If you want your problem solved, DO NOT go here. Not only is the service bad, but absolutely disrespectful aswell. I made a call about an incident at around 5:30pm, they told me to go to the station, so I did. After talking to the rude cop at the front desk, they told me I'd get a guaranteed call by the end of the day that an officer would be dropping by my house. Fast forward to 12PM, still no call, still no officer. It wasnt until 1AM where they called, asking if I still needed them to come. Is it a joke or something? FYI, I wouldnt be suprised if most of these cops are dirty. If you have connections with them, count yourself lucky as they will most likely use their conflict of interest even if you arent a victim. This is not my words, but plenty of others aswell.

I haven't been there, but called to report an incident of someone entering our yard and depositing clothing with bank cards and cash in our green bin. Was told by the 911 dispatcher that we can throw the stuff out or take it to the station if we feel like it. I was dismayed by the response. We later reviewed the camera recordings and saw a male entering our premises from the side, changing his clothing, then depositing the jacket and hat he wore into our bin, removing the cards from his pocket and placing them in the jacket that was dumped in the bin. Later my husband went to the station and was told he couldn't file a complaint if trespassing as he couldn't identify the person. Leaves me feeling very unsafe and dissatisfied with policing here.

I was assaulted by my neighbor. I called 911. I showed them my blood when they came (6 hours later) also showed pictures of my face bleeding second time they came to get my report. My kids saw it and are my witnesses. They spoke to her she lied and they didn’t charge her. I am very disappointed that a violent person is getting away with assault and they aren’t doing anything about it. There is no consequence for her actions. Do your job office Megan McMillan and office Zach Walters and do what’s right!!! Is it because I am not white and she is?

Useless Useless big time they talk talk talk more then they help and they ask for details and description which is good but at the and of the call they say we are busy we will send someone when it's available and the available they talk about never available or take for ever Sad sad sad

Never comes when you need them. Always make you wait hours. Then, call you up a while later asking if you still need them to come and help. Totally useless. Don't waste your time. If there was an option for 0 stars or negative stars. They would get the deepest negative amount.

Placed a call based of a concern I had. The conversation on the phone captured all my concerns and had a police officer come and address everything I was worried about. I am thankful to have such a reactive Police force to protect our community. Thank you again!

Terrible experience. calling Police to help with an idiot neighbour and they not even interested to help!!!! This is going on for months> "THEY ARE ALWAYS BUZY" but I can see cruisers passing by my area several times a day. ?!?!?!?!?

Phoned them at least 12 times in one month for emergencies regarding methamphetamine and my tortoise and not one time did an officer come inspect the scene or interview the tortoise

please do more police enforcement for speeding in Hamilton. in my personal experience so many people are driving over 20 km than speed limit and tail-gating good drivers.

Pretty mid police force. uniforms are whack, most of them are under 5'6, not enough police doggos, and haven't seen one of them stop a crime since 1992.

Front desk & police officers who helped me during this year were awesome. They paid attention & assisted me in best possible way. Excellent service!
