Recently went in to get my hair coloured and cut. I had asked for a dark root and blonde balayage. Instead the lady proceed to colour my hair and give me copper "highlights" and a copper root colour. I talked to the lady and told her that I was unhappy, she continued to laugh while I discussed this and told me I should've just did it myself.. She made excuses that my hair couldn't be lifted and after minutes of arguing she then told me my look was not achiveable (which she did not tell me prior to my complaint) my hair left there completely fried and dry, when I told her this she told me that my hair was damaged before hand, which is incorrect. I left there with a brutal colour job that cost me $230.00. If I rate this 0, I would. Save your money.

Where do I even start!? First off, I gotta start listening to my aunt more, she’s been telling me to go see Cindy for a looong time. Secondly, Cindy is amazing ! I’m one of those people that have no idea on what they want with their hair but know that they need a change. I’ve been on the hunt for a hair dresser like her for a long time. She takes what you would like and also gives you ideas on what WILL look good on you. I took her advice and I came out feeling sexy (sexy hair yay yay!) with a beautiful DARK purple with some very sexy red highlights. I have gotten so, so many compliments! She is my new hairstylist!

The owner of this salon is extremely rude. Instead of making sure her clients are happy, she puts them down and insults them. She was very sarcastic with her responses and laughed at my questions when I tried to have a serious conversation with her. Extremely disrespectful. A lady like herself should not be working with people. Save your money and find a better salon.

I was very excited to finally find my hair care products and professionals that understood curly hair under one roof! They were able to get me in quickly as well. The girls are GREAT and they really did a great job on my unruly mane! I know I have found my forever salon! Edited to add: Sadly, Hair Etc is no longer..

Ask for Cindy. I had a very bad experience elsewhere and she took her time to make me feel comfortable with everything and that she was not going to cut off all kinds of my hair when I said an inch. She also mixes my dye that matches perfectly with my hai and skin tone.

My Mom and I have been going here for years, we see Denise. My hair is difficult and Denise is the only hair stylist that I have found that knows how to work it! We are both happy with the service here...
