This is mostly for their Canada Post Office, which I think is just a front for the greedy owner. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SHIP OR ASK TO PICK UP YOUR PARCELS FROM THIS LOCATION. I had only TWO experiences, and they were both incredibly suspicious and bizarre. The first time I went to pick up a package, the worker, who was not in uniform but plain clothes, refused to accept my ID. She claimed I had stolen the notice card from my neighbour and created a fake ID!? Just insane! I had to make a complaint with Canada Post and return the following day with additional ID, and I spoke to the owner, who was still questioning my identification. The second experience, I arrived early in the morning, and as I was entering the pharmacy and digging through my purse, a random pharmacy worker in blue scrubs started asking me what I was doing there and if I needed help. I told her I was looking for my Notice card and headed to the Post office. She proceeded to block my path and said if I needed help she could help me. I told her I was picking up a package. She insisted she could help me and took my Notice card. I asked if there was a Canada Post worker, she repeated she could help me. I asked if there was a worker I could speak to. She didn't answer. I asked if I could speak to the Supervisor of the post office, she said they weren't there. I asked for her name, took it down, and once I safely got my package, I ran from there. I did report both incidents with Customer Service, got no response to the first one but for the second, the agent claimed the random worker in scrubs is trained and is authorized to handle mail, but I don't buy it. Rather than pay a legit worker, the owner has pharmacy workers doing double duty and that does not sit right with me. The conduct of both workers I dealt with was extremely alarming, and I don't trust this post office one bit. As much of a pain and delay as it's going to be, should I ever have another package dropped off there, I'll ask for it to be re-delivered to another location. A side note, I would not get my medications from this place either!

Are ,you kidding ! I can't believe the experience I had , others should take note! wow! where are the line ups and confusion, certainly not here. Booking my covid shot was so easy its almost pleasurable ! not only was I confirmed quickly but was also asked if I would be available to take an earlier opening if one should arise ,and I was informed of all the reminders they would txt or email me prior to my appointment. what can I say about the staff, truly made my day ,from apologizing for having to wait 3 minutes longer for my appointed time ,to the genuine care and hospitality they showed to not only me and other customers ,but to each other . What a true pleasure of an experience. When I declined a beverage ( bottled water , coffee and chocolate treats) while waiting after my shot, it was made sure to point out complementary coffee cards fo the Mc D's next door ! Now my only grief is that I have had good service from My pharmacist of the las 25 years ,but I really want to switch! This is how a service business should make you feel, Well done.

The pharmacists at this Guardian are top notch. They really care and are personally invested in their patients. I had an infection that was not treated properly by a certain hospital (they discharged me quite quickly and the follow up was minimal). Akil, the pharmacist, remembered me as we were leaving the doc's office and asked how I was doing. After discussing a bit, he recommended that I go to another hospital's emergency, that they might have a different protocol. I followed his advice and ended up in the hospital for almost 3 weeks, and got treated properly. What a God-send. Every single pharmacist or tech that we've encountered has taken the time to speak with me and educate me about the meds that I'm taking. I'm going to refer all my friends and family here - what a difference a good pharmacist makes!

I do not often write Google reviews, but I felt it worthwhile to take the time to write this one. As someone with a great deal of vaccine hesitancy, I was very nervous about getting my Covid vaccine. The excellent experience that I had at this pharmacy helped to greatly reduce my anxiety. The booking process was easy, the automatic reminders were helpful, but it was the personal touch that was most appreciated. Rajitha and Pharmacist Brian (and everyone at the pharmacy) were warm and friendly, professional and non-judgmental and the overall experience was efficient and put me at great ease. Such genuine care and service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Village Square Pharmacy!

Village Square Pharmacy provides great extra services including travel vaccine consultations and comprehensive medication reviews. Best place to get all your pre-travel vaccinations sorted out quickly. The staff is always pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Akil and Brian, the two main very knowledgeable pharmacists, are always willing to help and get what you need in no time. The pharmacy also holds a monthly clinic days where a nurse comes into check your blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol level on the spot. While you wait for the prescriptions, definitely grab a chance to get a regular check up with the nurse as well.

I love the pharmacy staff here! Always kind, professional and courteous, willing to help when I have questions. Yesterday, it was seamless process of getting my first Covid 19 shot, even the online booking was very simple. Waiting area after the shot was welcoming with bottled water and treats. As for the store in general, very clean, friendly staff, never had a problems finding what i want. Overall this pharmacy is focused on the quality of service and personality. I am very happy to recommend this store.

I have been served by this pharmacist for several years and have always appreciated the personal service. It is a caring staff who are extremely knowledgeable about the drugs they dispense. In several instances I have watched them patiently explain a complex situation to their customers and ensure that their customers, some of whom do not speak English as their first language, understand the doctor's prescription. You can have complete confidence that this pharmacist is a caring professional.

What an absolutely seamless process getting my first Covid 19 shot here today! From booking online to my experience in the store, I was absolutely thrilled with the efficient, professional and friendly service by all staff. Assad and Brian were extremely knowledgeable and thorough and the atmosphere in the store is one of welcome and 'family'. I drove a distance to get my shot here but I do wish this pharmacy was in my area. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Very clean, friendly, polite and well organized pharmacy. Their waiting room and sitting facility is outstanding. They even offered soft drink and coffee when I got my covid vaccine Thank you. Best service I ever got from from any pharmacy yet. They even carry/sell nice everyday use merchandise, stationeries and much more and also offer photocopy services. I had the opportunity to work for Village Square as a Student Pharmacist Assistant and the experience was invaluable. Not only were the assistants super sweet, super genuine people but the pharmacists Brian and Akil were amazing mentors :) The service here is exceptional. Whether its offering patients a drink or learning to speak multiple languages, everyone here definitely tries his/her best to make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. For sure my most recommended pharmacy!

I am so fortunate to be able to attend my local pharmacy for weekly Covid tests that allow me to visit my mom in long-term care once per week. Since we have to have weekly proof of having taken a test I need to get it done during my work lunch hour. I do really appreciate that the friendly and experienced pharmacist is always ready for me on time and that I am essentially in and out every week. It allows me to get back to work within the time I am allotted for lunch.

After a recommendation from someone else, I went to this Pharmacy in desperate search of a product for my child. I am spoke to Akil (?)at the Pharmacy ,and he was just wonderful. He helped me with the product. I was so relieved I was in tears. He actually took the time to toss my son's football with him before we left☺️. I also want to thank the cashier..her name started with an "R". She was very kind.

Excellent service. Very well managed and make customer feel important. We went for our vaccination. From making appointment till finally getting vaccine, the procedure was very smooth and they kept us informed as Astra Zeneca was delayed. Pharmacy has very comfortable setting area with water, candies and even coffee if you want. Well organized, clean and all smiling staff.

I really wish Google had an option to rate more than 5 stars because there are some places like Village Square Pharmacy which deserve them. I took my first COVID 19 shot there last month and was so impressed by their staff that I moved over my monthly prescriptions to them. They did not disappoint once again. Amazing,polite, friendly and courteous staff.

Amazing pharmacy. Only takes about 2-5 min to get a prescription filled, staff are great, and on top of that, they give you a free coffee too. If you have any health concerns or have run out of refills, there is actually a walk-in clinic inside the pharmacy and you can get a new prescription. Keep up the great service. 5/5

The pharmacy team here is fabulous! I had spoken to Akil, the pharmacist, regarding COVID testing and vaccinations earlier this week. He was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly to speak with. Akil thoroughly answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

We've been going to this pharmacy for our weekly COVID-19 tests. The pharmacist was very polite and professional. He even went out of his way to help us schedule appointments. The staff at the pharmacy were very polite and helpful as well. One can find special items here that one would not think existed. Highly recommend!

I have had weekly Covid 19 tests here since last October. My experience has been excellent. On line booking works well. The pharmacists and staff are professional, helpful and efficient. Check in and testing is well organized, fast and safe. Convenient location and free parking is a bonus.

The pharmacists at Guardian Village Square pharmacy were fantastic. Mr Dhirani was so friendly and helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also booked my Pfizer COVID vaccine at this pharmacy and the experience was so quick and seamless. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I went there today to get tested. The process of booking is very simple and the cost is also lower than many other places. I found the staff super friendly and caring. Very clean and tidy pharmacy. Would definitely recommend.

Hours of operation are unfit for people picking up mail at the Canada post. If the average person is working 9-5 by time they get there it's already closed which, is at 6pm. Rude!

My family and I have been going here for 30+ years and it's fantastic top to bottom. I drive 30 mins to get to this pharmacy and it's well worth it.
