The staff lacks manners. I felt very uncomfortable when the staff were impolitely addressing customers. I reported the incident to the so-called store manager. He just looked at my face for a few seconds and then simply ignored me. Not sure if even understands English. Even otherwise, if he had the basic inclination to serve the customer he would tried to respond and pacify the customer. Typically, those who amass black money, set up businesses and are least bothered about profitability. At first, I was wondering if I was the only one who identified rudeness of staff. However, there are other customer reviews which coincide with my bad experience.

The biggest and busy hypermarket at this area where u can have all the needed household items and accessories to your home. There separate area for fruits and vegetables also they gave importance to kids areas with teddy bears and gifts like things. Another thing that catches your eyes from this gohappy branch is that their bakery. They make all their bakery products live from here only and you can see it in live.pasteries ,biscuits, breads, different types of cookies etc. Etc. There are lot of friendly staffs and most of things are available here. They also give offers too.

Update (25th Dec'21) - the apple pie was sublime. Not too sweet, and with a hint of cinnamon. The baking team here rocks! ============================ The folks at the bakery are really very helpful. I took a look at the display and was about to return, but then one person there sensed that I was not happy with what was on display and informed me that I can check the catalogue for more choices and they could bake one in 30 mins. The cake was literally delivered at my home within an hour and the baker did a fairly good job. Way to go bakery team!

Recently I had purchased a Non-stick Kadai from Go Happy wich is with one year warranty.After bringing it home, used one week then i realised this just normal kadai and for this kadai i paid 2500/- This is cheating with customer when I am try to return this thay are asking its need 1month time for exchange.after 1month thay are making same story I am sharing my experience so that others do not repeat my mistake. I am not sure of the authenticity of other products. However never go for kichen applicance from this hypermarket. Thanks!!

The place as a hyper market is very good. They have discounts as well as huge variety of goods, groceries, daily needs, toiletries available, however the food served is only fine. The sweets on the other hand are not worth your money. The carrot cake will not taste like carrot cake till you ask them and the layer on top is nothing but jam. The donought was also served cold. It was very allealing to the eyes but not to the tounge. It is a must visit place for daily household as well as gift shopping

Better than expected. Almost all products available - groceries, vegetables & fruits and stationery. And the best part is the fresh bake shop inside! Good option of cakes, puffs and other snacks. A good point to opt as village is crowded :D Suggestion : The bakery does not have labels for many items and you need to go on asking 'what cake is this' to them. Continue keeping fresh product and keep an eye to remove expired products from racks (primary reason we skip some other supermarket).

A well stocked supermarket, friendly staff and they have a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Their bakery has some good items their cakes and pastries are great. It's just been a few months since they opened let's wait for a couple of months more to see if they maintain this standard. Well it's been some time since I wrote the above review, no complaints. The have maintained the quality and bakery still rocks

This hypermarket is near to my place n walkable n I frequently visit here to buy daily needs. They also have their own bakery n i have tried breads n cakes n i must say they are really good in quality.parking available for 2 n 4 wheelers. Location is good n easy to locate. They have almost everything that one would need for their house except clothes. I highly recommend their bakery section.

A decent supermarket but small in terms of item categories compared to another major supermarket in the area. Advantage is that they have an in-house bakery. What disappoints is the fruits/veggies section - most of the items will be dry & doesn’t look fresh plus prices are very high. The place won’t be that crowded anytime. Limited car parking available at next door service centre entrance.

A recently opened Hypermarket in Ecity phase 1. It has everything once can ask for. Lovely bakery inside the store, good food options to pick up from the bakery and even the breads are really nice. The entire store ambience is fresh, new and well lit. They have everything available - your daily grocery needs, daily used brands, parking and even a cute cafe which is priced very decently.

It was a great fun, having all the quality products under one roof. But some groceries and necessary items from the shop and quality of the each product was awesome, I would like to give a five star on the quality for products, even the prices are affordable sum of showcase products are expensive Great time to spend with the hypermarket, one of the best hypermart i have visited

One of the best supermarkets in Neeladri Nagar. It has more options than any other super market out there to choose from. Very clean and staff is also friendly. They have their own bakery as well. You can get almost anything you want from crockery,teddy,flowers, to grocery, bakery,beauty all products of numerous brands. A must visit for daily needs.

Bakery counter is good. However the vegetables are of very expensive compared to near by outlets. Today I purchased Nenthra banana at a rate of 80/kg.when I checked the same variant in nearest supermarket which is Easy ,it costs only 63/kg.i had similar kind of experience earlier too. Don't want to try again.but thought of sharing this time.

Have all the required provisions.. One difference I found is they have separate section for bakery..they are good and fresh. Also they have barbecue charcoals which I did not see often in super markets. Advised to use 2 wheeler if you plan to land here for purchase as it is on the busy main road and parking a 4 wheeler may be a challenge

It's a good shopping Mart and has almost all the necessary stuff in it. One can find Groceries, Stationary, Kitchen equipment, Soft toys, Gaming sets for kids, Glass items, Gifts and many things here. The place is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. They even have some price reduction from the MRP on certain products.

Most of items that are required daily for home are available. Limited discount offer are there. Vegetables are fresh. They have their own baking factory. Bread items are awesome. Varieties of baked item are available like cakes, puffs, buns, etc. Cakes and pastries are also awesome but bit costlier than other places.

Better than most of the super markets in the area. The items in the store are sometimes really dusty might get your hands dirty but they got enough variety of things that you might need in a floor and you won't be climbing 3 floors for finding stuff you need. And it have a fresh bakery place inside its own premises.

Nice place. Lots of variety. Competitive prices, for example , eggs are cheapest in Electronic City. Courteous staff. Wonderful bakery , and courteous staff. Most important thing : there is parking available beside- a rarity in ecity nowadays. Don't miss the egg / chicken / paneer roll shop attached :)

Had a delightful experience ordering birthday cake for my son's birthday from them. We had a lot of theme based customisation requests and they catered to all of them. The cake and the cupcakes were perfect and yummy! Would recommend blindly.. ❤️ The delivery was also promptly done by the time.

An absolute and apt convenience store with all household needs in 1 roof along with a Fabulous bakery of their own within the store adds value. Can easily recommend to anyone for anything. BTW the store is located In the Betadasapura road and Neeladri road intersection next to Pantaloons.

This hyper mart is in front of lenskart in neeladri near pantaloons. You will get all your daily needs here along with grocery, dairy items, dry fruits, vegetables, fruits, beauty products, cleaning essentials, gift items, etc. They will accept payment via cash, upi and cards.

The Bakery staff lack of knowledge. I felt very uncomfortable when I'm asking about the cake he had no word to talking. Since every bakery is different, each will need to adapt to its own management style. While there’s no one “right” way to handle bakery management.

Good place to do quick shopping. Lots of varieties. The prices are okay. It would have been better if there was some discounts for purchasing more items. The security guard helped me to carry my stuff to my car, parked on the opposite side of the road. Good gesture.

Go Happy is a good hyper market, where you get all household needs, from Vegetables to provisions, kitchen items like plastic buckets, etc. Milk, curd n all. But certain items I find little costly. Everyone can try for their own experience.. Happy Shopping...

I loved the place, you get almost everything under one shed. Daily use items, groceries, beauty products, toys, home decor, art and craft etc. Basic munching items like pastries, pizza slices etc were also there. Need not to feel hungry while shopping.

Pretty elitist range of products, price point being slightly higher due to the same. But nevertheless nice place for shopping. Also, their bakery is amazing, I love most of the products expect ghee cake. One should definitely try the confectioneries.

Love their bakery section alongside regular grocery aisles. From gourmet to regulars , from cheesecakes to plum cakes , they have their signature in house bakery catering to the variety of needs of the modern day consumer . Highly recommended.

The staff is very rude and doesn't even support in order to check stock availability. When requested twice to check and confirm if the product is available, they asked us to leave Will not recommend this place.

A good place, where we can find variety of stuffs. We can find items like korean noodles, kimchi, seaweed. Also, they have a good bakery inside. The only thing I felt not good was the tax amounts in the bill

Amazing bakery inside with the best selection of breads. Apart from that, it is a regular super market. Parking space is available on road and another space is available at the adjacent Bosch service center

Staff behaviour at billing counter is worst. Denied accepting Sodexo for food items curd, milk items and talking rude. Village hypermarket is best for Sodexo users.

Inspite of the products being on discount they have charged me full amount on each and every product. I would recommend you to avoid this hypermarket at all costs.
