OK,so the place is definitely not closed,I did go on regular tuesday morning and the place was open and fully operating. The guy that did attend me (I'm pretty sure was the owner) was really attentive and helpful, The place it is super clean,the washers brand new and clean,same for the dryers. The place can be a self wash,the guy will weight up your clothes and help you with the loading of the machines. I don't get the bad reviews for this place honestly, before leaving a bad review to any place on google,I would make sure that what it is stated can also be stated after a second and third personal experience with the place subject of the review. The impact of a negative and 'missed placed' review it is greater than the impact of a positive review. So highly recommended place.

Easy place to do laundry as a traveler. Machines were clean and all my clothes fit in one washer and one dryer. 30 mins for a wash cycle, 31 minutes for the dry cycle. Wash is charged at $20.00 pesos per kg Dry is a flat $45.00 pesos They provide soap and a dryer sheet. They also had laundry baskets for clothes transfers between machines. You pay at the end. They use internal tokens so you don’t have to worry about having pesos to put into the machines. I took away a star because it ultimately cost me more to do my laundry here than dropping it off at a place that washed, dried, and folded my laundry. But that place also took 2 days for that process.

I had a really good experience here. Did laundry myself so I know I won’t lose my clothing getting it mixed up with other washes (if I were to do service). The place is small but clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice. The total for wash and dry is 95 pesos which is nothing and the machines are huge so you can do at least 4kg load. I highly recommend coming here if you prefer to do your own laundry. There are a lot of little food stands to eat at while you wait.

We arrived in Mexico City from Acapulco with damp clothing in our bags from Hurricane Otis. Everything we owned needed to be cleaned. We dropped off 2 large loads of soiled and musty clothes at noon and they offered to wash, dry and sanitize everything. Our laundry was perfectly folded and ready for pick up at 5 PM. This location is just 2 blocks from our hotel and they were lifesavers! We are here for 13 nights and have used their service twice!

Great place to do laundry. Best to arrive early in the morning. It's not 100% self service, you need to get the attendant to weigh your clothes, then you pay for wash and dry based on weight. The attendant will set up the washer and dryer for you and give you the tokens to use to run them.

I do not recommend this laundry place. When the service person heard that I was a foreigner , she began to charge things that were not in the price list, and when I asked about the price list she was very unsympathetic. Be careful how much and what you pay for.

Siempre está cerrado. Fui el sábado 24 de diciembre y el miércoles 28 de diciembre en el horario que según está abierto marcado en Google y el lugar ha estado cerrado.

Really good service, 30 min wash, 30 min drying. The charge is 20 pesos per kilo for the washing and 45 pesos for the drying. The guy was very helpful.

Simply excellent. Around 'lunchtime' it can be a bit crowded and busy at moments, bring your courteous patience.

Good place to wash ur clothes by yourself. It’s fast, easy and chip.
