The mall is a very pleasant shop if it's clothes and shoes that you are wanting. It also has a very large Dischem which has a very good range of stock. We also spent a good while at Mugg and Bean, having a coffee and a chat and the staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate their customers.

Very busy this time of the year but a pleasant experience but then for some unknown reason when you want to pay for your parking it seems every second ticket is faulty and then you have to join another queue to pay and the hand held card

It's a unique experience. The mall is easy to navigate. The range of stores is fairly comprehensive. Mall staff are helpful. If you haven't checked it out please consider visiting it and spending a day. You'd surely enjoy it!

Took our young adults to the ice rink and they had a blast, the staff at the rink were very helpful and kept a keen eye on all the kids ,i even learnt to skate. We loved it thank you for a good memory and very broad smiles.

Great vibe, lots to see and do. You can find almost any shop you need and there is quite a bit of entertainment for families. Nice if you are going for the day, it's a bit big if you need to do only a quick stop.

Best experience ever. I've seen this mall from it's infancy, while it was still new and buzzing. And a couple of years later I come back to see that it still looks new. And there's some added touches to the mix.

The games are ok but have decreased in numbers they should add more it would be better experience for the kids. Went to Wimpy service there was bad always has been don't know why that never changes.

Shopping experience can be a bit hectic due to the mall always being packed when i go there. My family and I enjoy the mall more for social meet ups and we enjoy the entertainment level the most.

Probably the best large shopping center on the South Coast of KZN. Sufficient covered parking. The particularly wide corridors of the center are a great asset during peak times.

Galleria is a fantastic mall for the whole family. Loads of entertainment venues for kids...plenty restaurants...great shops..definitely a place to visit with the whole family.

Clean, well maintained mall. Many stores to choose from. Plenty of cheap parking and free for 1 hour on the rooftop. Easy access from two off ramps with multi lane roadways.

Considering that it's the festive season I so wish the ladies toilets had hooks on the doors for our bags/shopping. That the toilets would smell frangrantly fresh.

My 1st time at Galleria in forever, real family friendly place. All the shops I require in one place. Would recommend it to anyone looking for just about anything.

Besides, pick pockets and the noise level especially on weekends, this is a big mall with all your favorite shops, you don't have to go into Durban anymore.

Very nice mall...only 3story high..eith place for kids to play have fun,also theres lot of food store including rocko mamas,flames and grill so on.

Mall was so clean. And so many halal restaurants and kids fun zone. So many more activities, one the big umbrella there you can get everything.

I haven't been to this mall in ages, what a huge mall, with such a variety of different stores and activities for kids and adults.

Nice shopping center all the shops you need. Plus the restaurants endless variety. Parking plenty. Easy access to the highways.

We enjoyed ourselves as family with different activies, my favorite being bowling , my kids enjoyed car racing,(Go Karting).
