Brand new entrant in Quetta hotelscape. Inside the property the looks are of Budget Hotels operated by Avari and PC. Rooms are done nicely and clean, the room I was offered didn't had a AC unit but the fan was ample as the weather in Quetta was cooler. The staff was specially well behaved Mr. Hafeez was exceptional and made me feel like a international traveler, check in and out was easy. Entry to the rooms are keyless and quick, enough closet space and baggage storage is provided. My room was a little noisy as probably upstairs furniture were being moved around but I couldn't hear any sounds from out side and the walls are a little thin as I could hear the TV from the adjacent room through the wall. The only problem I could identify with the property was it didn't had neither kerb nor parking of its own but was told that their is parking for a fee in a empty lot around. If they would train their staff and maintain the property it could be a nice addition to Quetta and save wary travelers from the run of the mills hotel which Quetta is filled with.

It's shocking to see they have 4.5 review rating that seems like a paid review. Well my experience didn't go well. They tried to cheat me in billing. Muhammad Usama guy is managing it try to avoid that guy he is a thug. He booked an Executive room for me which was not by any means an executive room. Seems like a queen bed or master bedroom. He didn't give original receipt when i checked out. The rooms were super super noisy. They kept switching the heater off on their own. You will get hot water only in the morning after that no hot water available. Never cleaned my room in a three days stay. There was no toothpaste in the washroom. I even asked for money one day before check out which I have never seen in any good hotel. They have car parking but they also try to cheat you on car parking by asking you to pay for parking.

Room was spacious. Washroom were neat and clean and they even completed my wish for changing the shampoo because my hair were getting dry I requested them to bring my usual shampoo and they did that instantly very cooperative and friendly staff.

Grand hotel Quetta was absolutely fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was also very good at the centre of city, with easy access to public transportation and very safe in view of security. Overall, our experience at Grand hotel was excellent and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quetta city.Even the rooms were more better than the rooms of Serena and Lourdes Hotels.

The hotel's location and accessibility were both excellent. Movement is quite comfortable in the large area. The space was well furnished. I had a great time here. Because my room was so big, moving about in it was a breeze. I liked the colours and décor of the room, and the bed was a good size and level of comfort. It was done really elegantly, and many people would find it appealing. The reception staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and quick. After making my minor request, I was delighted to be granted a late check-out.

Cleanliness and a comfy bed with a variety of pillows are features of a nice hotel room. The air conditioning maintains a steady temperature and is silent. The hot water and water pressure in the shower are both steady. An executive lounge room, pleasant service, and an average location. The only thing that is unsuitable is that hotel workers switch off the air conditioning for four hours at night. Otherwise, the staff is kind.

Nice, cosy space. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was cosy, therefore I believe it to be newly constructed.A nice lobby with rather opulent old fashioned design was present. The staff was quite hospitable and the service was first-rate. Excellent services by the staff of this hotel! They were very attentive to guest's needs, very efficient with any enquiries and took time to chat with guests which felt very welcoming. Room was also large and comfortable, breakfast was to good.
