Horrible customer service. My boyfriend called ahead and asked if we can walk in they said yes. We showed up and presented a groupon coupon and they said they only take those before 1pm(no where in the website did it say that) so we tried again today (10/01/22)and called as soon as they opened and they said yes we can walk in. She called us a hour later confirming if we were still going we said yes we’ll be there in 15 minutes she said okay. We arrived in 10 minutes and she claimed she couldn’t take us in because she had appointment at 11. I don’t know why she called to confirm if we were going if she knew she had someone scheduled at 11. She should of called and said she couldn’t take us in anymore. Despite the lack of customer service she was rude and yelling. Don’t recommend this place service was bad place was ugly.

As a latin dominant looking man I came by at 10pm & was told only foot massage. After being considerate enough to explain I simply need any type of massage after traveling 16 hrs from Colombia>Mexico>Diego. The one staff member requested I do foot massage but then said she wont offer it after I stated it would be my 1st ever foot massage. It was clear at this point she was uncomfortable because of her immediate response to me stating I'm very ticklish on my feet but am willing to pay & try if she was. Simply put not a good spot for spur of moment massages (especially if you have any melatonin ‍)

Such a great experience with the massage I had today with Jay. She was so sweet and just the whole place was real clean and a real good vibe. Great location too. Whole massage was very relaxing but then she did my feet at the end and I didnt even realize I had sore feet till today, I had to hold back tears of joy it felt so good. The body massage is very relaxing but this foot massage was next level. I need more of this in my life. I’m definitely gonna throw in a 1/2 hour foot massage next time. Highly recommend this place!

This place has to be my favorite massage spot in san Deigo! They have amazing service and it is absolutely spotless every time I go. My boyfriend and I constantly come back because the ladies here are so sweet especially my girl Jesse <3 she is my favorite and always have a smile on her face every time we come in. They always make us feel comfortable and welcomed! I highly recommend to anyone who comes to San Diego to check out this beautiful spa!

Best massage in San Diego! Jessie is very professional, kind, polite and skilled! I was very sore after exercising three days in a row and I felt no soreness after visiting. Very convenient location with a relaxing and clean atmosphere. If you are in downtown or anywhere in San Diego check it out!!

NEVER! Again giving a 1 star is being generous this place has the worst service she was rude and aggressive they overbooked my appointment that I had made in advance inside was filthy I seen a cockroach on the wall while I was there had to get out of there ASAP for your sake don't go …

I do not recommend. Advertise one price then hassle you for another. They pretend that they don't know english, then suddenly they know how to speak it when they hassle you for a tip. Massage was mediocre at best. If you want a good massage then I suggest somewhere else.

My husband and I had massages here today! This place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I had Tucker as my therapist and my husband had Sasha! Tucker and Sasha were AMAZING!!

Had a severe foot cramp. The therapist listened to my concerns and focused on that foot. When all said and done, my foot felt 100 times better.

I received the body scrub and hot wax treatment. Felt like a new man! My joints were completely relaxed and my skin has never been softer.

Feeling relaxed after my 1 hour message with Lilly. She was super sweat & was very professional. We’ll definitely come again.
