I was so happy with the service here. The assistant was so friendly and nice. He asked me about my problem carefully, and connect me with the doctor quickly through video call. The online booking is so convenient too. I booked and got the appointment at the same day. The waiting time is around 20-30 minutes.

Sorry but waiting more than 3 hours after appointment time for a phone consult is worse that the wait times at walk-ins. Wasted my afternoon - should have just hit a walk-in in the am.

They are great, physician’s assistant is so easy to talk to, I booked an appointment and there were no long queues as they usually are in walk-in clinics.
