Very good shopping mall and offices. International standard Myanmar Plaza shopping mall is located on Kabaraye Pagoda road and just opposite of beautiful Inya Lake. I love the main lobby area, it is big cycled shape and ample. You just need to walk around clockwise or anti-clockwise and see all branded shops. The food court is on third floor. It has KFC, Hot Pot, coffee shops and resturants. It is adjacent to Melia Hotel as well. Love to come here often.

Houses Myanmar Plaza and two big office buildings. Made by Vietnamese, it's one of the popular places adjacent to Sedona Hotel. There's a handful of restaurant bars which you can hang out during at night. This is where Hard Rock Yangon was located but now it's close. Bad thing though, the plaza doesn't have cinemas which is downer so I'm giving it only 4 stars.

Modernized building for shopping and office. Car parking lot is lack of navigation sign. If something emergency has happended, people are difficult to escape. Palaz hall also complex structure and layout planning. Defficult to look around exit.

The toilet has no water and security check is wasting the manpower and customer time. There are several loose holes at bread talk, CB bank, Harry bar, and other coffee shops where you can go into the mall without security check.

This is a good place to buy some of the brands. Varities of food choice. I go there to buy books, purfume, to eat ice creams, seafood, korean food, indian food, and it is also a good spot for meeting friends.

Somehow, I feel like it's too hyped for no apparent reason. Yes, it has food court, fashion stores, that's it. I went there specifically for Gloria Jeans and that's it.

미얀마 센터의 옥상에 미얀마 플라자는 이클립스, 블로우, 에프터8 등의 식사가 가능한 레스토랑, 펍, 클럽이 존재했습니다. 식사는 블로우에서 하였는데 맛이 괜찮았습니다. 다른것을 떠나서 시원한 바람이 있는 옥상이라 정말 자유로운 느낌이 있었고, 신나는 노래도 들을 수 있었습니다.

It's a nice, big shopping mall where you can find almost anything money can buy. Lots of restaurants on the top floor, including my favourite Jan Jan Ramen.

フードコートは時間帯によっては混雑してますが他のショップなどはコロナ以前程客はいない。現在ヤンゴンも停電が多発してるので停電中涼みに行く感じ。全て以前より高いから限られた人達以外行かないような気がする。
