Went today July 28 at 630 pm to pick.up a preorder. Arrived to store and the blonde lady wearing a mask with cats on it was not at all helpful. Asked her about my preorder that I placed with Ema and she said no nothing is on hold. However I called last week and spoke 25 min to Ema and told her I will get the order Friday July 28. The worst customer service she didnt even bother herself to check I asked her about the litter price she asked me to go check they are there and ask3d about the cat food and the difference of price between the small and big bag and again go check they are there. Wow a big wow to this service. At the end she didn't even offer help with the 6bags of litter she told me take the cart outside wow again. Congratulation on the service so friendly. If you are not happy with your job i suggest you find a factory job where dont have to deal with customer. If I am going to check the price and item so what is the need for a person to be in store, I am not sure if it is now self check out. The other lady that left her name is kim used to help and offer help and suggestion not just stand like a status in the store who is rude and not happy. I dont think Christine the manager will accept this service or the way you are doing the job. She didnt even offer a paper bag for the bag of food . I had to ask her and told her usually they put items in a bag. Wow .

What a great customer service experience! I phoned in order of 3 bags of dog food. When I went to pick it up, the very friendly woman says "I will always keep a bag of this in stock in case you run out and you can always order more if you prefer ". My old store didn't have my back like this. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will trust their recommendations going forward. This isn't the closest store to me, but it's my new store.

Great location! The staff are SO helpful and knowledgeable. Our dog has a long list of allergies and the staff are great about helping us find suitable food and treats. We called ahead to check if or preferred food was in stock and arrived to find the woman working had set it aside for us, without us asking! Great service touch, and very appreciated. Our dog loves to visit with us to get lots of pets and attention :)

Great stock and friendly staff. However, twice since switching to this store have they been late opening in the morning (over 30 mins!) and then today a sign posted saying back soon. Someone else wrote on it they waited 45 min over 3 hours prior. Open light and interior lights still on. Looking for a new store. Unreliable at best

Erica is the most patient and helpful employee. She took the time to review some details about dog food. I really liked how much time she was able to spend and the amount of knowledge was great. I recommend this store to anyone who needs food for their pets.

Good service and selection of pet food. Parking is in the back of the store. It's just a bit tricky to park since it's on a busy corner and only really accessible to get to is your driving west on Queensway. But other then that it's a nice little store.

They have a great customer program. After your 12th purchased kibble you get 13th for free! As well if your pet doesn't like the food you can return it and they donate the returned food to a animal shelter! Very helpful and kind staff!

I love visiting this store, they're always friendly and always helpful when I have a question about a specific treat of supplement for my pet. We visit often and love that we can bring our dog in the store with us.

Not a very large pet store, but you can probably find most of the immediate things you need here for your furry one. (Esp food /litter). No live crickets. Pretty average pricing, a small toy /accessories selection.

I always go out of my way to shop at this store. The employees remembered me, my cat, my cat's food and toy preferences. The staff is superb and they make me feel at home when I shop for my loved one.

Just left this location, the person working was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are the same as other pet stores, clean, an overall positive experience.

Small. But super friendly staff and they still stock enough of what you need. They have a resident cat and hedgehog who like to be greeted :)
