I would like to share my experience on this store. At first I concern if they have enough stock since the store is not that big. Secondly , is not a crowded place - would it be the service is not that good compare to the big franchise store. All my issue is not a concern anymore when I open the door. Very nice greeting. (THE 2 chinese girls) And also GREAT customer service which make you feel that you have been spoiled. I can't believe that the store has a lot of dog food bag stack up all the shelf. And is well stocked. The place is clean. Even they have a water fountain for the dogs to drink. Is moving water and not just a bowl of standing water. I use to shop all my dog good and dog accessories from PETSXXXX. But their service and products have gone down tremendously. I am just buying wellness senior dog food. Can't believe is out of stock. And I am trying to buy a flipped water bottle which is a very popular products. Or a regular dog necessary products. They are out of stock!!! I asked then when they will have stock and they say 1 week after. So I checked with them again. Is out stock again. And I ask them again. They say their water bottles will be arrived at the end of August. Which means the whole summer has no water bottle to sell. My conclusion is from now on I will do my dog products shopping from this Global Pet food instead of PETSXXXX. Keep up the good work. I will definitely shop again from this store and let other people knows this GREAT Store. Thank you!!

Great selection for diet and toys love the help and honest opinions of the store keepers (an asian man and woman) always so hospitable towards me and my puppy. As for the "discrimination" towards black people its NOT true. Ive met one of the young women who claims was targeted... She was rowdy and disrespectful to the shop keeper. Naturally he asked her to leave and he did not sell her the item(s) she wanted. So she commented and most likely got friends and family and/or created fake accounts to say the exact same comment only worded differently. Please be aware of this!

Asking questions about products I'm going to buy and they don't seem to know answers. Upto a point I'm asking about something i can give my puppy who has a small medical issue at the moment both staff decide to walk off and help other people in the store leaving me at the counter unattended. What's the point of having staff that don't know much about products you sell in your store and that are disrespectful and walk off to attend to other people. Disgusting! Far other better global locations to go to and service has always been the best!

Great pet store. They're always willing to help you find what you need, offer samples, and give loyalty discounts on repeat purchases. Staff is amazing and personable. I only go once every month or so, but they remember my name and account, greet me with a friendly smile and are happy to help. Prices are standard and it's a fairly small store so selection may be a bit limited - - but I've never had trouble getting what I need. The staff are exceptional and make what would otherwise be a three star business a five star one.

This is our go to pet store to buy our husky's dog food. Small place but has the necessary for pets. Wish they would be open a little later but makes sense its a store for pets not people. But pets have late night needs too lol anyways its a great store, to buy toys, pet accessories and of course cat and dog food. They have a free pet card where if you buy this many you get a bag free. A little pricey than walmart but worth the money. Friendly staff and you also get experienced suggestions and free samples.

The staff is amazingly helpful. James, the manager, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He's honest about the products and doesn't push certain products on you just for the sale. He's also more than willing to special order products that he may not have on the shelves. Overall, amazing customer service and product selection.

far better price and selection compared to petsmart. Treats and wet food are also much better loved by my cat. however, in terms of other supplies like toys, litter box and general pet supplies, larger stores like petsmart has a larger selection, which is understandable. regardless, its very convenient for quick trips for food.

My dog loves the treats we get from this store. They have what look like home baked dog cookies, and a very good variety of dog food products, toys, and accessories. They often give samples when we buy something for our dog. They have very friendly service and have taken good precautions against the covid crisis.

Very good customer service and has variety treats for all type of dogs. I enjoy shopping here because it always got what I need or want, and sometimes a little more than I need. Lol. James is knowledgeable, great recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction!

Attendant was really great! She helped us pick out the right booties for our small dog. We tried on like three different pairs. She was so patient even though the store was closing. Thank you so much! We really appreciated it!

Really good selection of higher grade dog food. I can't say I'd rely on the staff to much for recommendations. If you've done your research all the highly recommended dog foods you'll find here.

My FAVOURITE place to get anything pet related. The staff are friendly and welcoming and are always able to answer my questions. Great selection as well, even my Shiba enjoys visiting!

Convenient location in a neighborhood, has good selection of dog food and supplements. I usually get my dogs supplements and food here now because they carry orijen senior dog food.

The staff here are always very friendly, helpful and attentive. I have two other locations that are closer to where I live, but whenever possible I prefer to come to this location.
