Awesome laundry service--highly recommend!! This shop is very honest (read the other reviews where he returns 3M vnd left in pockets, etc.), so you don’t have to check other places, just go with this shop! They picked up at JW Marriott Hotel at 17:00 and returned 5 kg of our laundry clean and fresh at 22:20. Total was 150,000 vnd--a great price! The gentleman was very nice, I installed Zalos and then it locked me out with the ID verification and I couldn't send messages (Zalos is easier for them because it auto-translates). So I recommend WhatsApp or something else instead of Zalos which is very popular in Vietnam. However, we were able to communicate fine via Google Maps chat on my iPhone's Google Maps app, so I am very thankful for him. It says the business takes 6 hours to respond but he was responsive in less than 15 min and when it came close to pick up or delivery ultra responsive within 1-2 min.

This laundry shop is superb The location is hard to find I looked for this shop and i pass by many other laundry shop along the road but I really look for this address because the reviews are good, The owner can't speak English but we talk via zalo I have 12kg of dirty clothes and after 4hours they even deliver to my hotel for free, Better to contact them via zalo so they can pick up your laundry it's easier 039.9595.366
