My husband gifted me a full spa day experience and I already want to go back for more! The spa itself is unique, located in a historic home, and gives off very warm, comfortable, and welcoming vibes: natural lighting with warm accents, beautiful hardwoods, and a mild, yet delicious aromatherapy infusion. The therapists were extremely kind and accommodating, offering drinks and light refreshments, and since the full food service is paused for COVID the manager even offered to run to the cafe next door for my lunch! Speaking of Covid, I appreciated the extra steps to ensure safety. They performed a temperature check upon arrival, wore masks, and I noted the additional wiping/sanitizing as I moved through the building. I was greeted by Pam who walked me through my treatments for the day then provided me a brief tour of the restrooms and relaxation room for between treatments. They provide baskets for your clothes and personal effects, and the therapists will carry them for you if you have multiple treatments. I began with 60 minutes in the infrared sauna, then donned a super plush robe and moved to the relaxation room to wait for my massage therapist, Joni. There was another customer finishing up her massage who joined me in the relaxation area as Joni performed a thorough cleaning of the treatment room. When it was my turn, she took the time to speak with me and explain which massage I had chosen (Swedish "essential" massage), and make sure she had a pulse on any problem areas where she needed to focus. We began with deep breaths of lavender oil to relax my mind then she gave me, hands down, the best massage I've ever had. My muscles absolutely melted and I fought the urge to fall asleep just so I didn't miss anything! After my incredible massage with Joni I spent time in the salt room - so cool! If you've never tried it, I highly recommend. The salt is not overwhelming, but you can tell it's there by the slight taste on your lips. The chairs were comfortable, and Pam brought me a fuzzy blanket to curl up under. It was the perfect in between as I was relaxed from my massage and waited on my final treatments. I had chosen the Eminence Wrap and the Deluxe facial, so when it was time I was greeted in the salt room by Lori. As she walked me to the esthetician room, she chatted with me about my concerns so she knew which targeted treatments would be the best for me. Once I was scrubbed, masked, and cocooned in my body wrap we decided on a dermaplane to remove old skin cells and promote more of a "glow". I appreciated how she talked me through what she was doing, and what she was using. My face really did have a healthy glow once we were done. I was there for several hours and completely lost myself in relaxation. I will definitely be going back, frequently! Thank you to Pam, Joni, and Lori for making my day! I have suffered from having three back to back spinal surgeries and a knee replacement this year. I was told by my surgeon that a monthly massage would be beneficial in my recovery. I was scared to let anyone touch me bc I was not yet healed. I booked a hot stone massage and a facial for, I hate to say it “skeptic day of relaxation.” Upon entering the front desk receptionist Erin was so warm and inviting. She gave me a sense of immediate calm and reassurance that I was literally in good hands. Her demeanor alone was enough to make me excited to go into this experience. I started with the massage. I spoke a little during the massage about my reason for being there and Emily my therapist was so kind and so well educated. She explained what parts of my body had tension and how much. She let me know why she was adding certain pressure amounts and made me feel all around very comfortable! I also told her I’m a single business owner and just opened a new location only two weeks after my third and hopefully final spinal surgery. She gave me some very sound advice. To take an hour for myself everyday. That it’s important that when life gets crazy you don’t forget about yourself. Well I will be back to see Emily again next month and the following. I seriously can’t even explain how great full I was for that experience. Next onto the facial. Now to start I have to tell you I’ve only ever had one facial my whole life. This blew that one away completely. Ashleigh did my facial and the aromas and products alone were again beyond expectations. I kept asking her what is that scent? for literally every product, Lol. Ashleigh was also a very sweet and kind woman with confidence in her profession. She offered information on products I could use and was attentive to what my skin needed. She made sure I was comfortable with all of the products she was using and I honestly almost fell asleep a few times at the end. That girl is a wizard with what she does. I’m gonna be seeing Ashleigh again soon. All in all this place deserves more then 5 stars. I’m telling everyone I know to go here and to see these wonderful ladies. Trust me I entered a tense ball of knots and left literally feeling like zen jello.

I booked the Luxe Full Day package on my birthday, and it was the most relaxing and amazing spa experience that I have had in a long time. I turned off my notifications on my phone on this day, and this was the perfect place to spend almost 7 hours in reflection, meditation, and gratitude. All the staff at this spa--from the estheticians to the front desk staff to the manager--are very professional and provide top notch service. They go above and beyond to make their clients happy. The restorative salt room, infrared sauna, and the transition room were relaxing experiences; I even fell asleep a couple of times. I enjoyed my lunch that was from Cafe Coco's. I enjoyed the wine and snacks (chocolate covered strawberries!) that I was given throughout this visit. Lee gave me an awesome deep tissue massage. I'm both a runner and a lifter, and I greatly appreciated her working on sore spots that I didn't even know I had. Laurie gave me an amazing facial. I have problematic skin that breaks out a lot, and she made my skin feel amazing and look better. I highly recommend this spa! I definitely plan to visit again someday.

My girl & I went to this spa in March. Cameron Pate took care of our reservation. As a concierge, Cameron went above and beyond! He was helpful and gave amazing recommendations to local spots (near our hotel- Downtown Hilton*). Cameron also made sure we felt right at home from beginning to end. The experience was very relaxing, restful, and accommodating. It was unbelievable how much the staff predicted our needs and catered to them! Lee Steenhuis really took care of all the stress I had from driving 16 hours (inbound road trip). the pressure was perfect and put me in the most peaceful place. Laura Pendergrass used acupressure to target areas of stress in my body. It was intense at times but her intentions were pure. Granted I had deep knots lol. She did check in and made adjustments when I asked so overall I appreciate her technique. It was clean and beautifully styled! This was honestly a highlight of our trip! Is it egotistical to pat myself on the back to finding this spot? Yes? Oh well! GreenHouse Comfort Spa for the win. They pulled out the red carpet for our group of 6 women. It was absolutely fantastic! The experience began when I called the spa after doing a Google search. I was greeted by the manager Cameron. I gave him information about what my group wanted to accomplish- a spa day for everyone that was especially nice for our mom-to-be guest of honor. He pretty much said “I got this. Say less.” We chatted and emailed back and forth to get the details just right. He contacted everyone in the group to get their spa services scheduled and lunch orders in. Once we got there, everything was top notch. The spa is clean and serene- everything you would want a spa to be. Our group had a variety of services and I heard no complaints. 100% recommend. And Cameron deserves a raise!

I took my mom here for her birthday. A great experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted and introduced to our therapist and esthetician. They asked us specific questions about our daily routines, so they could better service our needs. In between treatments we were offered refreshments, while we waited in recliners, and robes. I received a massage, a back exfoliation, and a facial. All treatments were fantastic! Since we are in the middle of a pandemic, they did not have their regular food service, but the GM offered to go to the restaurant next door and get us food. I thought that was a great touch! I finished my visit off in the salt room. That was first time in a salt room. I highly recommend it! The entire day was filled with luxury and relaxation. Couldn’t have asked for a better mother-daughter day!

Today was my first visit to Greenhouse. I scheduled the Indulge Package; which includes a 60 minute massage, 60 Minute facial, & 45 minutes in the dry salt room. It was Absolutely fabulous! My massage therapist worked miracles. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. My aesthetician, Ashleigh, is so pleasant and fantastic at what she does. My skin is absolutely glowing. I was unsure what the dry salt therapy would be like, but I loved it. I found it to be meditative & relaxing. The perfect way to cap off a great visit. The atmosphere is calm, quaint, & refreshing. The furnishings and little details like, the robes & tea stations, plus the phenomenal customer service, make this spot a must visit. I will definitely be back to this little gem!

We did not plan ahead and called them on a whim Friday to see if they could get us in over the next 3 days. They didn't have availability for exactly what we wanted but really wanted to help us out and see if she could make a slot possible for us to get the next best package. She made some calls and got right back to us and stated that they could get us in first thing Monday morning. We booked it and I am SO happy we did. Extremely comfortable setting. I got the most amazing acupressure massage. I went to Greenhouse Friday and had a regular massage but a friend referred me to go and try Lee because of how great that experience was. I went back the next day and never felt so great after a massage. I have had everything from standard massages, therapy, needling, acupuncture, and everything else possible for the pain in my shoulders. The only person that truly made a difference was Lee and how she applied Acupressure. I’m not interested in paying for a standard massage but will always pay whatever it takes for this sort of actual therapy. I will absolutely come back to see Lee. I highly recommend Lee if you want a real massage.

Very peaceful and professional. We were greeted by the most peaceful human. The whole experience was so relaxing. I came in for my birthday and the staff was SO wonderful about celebrating with me. My masseuse was Troy and I booked a 60 minute Deep Tissue Massage. Troy was excellent. If you don't like pressure, do not book a deep tissue with him because he gets in there. It was perfect for me! He was extremely professional and used a lot of techniques to help break up the toxins in my back. I highly recommend if you like REAL deep tissue massages. If you are looking for a GOOD, clean, peaceful, and affordable place to get spa services, I highly recommend this spa!

I called ahead a few weeks before, looking for a spa experience for 2, while traveling. The receptionist was helpful and even gave me a local recommendation for a nail salon. Upon arrival, my friend and I were greeted by a friendly face and told to wait in a super cute space. We were given a room to put on the provided robes. We both had facials, sweedish massages, and 45 minutes in the salt room. All experiences were clean, and relaxing. The girls were knowledgeable. We were offered snacks and beverages. It was a fantastic girls day.

Fantastic spa day! Cameron at the front desk was great and took excellent care of us (8 ladies in our group). Lori did my facial and was amazing. I could have laid there all day for that. Emily gave the perfect full body massage and took special care when dealing with an old injury I have. The facility was clean and very professional. It’s in a charming old house and is a great set-up. Also has a salt room that I had never done before and I loved it…perfect day of relaxation with an awesome staff. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Wow. I have been searching for a place to go for maintenance massage and skin care. I made a list of well rated spas throughout Nashville, slowly going down the list and unfortunately each place left something to be desired. I should have trusted the all five star reviews and come here first. I did the indulge package with Lauren and had the most relaxing and effective massage and facial I think I have ever had. I will 100% be a repeat customer moving forward. Do yourself a favor and come check this place out.

My wife and I came in for the couples package, which includes 45min in a salt room, 30min in a salt Jacuzzi, and an hour couples massage at a great value given all that's included. Our massage therapists were both very attentive to the areas we asked them to concentrate on and/or avoid, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were happy to provide us with extra bottled water when we asked. We felt incredibly relaxed afterward and definitely hope to stop by again! They are also good about masks.

I had a dermaplane facial with Lori and it was absolutely amazing. I had never had this service done before and she explained the process perfectly. It was relaxing and my skin has never looked better. The entire experience was10/10 from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

This spa is one of the most relaxing that I have ever visited. It isn't overwhelming. You feel like part of the family walking up on the front porch. Upon entering, you're greeted by Erin with the warmest smile. My therapist, Madelyn, took her time assessing why I was visiting and asked multiple times during my massage if the pressure was acceptable. I left feeling rejuvenated. Oh and it is perfectly situated downtown and they have parking!

I had a great experience at this Spa. I felt like it was worth every penny! I booked a full day from 9am-3pm. It included a soak, massage, lunch, facial, and salt room therapy. Lee was my massage therapist, she did great. She is very knowable, and I appreciated her attention to detail. Ashleigh provided my facial. She was also very knowable, and the facial was amazing! I will be returning.

I came in from Birmingham, AL n vacation since there's not a salt room in my city. Erin and the staff (I'm sorry I forgot the lady at checkin's name!) were some of the friendliest people ever. I will literally never go anywhere in Nashville for a massage after experiencing Laura Pendergrass. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had, hands down. The environment here is so peaceful, the customer service was IMPECCABLE and the whole experience was just a delight. After Laura provided my transformative 60 min Swedish, I relaxed in the chill room with a glass of wine and then took some deep breaths in the Himalayan salt room before heading back out to the world. The aesthetician was excellent. I looked 5 years younger after the facial. The float tank and my massage were so relaxing. Also everyone wore mask and hand sanitizer is in every room.This was a great end to a very stressful week for me. I felt like a million dollars when I left. I will be doing this again at GreenHouse Spa.

Fantastic spa!! Laura gave both me and my daughter healthy relaxing facials. We are now glowing. Then we switched spots, and got incredible massages. If you suffer from sciatica ask for Lee. She will fix you right up. The brightest part of our experience was the young man who greeted us and took care of all of questions.

This is a great place to go. I had a massage by Pam, which was excellent. My muscles were so relaxed afterwards. I had a Dermaplaning facial my face was so smooth and glowing . I also sit in the salt room and the float tank I had the best sleep that night .
