I don't often write reviews and have never actually written a negative one for any business, but the experience here was so bad that I felt compelled to. If you are looking for a professional salon with decent customer service and capable stylists, this is definitely not the place. The experience that I had here was bad from the moment that I walked in through the door. When I came in, the two ladies that were at the front desk were busily engaged in a personal conversation and appeared to be completely oblivious to what was going on around them. After waiting over 10 minutes while standing in right in front of them without either of them speaking to me, I was finally acknowledged by a third staff member. The woman that I spoke to was really rude and spent the entire time that she spoke to me giving me countless reasons why she couldn't do my hair ranging from they didn't have the color I wanted, they couldn't mix the colour, they couldn't apply it in they way I wanted etc. If she couldn't do my hair or just didn't feel comfortable doing it, she could have just been honest about it, instead of giving a bunch of excuses that didn't make any sense. Overall, the entire experience was really poor, and needless to say, I will definitely not be coming back or recommending this place. There are good salon to go to and this is not one of them.

I used to go to another person for my hair for like 14 years but my old hair person now only does 2 days a week and they never line up with my availability so I've been looking to find another trustworthy place I had one terrible experience elsewhere but then I tried haircrafters. I came in after attempting to cut my own hair .....it did not go well and I needed my hair cut and fixed I came to this place and was blown away by the quality of cut and care I received I gave the hairdresser more control over what to do since she had to work with my hair mistake I made. She did absolutely amazing and I loved my cut. I have now since also brought my son in for a cut and got the same lady (Nora) for him as well and she did absolutely amazing with him as well ! She was super friendly to him he was super happy with the results and so was I. I plan to use this place a lot more in the future :) and Nora is amazing

I don't know if they need better mirrors/training/eye glasses or what but for what I paid for in February and what most hair salons provide in the GTA JUST NOOOOOO! I asked for a haircut and she took almost like 50 minutes and I had mid-length hair, really not that hard to deal with...and then to top it off she refused to accept my coupon. I was shocked at the way they do business there. Then, they invited me to return to their "newer" location when they open up. Why would I come back when I barely got a proper hair style? Hello???

Haircrafters is my favourite place to have my hair coloured, cut and styled. I am a regular with my hairdresser Lisa.H. She is wonderful. She is professional, friendly, educated in her profession, she makes me feel very comfortable as I tend to get anxious when going to a salon. Lisa is very patient with me and my indecisiveness. I always leave a happy customer. I have gotten to know alot of the staff and manager and they are a great bunch of ladies who have created a positive, upbeat working environment.

Customer service was amazing the day before Good Friday they were soooo busy but still found time to let me and my mom do a walk in and with hardly any wait. My moms cut was great looked really good My cut was a bit plain would have liked to see a bit more depth and would have been happy to pay extra maybe lack of communication on my part. Pricing was if anything a bit low compared to other places but if they only offer basic styles and cuts then it’s a great price

I came here last summer and got an amazing hair cut! The girl was so understanding about me being a little chicken about cutting my hair short. But it turned out amazing thanks to her. I went here again today just for a trim and again had a great experience. Sadly I am awful at remembering names but I'd go here again no doubt. Such a good price for great service and a great cut.

I came into Haircrafters for the first time recently. A lovely lady named Nora cut my hair. I was impressed with her skill and technique. I didn't have an appointment, I simply walked in, my wait was very short, and the cut was done quickly as well. I'll definitely be coming back to this location and, specifically, seeing Nora for her great work. Thank you and well done!

Such a great experience. Kristen cut and colored my hair and I LOVED IT!!!! She made the experience so fun and exciting, I usually hate cutting my hair but as long as she is there I will continue to do so!! She was super friendly and made me feel so welcomed. The other staff as well gave such nice service. Definitely will be booking another appointment soon

I can’t say enough good things about this salon. It's absolutely a fantastic place to get your hair done in such a positive and friendly environment. I for sure will be returning back to Damira for future hair coloring and haircuts. She is great at what she does, she is knowledgeable, talented and kind. &Much love for the Ladies at Haircrafters.

Warring !! Don’t tell the stylist what you want because the don’t like it and if you do they argue with you. My wife went there and she was asking the stylist what she wanted and how and the stylist was telling her you stress me out ? I will not recommend this establishment to anyone anyone and I will tell everyone about their poor service.

Staff very friendly and knows what they’re doing. My mom and I went in a few times and has got our hair done by Demira. She’s an amazing stylist and has always achieved looks my mom and I wanted, we’ve always left the salon in satisfaction. Demira does amazing high lights and colouring, I would highly recommend her.

Lisa did amazing highlights, cut and layers I received many compliments on my hair. I have had lots of difficulty finding a good hairdresser after mine moved away but Lisa is more than Although not feeling well, she made sure I was comfortable while making me feel great leaving with beautiful hair!

I got my hair cut for the first time here. I only waited 10 minutes. My stylist was a young girl named Kristen. She was very polite and attentive. I feel like she really took her time and did a top notch job. She landed herself a return client. I will see you in about 8 weeks.

Just for roots hand a blo,,dry she charged 139 dollars. Less than 2 weeks later the root colour washed out..think it must have been poor quality colour she used,,,just a heads up to the prospective cclients..,price annd quality was outrageous

Had nora and she was perfect. Very knowledgeable and very talented. Got all my hair cut off and she did it perfectly and she was very friendly. She makes sure to know what you want before doing it and does it quickly and mistake free.

Natasha has cut my hair on several occasions. She's always very pleasant and discusses my expectations with me before beginning the cut. I would gladly use her again and recommend her.

Got my haircut done yesterday. Its nice. Tracy did it and she accomodated me to a separate place at the back as i wear a hijab.
