A bit delayed on this review, but Moe has a loyal customer now for life. My water heater started leaking at the most inconvenient and ungodly time in January. While browsing for repair services, I stumbled across Go 2 Plumbing, and noticed it was a 24 hour service and gave a call. What followed was probably the best possible service I have ever received from anyone and this is coming from a former veteran in the hospitality industry. Having no background at all in all this home equipment stuff, I tried my best to explain the problem to Moe who was very patient with me. He came over right away and identified the problem which necessitated replacing my water heater (it was way past its expiry date and was due for replacement, totally on me as I was aware of it at the time I bought the house but completely forgot about it). Moe went ahead and found a replacement and gave us a very reasonable quote and had it set up in a manner that gave us actually more space to move around in the basement. A big shout out to Moe for what happened next: when everything was fixed, I noticed that we had no heat going through the house, I called him and asked what could be the problem as I assumed (again my lack of knowledge shows here) it had something to do with the water heater. I praise Moe for being extremely patient with me, and he dropped by to double check everything and found out my HVAC filter needed replacing. Moe, thank you for all you did for us, and for putting up with our laughable lack of knowledge. Definitely recommend anyday 100%.

I called Mo and told him my sump pump died. He called me back ten minutes later to tell me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and what the price would be. Within 35 he was at my house and at work. 45 minutes after that, he had drained the water, pulled the old pump and had the new one installed. He was cordial, efficient, happy to walk me through the process, ans answered all my questions. We chatted while he worked and he was extremely friendly. When everything was done, he left the space cleaner than he found it. Charge was what he quoted and I told him I would call him the next time I needed work done. I try to deal with the small things myself, but when you need the job done right, or right now, I always call a tradesman. I will recommend him to all my friends and coworkers.

Moe helped us twice when our tankless hot water heater broke. The first was two days before Christmas when it was -45 with windchill. He worked until midnight that night sourcing a part to patch the system after everything had closed because he didn't want us to go overnight without heat. Our furnace depends on the hot water to provide heat to the house. The second was when we discovered that the whole unit needed to be replaced. He was there within the hour patching it again so that it would run until he could source us a replacement unit. Moe consistently went above and beyond, and was always a pleasure to work with!

Moe was amazing to work with. He got back to us quickly within 20min of calling him to determine when he could come out to see our problem. He also quoted us upfront, and is very reasonable. He was honest and told us what we needed repaired as opposed to charging us more for something we may not even need. He explained everything he was going to do and even showed us what he was doing. Overall kind and professional and reasonably priced. I definitely would use Go2Plumbing&Heating for any future issues with our home.

I can’t say enough about the great customer service I received from Moe. We had a leak behind my shower and never even knew it. We tried replacing the shower head and the faucet but after picking our brains for so long trying to figure out we decided to call a professional. He was very thorough with his assessment and was able to quickly resolve the issue. The job took very little time to fix and was very reasonably priced compared to other companies that had quoted us to come out. Thank you for the great work!

Called this service at midnight on Friday's night for service of water tank won't ignite with 3 led flash and 3 seconds delay. The tech advised me to go outside and checked on both inlet and outlet pipe ends, make sure the end all clear with no blockage. After that, went back inside and restart the switch and it worked. Thank you for your advice and like you said that you don't want to send the guy out and charged me for a very job. I would recommend your company to anyone that needs your services.

Amidst a stressful time dealing with a sump pump failure, and a basement full of water, I cannot tell you how fortunate my husband and I are to have met Moe. I have used Go2 Plumbing and Heating services on a number of jobs and received great service every time however, their Emergency plumbing services is absolutely outstanding and reliable. Multiple times I have contacted them for emergency plumbing services in the middle of the night whether to diagnose and fix a leak or fix a furnace that suddenly stopped working, their emergency plumbing service is absolutely professional, reliable and top notch!

I talked to Moe about 4 pm for a quote to fix a leaking interior tap that shuts off and connects to our exterior water tap. He gave me a quote over the phone and was able to come a few hours later.
