The GSU Blue Lot is opened for GSU student only. You can get the one-year permit in the student center. As of spring 2020, the Blue Lot is merged with the Green Lot and half of the former Blue Lot is closed. You can get to the Blue Lot using the Blue Route bus in downtown.
Decent lot for the overflow at graduation, but not handicap friendly. Georgia State University does the bare minimum for handicap people and their families that attend graduation ceremonies, their park lot is no different.

The parking lot I use is for my job. It is next to the Georgia State Blue Lot.
Hard to find spots sometimes, but grateful for parking either way.
