. We're my fingers greasy at the end?? Yes, just like you want from fried chicken. The staff was friendly and packed my order in a paper bag with handles. Will definitely go back.

First time buying here. The chicken was good, meaty, and not greasy, so it was much better than the dirty bird at KFC. Pieces were a tad small, though, hence the four stars rather than five. Esh, the guy at the front cash, is a super-nice young man, and it was great to chat with him while my chicken was cooked to order. This place is lucky to have such a personable and likeable guy working for them.

One of the best fried chicken and wings in the town. Very well tailored to everyone’s choice of taste buds. The quality of the chicken (halal) is fresh and far better than any other fried chickens out there. Loads of menu to choose from and worth each penny. Must visit place!

I don’t what chicken they are using but it’s the biggest chicken pieces I ever had, it’s so well cooked. The chicken is incredibly moist and the outside is a nice golden brown with it being incredibly crispy. The fries are one of the best fries I’ve ever had and the fries alone are worth it. Cole slaw is the typical coleslaw taste and the biscuit was a little too dense/sweet for me. The gravy was bland and thin, had to cook it down and add salt to it. Overall, I am very pleased with my meal and the price is definitely worth it for the amount you’re getting.

If you are a chicken lover, this place is an amazing option to try. And I promise you gonna come back again. My favourite is combo 3 and chicken burger. The service was so cheerful and greets you with a great smile. The place is very hygienic to bring kids. It’s a good place to hangout with friends, sit peacefully and have an amazing food!

I went to the Fried Chicken Club for lunch with my friends. The staff was friendly and the location was great. We ate a chicken burger and chicken wings (suggested by the staff). I was astounded by the flavor and the chicken was incredibly fresh. I found that the wings were my favorites'. For their delicious and crispy chicken, I would heartily suggest this restaurant, and I look forward to returning.

Coffee was cold, eggs cooked in old oil, potatoes was probably re-cooked from the day before and bacon was half cooked. New server with no experience and was replaced with a rooky chef. The fries were the redeeming factor of this meal as I did not finish the chicken. The service was great I will admit, but this was a first and last for us for our chicken adventures

This place is amazing. The food is excellent. We had poutine, chicken strips, pasta, and fries. I brought my three-year-old grandson who was very picky and difficult. The owner went out of his way to make this little boy. Feel welcome and happy. Now this is my grandson‘s favourite place. Big thanks to the staff here for the great food and personal touch.

Some of the most incredible fried chicken I’ve ever had. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, get their spicy chicken for the best experience. Poutine is decent.

Finally got to try Fried Chicken Club for the first time and thought their fried chicken was delicious. Each bite had the perfect crunch of the crispy coating and the juicy and tender on the inside. It was a pretty good experience for me. Really enjoyed the cheesy corn too! Thought that complemented well with the chicken.

I was asked to pay for a ramekin of mayo to go along with my fries. Food was okay, typical restaurant supply frozen food fried and served to us. Nothing crazy. Gravy felt like a powdered mix was used. But seriously, asking to pay for a ramekin of mayo? Yikes.

This place is AMAZING !! The food is top notch. Everything is made to perfection!! Make sure you eat it fresh !! The sauces they have are a must try. The biscuits are not too good, they are cake like and sweet. And I have to mention the customer service is great, Amanda and Clare were amazing and very generous!!

Good service, I usually order spice chicken burger combo with coke on side. You can call in early to prepare your order and pick it up later, I like this service to avoid any waiting. Store is brand new and I can tell they are doing their absolute best to provide great service . Appreciate their efforts ☺️
