This was a really bad experience with the company not correcting it errors. We currently order meals due to our busy lifestyle and we don't mind paying for the quality of these food prep companies. We have ordered premade meals for the last two years and this company came to my gym and we thought a change would be nice. They do charge more than who we currently use however, they advertise free delivery and there was a first time discount to all the gym members so, we thought we would give it a try. We ended up paying full price because we did not order directly though the gentleman that was at the gym ( this was our miss but it cost an extra $50 dollars) We paid it, no problem and he emailed and said he would throw in 2 extra meals (that's $25/meal) We agreed. In total we paid full price for 12 meals =$250.00 and 12 snacks that were honestly just 5 chunks of cheese and less than a quarter cup of almonds and walnuts. No variety at all. So in total we paid for 12 meals plus he was going to give us 2 for the gym discount total for all was $250.00. We agreed, and I waited for the delivery on Sun. They text us it was delivered. It was not. They came an hour and a half later and said the people they delivered it to were kind enough to give them the meals back. The bags were ripped and it looked like the bags of food have been gone through. We received 11 meals and 12 snacks. When I notified them right away that we did not receive our order we were told he would comp us 2 meals on our next order? I am confused, not only did another house open these meals and take some, the company took food back and then delivered it to me while my order was missing. Then told us in order to get what we paid for we need to order more. Like I said we have never had a problem with the two other food meal prep companies we currently use. Beware of this one !!!!! no food company should allow food to be opened by a house and then packaged back up and delivered again. They currently still owe us 3 meals that we have clearly considered a loss. I emailed them that we wont be using them due to all of the above, they still owe us meals and we have gotten no response. Ill continue to spread the word.

so to everyone who is interested in this product I STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend Keegan and the crew I’ve been getting all my meals for over a year now and they are proportionately more than fair for the price Everything is specifically catered to your individual criteria Example I’m celiac so I eliminate certain foods and ingredients or replace the snacks with a seventh meal or double down on protein certain weeks Or add an With meal when the menu is so awesome I know I need more to get through the week The price point is absolutely unbeatable and payments are seamless as long as you communicate! These are delivered right to your door and fully ready to go every-time I promise you won’t find anyone better in town GUARANTEED!!! And definitely not the quality quantity or price will be beat! And for anyone who’s wondering I get zero for encouraging and being honest with all of you on here I just know from my own experience this system and catering has been bar none the absolute best and I will not stop using him Also when I wanted a valentines meal done up or a special bday meal or even something brought in Keegan the owner and blue seal chef (NOT JUST RED SEAL) which is a class all it’s own did everything exactly the way I asked For the lady who left the bad review I’m not sure what to say if I ever had any issues even the smallest of things I always got an extra meal or doubled proteins are a percentage off But it was rare so for the rest of anyone reading this I wouldn’t put my words where they weren’t valid and I don’t make this kind of time For just anyone Good luck to everyone and enjoy

Gourmet Prep is absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend. They are completely customizable with the menu, they offer free delivery of the gourmet meals straight to your door every week. Their staff are super knowledgeable, very friendly and really easy to communicate with! Their portions of their meals are huge and the food itself is delicious and completely customizable, which is so worth the price! Support small business for sure with these guys!!

Had a lovely experience with the owner Keegan! We loved the gluten free options for a handful of guests at our wedding! Food was prepped and served in a timely fashion! Only constructive feedback would be the roast beef we had was tough. Overall the dinner, desert, and midnight snack were lovely! We had a wing bar for midnight snack and Gourmet Prep hit it out of the park and the guests loved the wings!

I've used Gourmet prep for their weekly meal plans and for professional catering services. The weekly meal plans are so great for people who are busy, it's a healthy and delicious meal at your fingertips! At my professional event the guests were absolutely RAVING about the food! Keegan is so accommodating, he makes sure that the meals are personalized to meet your needs. Highly recommend!

Keegan and Joey have been amazing! I’ve worked 2 events and attended one they were catering at. They have the most creative menu items while keeping ease of eating in mind. Have only ever received top notch customer service from Gourmet Prep! The meals are excellent and great quality, I love the snacks, and the protein power balls are GREAT for my long runs! Would recommend time and time again - also love the front door delivery service! So convenient as I don’t drive! Worth every penny!

Keagan is amazing! I have referred to him over the years but finally used him to do a big charcuterie board for our work event. Presentation was great and all the extras he brought on top of it were all fabulous. I had many people contact me they loved the food.
