Fantastic hotel!! We stayed at Luca for 4 nights in October 2023 and had a perfect stay. The staff was fantastic (very friendly), the room was great (cleaned well daily), and the location is incredible. The rooftop is very nice, and the lobby is a charming coffee shop that you can work in. The hotel is cute and boutique while still having all the modern touches needed. Would recommend to anyone. Great value in the best neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back

My brother and I stayed here for 4 nights this week and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent right in the heart of Roma Norte. It’s next to a beautiful plaza with a fountain and there are a ton of restaurants and food stands nearby. It’s only 2 blocks from a very busy main street but it’s so quiet here. The rooms were super spacious and had wonderful accommodations. The shower was also so big, larger than the one I use at home! I felt like it was very well priced for the quality that you received. All of the employees of the hotel were so nice and helpful throughout our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough! I’d gladly stay here upon a return to CDMX. A lifesaver. We arrive in Mexico City at 1 in the morning, 25 hr journey, lost luggage, a proper rain to an AirBnB with no heat, no running water and a blocked toilet. A desperate search turns up Hotel LUCA. The polar opposite from the woeful B&B. Let me be crystal clear. This hotel is exceptional. Friendly. Clean. Well-located next to a lovely little park. Fernando at the front desk very welcoming and helpful. And Jorge (the chef) and Jovanny (the waiter) giving unparalleled attention and food in the rooftop restaurant. Truly world class. We have nothing but positive memories. Muchisimas gracias a todos!

My girlfriend and I booked a quick stay at this hotel while we were in cdmx and had a really great time! Location is centralized to a lot of amazing shops and restaurants and we had an amazing view of the fountain plaza across the street. Our flight out of cdmx was expected to be several hours after our checkout time, but they were able to accommodate and help store our hefty luggages to allow us to freely explore the city one last time before we left. Amazing hospitality and super grateful for our short stay here. 10/10 would recommend

Very disappointing stay. The hotel do not offer any flexibility in terms of booking conditions, despite positioning itself as an "upmarket" hotel. Furthermore, the rigidity and the passivity of the staff on site regarding the situation faced once there, did not help to highlight the stay. I do not recommend this hotel, the quality/price ratio is very poor.

Very nice hotel in a great location Colonia Roma, spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff is super friendly, especially Giovanni our waiter from the restaurant. There is no parking here, so you have to find parking nearby.

Loved the location, the rooms, the balcony, the park across the street, the neighborhood, and the staff! Breakfast of fruit and juice is delivered to the room. It looks like there used to be a cafe area in the lobby, but not open at the moment. All in all a great choice.

Really great location in Roma Norte and staff is super friendly and helpful! Rooms are new, spacious and clean. Great value for what you get!

Este hotel llegó a arruinar la arquitectura de toda la plaza Cabrera, es horrible. Además ponen música a todo volumen, como si fuera Cancun..?
