Ah GT Boutique is the mist go to store for that odd item you just don't always find anywhere else at a decent price. Spent 300 bucks on gift cards and got a small two setting 750 to 1500 watt portable vertical floor forced air heater. Made in China of course but for 20 bucks is working well in my small work shop shed for special projects. Has a red indicator light with temperature control and fan only setting.

Ordered clothing online Friday. Response indicated would be available for Saturday. Unfortunately, processing online payment was waiting for approval in Ottawa. Melissa from Princess St Kingston Ontario provided two TF numbers to call Saturday morning. Problem resolved and picked up my items with a ten dollar gift card. Thanks to Melissa and staff involved. Excellent customer service and problem solving.

Few weeks ago they took out cashes run by cashiers....put in 4 self check outs. This was bit of a shock..I'm not happy as that left only two cashiers on for returns and cash customers. Understand its way of moving forward , I see it as step backwards. The cash line is almost always lined up. Not sure how this change helps the customers! I'm disappointed in Giant Tiger. Char

Store closed early but didn't change hours online I drove across town only to I get there 15 mins before close and this aggressive male employee followed me telling me to leave for the whole 15 mins. The manager said she was upset that I was treated bad but she stood there the whole time!

My mom (Gloria Ryan) was at your Gardiner’s Road location on April 11th. She is older and can sometimes get out of breath, dehydrated and needs to go slow/take her time re her movements. She enjoys shopping at GT (as do I).

Not busy at all. Great time to shop. I don't think people know that you can shop in store now. The food prices are great. Lots of value. I was really happy not to have to deal with the mad house that is walmart.

Always a great selection of whatever you're looking for from shoes and clothing to groceries to craft supplies, toys and home decor. Prices are always reasonable. Love the 4" tropical plants for only $2!!!

I like the fresh open feel of this newer store. They have generally good prices and bargains. Also a good range of grocery items considering it sells alot of housewares, clothes and other things as well.

The greeter and the cashier were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and they had a good selection of items. I would have given a 4☆ but there was no floor staff to ask for help.

This store opened just before the pandemic started. I love how many items this store had. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Located in the west end of Kingston.

I like this store Good variety in groceries & clothing for the family.Only drawback I find is only one cahier now.The rest is self check-out.Which translates into less jobs .

Very good experience although we went for some clothing options as they usually have good business casual work wear and the styles this year are horrible and lacking.

Most of the staff are quite helpful. The cashiers are great. Prices are lower on some items and not necessarily on food. For my budget, it works for me!

Shop there all the time. Membership is free. Gives you discounts on items that are not already on sale. All prices are comparable to other stores.

Why are there no regular baskets in your store? The ones with wheels are useless for tall people. Also rude and unhelpful staff.
