Recently been looking for a new gym and finally chose to sign up for Fuzion Fitness in Mississauga. I checked all the other gyms around my area - and, with the services, location, price, etc. I ended up choosing them. Here's my first 3 weeks: Staff - have been really great and accommodating - Samir and Akin were helping me with my million of questions before signing up - so they're patient! Hours - Weekdays they close at midnight - weekends they close at 7pm. Being a parent - wish their weekend closure time was a bit later (11pm). If you need 24/7 - or a later weekend gym closure - this may not be ideal for you (note to owner - would love a later closure time on weekends :) ) Parking - there are a lot of spaces around the gym. However, in the immediate distance to the gym - tends to be full in the evening/night (I think there is a bar/pool hall that takes up a lot of spaces at night) Clean gym - I haven't used the showers or steam room yet so can't comment but the space is really nice. Change rooms are big and seemed clean so far (or to my liking). I've seen discount gyms like Fit4Less/Planet Fitness and those change rooms are SMALL or not kept up - so big difference! Not everyone wipes down their equipment but they do offer you a personal bottle and towel to do so which is not common at any of the other places that I saw - so, I liked this a lot. Equipment - so far I've found everything I needed - sometimes you gotta wait a bit (I go late in evenings after 8pm) - but, early weekend mornings and the place is all yours! Some of the pulley systems are out of order (i think 2) but hoping they'll get fixed sooner than later. Amenities - They have change rooms/showers/steam rooms, classes (although wish they had more later in the night as I can't make any of them due to my kids and bed time routine), a Kids Room (I think you pay extra for it and they have hours), and then if you pay extra you can use Spartan. I was able to do a free trial of Spartan - and it's AWESOME! I just couldn't justify spending more money as I could only probably do it once per week :( (Note to owners - a class pass system would be great for people like me ;) ) Pricing - pretty fair pricing (they have 3 membership levels, their Base membership does not offer towels/massage chairs/scans/multi location). I took advantage of a "fire sale" where you pay up front an annual rate. I'm kicking myself though for not adding in the "towel, massage chairs" option (it was a few bucks additional) - as now I see a benefit for me for having that but the sale is over (and i'm past the 10 days grace period) :(. Anyways - if a fire sale is ever available again - highly recommend for new customers to upgrade it to also include the towel service and massage chairs (if it's within your budget). Trials - you can try the gym out for 3 days - highly recommend doing that and see what you think/feel. At least - this is what I got when i went in so maybe just ask? I think you can trial Spartan too (which is awesome btw). I tried both and helped me with my decision. Training - they do offer training sessions - I haven't gone to my initial assessment so I really can't comment yet on it or on the pricing. So - in a nutshell - this gym gets a 5 (if there was an option of 4.5, i'd probably give that only because of the weekend hours closing at 7pm - so that's my own personal preference as I have kids and put them to bed at that time and can only go after that). But thanks for a great 3 weeks so far!

The gym is truly great however I am very disappointed with how pushy management is with trying to lock you down with a year commitment. I understand most gyms want you to sign up for a year but there is always a month to month no commitment possibility. You can say all you want how easy it is to put a hold on membership or transfer to another person but just the fact that they try to tell you there is no month to month possibility even though I still have the rate from the guy who showed me the gym few months a go is very disappointing and shady. I called in today to see if the rate of $55 per month no commitment is still the same as communicated to me at my visit few months a go. I was transferred over to 3 different people trying to tell me I can only do yearly membership (paid monthly) and there is no other option. Like seriously? From the beginning i was very clear I don't want that but still they pushed on it and lied there is no other option. I told them the person I came to see and the three rate options he told me including one month to month so I was passed on to the 3rd person. Finally the last person who picked up agreed and said "well it is $70" which is clearly not what was communicated to me few months a go. Very disappointing because I consider this a better facility than big chain gyms and such haggling and sales strategies (and taking advantage of people when they don't want to sign up for a long commitment) is not cool! Hopefully management addresses this as I was willing to join it tomorrow and be a customer but this is their loss.

UPDATE: They provided an update on their instagram story (they should have posted it instead) "Due to our current situation together with the Easter Weekend and the inability to resolve the issues to get us reopened today, we have been graciously welcomed by XTREEME COUTURE FITNESS who has invited all Fuzion members to use their facility while we continue to resolve our and reopen the doors. As of 10 am on Saturday April 8th, 2023, all Fuzion members will be allowed free access to Xtreme Couture Fitness until Fuzion doors are reopened within a few short days. When arriving at Xtreme Couture, you will be greeted by a Fuzion Fitness staff member which will facilitate and assist you in your visit." They also list their Thornihill, Cambridge, and Brampton locations to visit as well. Initial Review: This gym is closed and has been closed since Wednesday. There is a termination notice on the front door. The owner has replied to a previous comment saying that he has emailed all members everyday providing them with an update. no emails have been sent (I've checked) and their number is invalid.

I’ve been to about a dozen gyms in my time but I must say that this is the best one I’ve ever been to. The price is quite reasonable considering the quality of the equipment, facilities, and perks. If you really want to improve your lifestyle and are sick of starter gyms like planet fitness, anytime fitness, fit 4 less, go to this gym. You will not regret it! I’ve been here for over a month and I think this is the best gym I’ve been to. Why I chose this gym: - Not busy on weekends. Weekdays are busy after 5 PM - Modern renovated facility/ all new equipment - Steam room and change rooms cleaned daily with towel service available. - Protein shake bar - Regular fitness classes and fairly priced personal training - Kind and knowledgeable staff What are you doing? Get up and go to this gym now!

I’ve tried countless gyms in the GTA over the last decade. Fuzion has to be up there in terms of cleanliness, equipment quality, but especially staff. One staff member in particular, Ebrahim. Regardless of the day. Regardless of the time, Ebrahim always has a smile on his face and always has something nice to say to everyone. People like him are the back bone of commercial gyms like this. The kid loves making people smile. Loves making them feel like they are supposed to be there. Loves making the entire Fuzion experience the best it can possibly be. If I were to ever recommend anyone for recognition it would be this guy hands down. There isn’t too many people like him and he deserves to be seen. Shoutout Ebrahim. Keep doing what you’re doing. You keep myself and everyone coming back!

Joined last week, my first gym ever but it’s really nice! Super clean, lots of equipment so there’s rarely any waiting, HUGE lockers and changing/shower rooms. Their equipment is all Matrix brand and they painted the gym red, not sure if a little nod to the movie or what but I thought it was cool lol. Staff are very friendly and always say hello. They sell protein shakes there too. I feel motivated to go to this gym because it’s so clean and the vibes are good. Membership is also reasonable but my only gripe is I wish they had an actual family gym plan instead of making each family member pay individually. But other than that I have no complaints and will recommend this gym to friends and family :)

I was looking for a better gym than the one I was at and it took approximately 2 months before by chance I met one of the owners of Fuzion fitness and he had me come in for a workout. To make a long story short this gym is everything I was looking for. Lots of machines and free weights barbells dumbbells everything and for my time slot it’s not overly crowded neither. I haven’t tried everything yet but they have great fitness classes for everyone at every skill level and the class schedule is easily accessible as it is on the wall by the front desk. I will end this by just saying that my experience so far has been absolutely positive and I look forward to working out at Fuzion for a long time.

I'm not recommend this gym! I got family package deal for 3. So unexpected my daughter had to to college far and they only 1 branch. So I spoke 1 manager to cancelled our membership he said I have to pay penalty $100+ each. Then he offered to freeze the account school time. He is smart without telling/explaining me . freezing will extend the 1yr so after 1yr I have pay annual fee and I still can't cancelled I still pay penalty until few months more. And when I go there they lied. They lady section so tiny, and steam room so disgusting I can't even sit there coz is like slimmy everywhere! Plus hair dyer so cheap. Better go other place not here!

Wow! Love the gym! Love the service! I had a goal to lose some fat, get stronger and confident in my skin. So I Signed up about a month ago to Fuzion with Akin. Such a fantastic manager! Always ready to talk to and give all the support and advice. I also have a personal trainer Jessica and Rob nutritionist. Jessica provides the best training ever! I can already see the results of our hard work together. She knows exactly what I need and pushes me to the limits. Rob is a fantastic nutritionist, always there to answer all my questions and guide! I could not ask for a better service and people to support me in my fitness journey. Truly recommend!

I see so many people complaining of the same issue of cancelation fee that they charge, which is 4 months, despite paying the annual maintenance fee. The 5 ratings are actually given by their employees. They should refund the money. Fuzion Fitness team - if you are actually reading this, then pay back, man. I paid 3 months' membership fees and 2 years' annual maintenance fee as I joined in Nov 2022. In Jan, again deducted charges and then on top of it a cancelation fee of $111.. Please stop taking pride as you say, in your service, when you're just withholding information and charging members for annual maintainanace and the cancelation.

Okay so first off, when they say month to month, or “bi- weekly option” it doesn’t mean that. Rather, you’re locked into a contract for a year. And, to cancel it’s a $99 (plus tax) cancellation fee. I am baffled at the lack of clarification that I received regarding this. It was NOT made clear when I signed up. Based on the reviews, I’m not the only one who thinks so. You basically sign on a “iPad” of sorts, but they don’t explain the term properly as they just have the documents on their computer. They should basically call it “instalments for a year” because that’s what you’ll be doing. I will not be returning.

Discontinued membership, they started charging my card again, contacted them, Fuzion said they would issue a refund for the last payment, they didn't issue the refund and charged another payment and an additional 2 payments before I was able to complete the dispute with Visa. Reply to Fuzion comment; If that's the case why did your representative say they would issue a refund and continue to charge payments. You are Lying to your customers. With that reply I wish I could give you a zero star review, instead of issuing an apology you are lying to everyone here, looks real good on you.

A gym with vybes, better/newer machines than most gyms incl Goodlife locations, amazing staff incl the intake staff I dealt with Brandon and Donna, the front desk staff always with a smile and encouraging members and their Spartan training program and the trainers are such a wow factor and an experience all their own. Alexia, Kevin and Chris, the Spartan trainers are such forces, highly motivating and with you every step of the way. For this program alone, the gym is worth it. Their change rooms and showers always impeccably clean and super friendly gym members. A great gym overall!

You offer to freeze my daughters membership last yr and resume this yr coz they are at school so that you guys charged me another yr for maintenance, as we spoke I can cancel membership this October without penalty. And you said I can't cancel without showing up!, if get i charged another maintenance next week(October). I can write reviews again! I hope u guys cleaned your steam room now. And I hope also you tell the truth to your new clients, if u offer things you should tell everything, don't hide charges!

I am extremely impressed with the facility. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. I recently joined this gym, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The manager is exceptional, always ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any concerns promptly. The gym is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that cater to diverse workout preferences.

This location is fantastic. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful and always greet you by name! The equipment and cardio machines are all new and well maintained. Spacious, clean and a well kept gym. The Spartan Training is also such a welcomed addition to the gym. A challenging high intensity strength training class that always keeps you on your toes. Absolutely a game changer!! Attentive coaches - always the best energy!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

This is a excellent gym. It is exceptionally clean, has all new equipment, friendly and helpful staff all at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend to anyone! What more could you ask for? Update: The gym has reopened on Wednesday, April 12. I was there today and all is normal. I saw many of the usual members. There were 1 or 2 people cleaning the gym as always. All members should return.

I've been participating in the new "Spartan" , 1 hr , high energy, ever changing, challenging, group fitness program that is available at Fuzion. As a bonus I have access to the clean and well equipped gym. I've just been there for a few weeks but so far so good. Thumbs up for both Fuzion and especially Spartan. I can't tell you how great I feel after the workouts. Keep up the great work !

This is the first gym I have joined in over 5+ years, and I have been very happy here from the start. It is a big open space, and has lots of natural light. There is plenty of equipment to choose from and everything is maintained well and extremely clean. The staff are friendly and approachable, a wonderful community to be part of. Highly recommend to family & friends!

More than satisfied! Staff are very friendly, equipments are mint- they definitely did their investments right! All the equipments you need to do your various workouts, they have it! Love the ambience of the gym. Would totally recommend to anyone that's looking for a second home. Will be sticking around for a long, long time. Keep it up team!

Can't speak of the gym but the customer service is garbage. No info on memberships options on the website, you have to fill in an inquiry form where a sales rep calls/ text you to "come in for more details since it's too much to explain." I don't care to be upsold on memberships, just want to know what the membership options and prices are.

I really love this gym so much! Been going here for about 4-5 months now and so far I am loving it! The classes are AMAZING! There is a variety of them and it’s nice on the days you really feel unmotivated and need to change it up a bit. The owners are incredible, the staff is super friendly. Since being here I’ve gone down two sizes!

I have to say I've been to a lot of gyms in my times, but nothing beats Fuzion amazing staff that always greets you with a hello and a friendly smile. Amazing equipment workout space not to mention the change room and Sauna priceless. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone you feel like home when your there.

I travel the world as a High Performance Coach and I can easily say that Fuzion Fitness Mississauga is my favourite gym in the GTA if not Ontario. The have a great selection of equipment, space, layout, and the staff is amazing. Every time I come back to Ontario this is the gym for me, no questions.

Fuzion fitness changed my life and I'm grateful and has amazing owners staff and members I can't say enough man, their steam room equipment and vibe they have a woman's section only as well for the ladies and their classes are definitely worthwhile I can't recommend it enough! Thanks Fuzion!

Super clean and organized gym with lots of up to date equipment. Gym hours are very flexible so it makes it easy to accommodate with my schedule. Pricing is fair and there’s lots of membership types. Would recommend to anyone looking to start their gym journey or for experienced gym-goers.

Great gym for the price. Plenty of strength and cardio machines of high quality to choose from. Not an empty gym by any means (traffic tends to kick in after 6), but also doesn’t have that claustrophobic feel like other budget fitness options. Would highly recommend!

The only reason I m giving this place a 5 star and not 4 is because of Ibrahim who works his heart out and has the best customer service. His kindness and hard work really enhances your gym experience. Fuzion fitness should treat him like a king.

Best gym in Mississauga, super friendly and very helpful. State of the art equipment and change room facility. Love the steam room and the the spartan classes. Affordable,has a great staff and an overall great gym!

Gym itself is fantastic for the price. All new equipment and clean. However I am only giving 4 stars as the mens change room is in rough shape. Paint peeling off the showers, soap dispensers are mostly broken, etc.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in the past but the atmosphere at this one tops any other. The staff are always friendly, the gym itself is clean and organized and even the clients at this gym are really respectful!

Very clean gym, the staff is super friendly and the Spartan classes is unreal. All the trainers are so motivating. I highly recommend this gem of a gym and hopefully will be a long time member.
