Been going here for well over thirty years. Small casino but really good staff. Limited but good bar snacks. Still a favourite of mine. I will add to this. What makes this casino better than the Grovensnor is that you feel a lot safer in the Genting. Since the other casino has dropped it's security you simply don't feel safe. With Genting you still need your membership card, you have to go through 2 locked doors which makes you feel safe. Basically the Genting feels more like a proper casino unlike the other which is now just a arcade with a few tables thrown into boot. You can normally tell a good casino by how long the staff stay on... some of them have been there for years and they know their customers.

Attended here after not being able to get a seat at Grosvenor, after a short delay whilst my membership details were updated I went upstairs to find it to be about half the size of Grosvenor, but with 1/10th of the people of Grosvenor in it, meaning it was straight to a table. Dealers and bosses were pleasant. Dotted around the place (and on each slot machine) is a button to press for bar service which is handy instead of having to try and catch someones eye! All in all, would now probably choose Genting over Grosvenor, especially considering TJs takeaway is just around the corner for when you need to get some high fat, high carb comfort food after you lose your money!

I was just generally visiting thinking to myself why not win a few quid? But when you visit the Manchester branch and they have lower minimum spend to the branch in Leicester it's kinda off putting tbh And other people were like that too That's only reason why I've given it 4 stars

Absolutely love this Casino !! Fantastic staff and lovely atmosphere, made to feel so welcome after not going for about 10 years. Started to go Grovesnor Casino BUT Gentings is % better. Will definitely be bringing the family down !!!! Would recommend this Casino to everyone …

Really bad place treat every individual differently and just to let you know before you eat from here make sure you ask how your food is being cooked especially if you have dietry requirements or religious beliefs.

Have visited a few times...honestly saying the staff not welcoming compared to the other casino nearby... yes I have won every time I have visited but it lacks that customer service . Hope things change ...

Found a rewards membership card, contacted them for advice on returning it, they never bothered to reply... This demonstrates how much they care about their customers!

Dealers are very friendly and professional overall great vibe. Sometimes do tend to take your money however that is quite expected at a casino

Friendly staff, good food and fun gaming but beware it can be addictive, set yourself a limit as its easy to get carried away.

Disappointed twice..no dealer available on the one black jack table and the other time the casino was being cleaned at 1pm.
