Given car for service but wiper fluid was not filled it was empty moreover cleaning of car was not upto the mark. After 10 days due to problem in car I visited but they gave Quotation of 10K by informing me that break paddle are gone, break disc cutting required, engine mountin, under mounting is to be done, aixel need to be changed which was not detected when given vehicle for service at that time no such concerns were raised. When I took my vehicle for inspection at other garage they gave me Quotation of 3.5K. Further Go Mechanic is not taking any responsibility as per there policy re-inspection was to be done but instead same service buddy had been assigned

Mr Sagar Tank ( GoMechanic buddy / Mr Krunal patel ( owner KB Garage ) Both Had Guide me proper and also done best work from my 10yrs old car ( jumper & break pad problem ) Also they Did my lite 2:3 minor issues in same days as commitment , which are not solved by Hyndai company it self ( may be company’s authorised service station was not interested to resolve such kind of issue , so it may not solved by them ) but at this place my all issues been solved in a single commitment , and without wasting a day !! I am really satisfied with the services offered by K B garage. Mr.Krunal took extra care in ensuring that the services were delivered timely and upto my expectations. Considering my urgency he stayed connected to me over phone and guided me in the type of services that I should avail. The cost offered was unbeatable for the spare parts that one otherwise avails from the market on his own. Very Good service. I have Volkswagen vento and I prefer KB Garage. Krunal bhai and his team work is really good.. They understand the problem first than give the solution, behaviour of Krunal and other team members is really very polite and nice. One major service was done by them at economical price much better than gomechanic and others workshop.

No response is not an answer ...!! More than a month has passed and we are still waiting for our car to be repaired..!! Please do the work speedily and give me an alternative number of garage !! As on a given number they cut the call !!and not replying correctly about the status !!
