Candace was the first person I trusted with my hair after years of doing it myself. She has an attention to detail and imagination that really show up creative colour process. After years of black boxes hair dye, she was able to get a nice vibrant red at the ends of my hair. A seemingly impossible feat! When I decided I wanted to explore the rainbow a little bit more, she walked me through the process of what it would look like to colour my hair vs. getting extensions. After our conversation we agreed that based off my hair colour dreams, it would be healthiest for my hair for us to go through the extensions route. She's always been helpful and honest when it comes to any and all hair questions or goals, and I really appreciated that. I’ve been a regular client of Candace’s for over 4 years, she has created custom colour for me based on crazy ideas I have, arranged my colour and styling around weddings last summer and prepared my hair for graduation. Her hair care expertise has transformed my hair from greasy with extreme damage and breakage, to hair that is easier to manage, much longer and always has vibrant colour. When I mess up and try out a product that screws with my colour, she’s there with advice and help but not judgement and that makes a world of difference. I've been seeing Candace for a few years now and I've never loved my hair more. I've seen a lot of stylists over the years that have completely butchered my hair and its finally long and healthy (for bleached hair) thanks to her. I have dark hair that doesn't lighten easily and Candace suggested multiple sessions so that we wouldn't fry my hair off. We finally got to my desired colour with minimal damage and I couldn't be happier. She always goes above and beyond and uses cruelty free products for her vegan clients which is amazing.
