Very slow service poor customer handling Whenever you come you always wait There is no token system. Every customer is treated differently. don't have any line for rich peoples and special customers Bank staff and security guards shouts the poor elders who come for pensions and ehsas program. the problem they say always they have two counters but only one is running they dont solve this problem. whenever you go for pay the eletricity or gas bill you see the line is very long but only one counter is running very bad experience to come to this bank

This branch of HBL caters to the needs of the nearby localities. It has an ATM, which for security reasons is closed at night. The staff is very cooperative and best of all, it's so close to my place.

It took me 4 hours to pay my challan. There wasn't any proper line. People were pushing each other and guards were taking bribe 50-100 to get you through line. Bad bad service very disappointed
