What a wonderful experience with Olivia! Olivia clearly knows what she is doing and I was able to fully relax and leave the store in complete bliss. I feel like I always set my expectations high for when I get massages because I’m usually the one giving them, haha. Olivia got to all of my trouble spots and relieved my knots despite me having terrible crepitus (I usually can never get the knots out myself). Also, her are some things that are important to keep in mind before getting your first massage or reading other reviews: 1. Massage therapy requires a level of trust to ensure total relaxation. If I was feeling too hot, I asked if she could turn on the fan. When the headrest was scooting forward, I would ask her to fix it. Without proper communication, you could be suffering in silence! 2. If clients don’t come in early or running late, the therapists might run behind and no longer be able to give a full hour massage. 3. Clients have full access to the prices of the desired services and they are inclined to verify everything before the appointment to make sure everything is right! To do this, I verified that I was getting only the two desired services with both the front desk and massage therapist. I am very satisfied with my service today and look forward to booking with Olivia again, Thank you!

I had a very negative experience with this place. The manager at the fort worth location was unprofessional and rude. I booked an appointment 3 days prior for my wife, a hot stone massage and facial for 4pm. The day they called me around 2.30pm to let me know that the one who was supposed to do the facial massage wouldn't be able to make it because of an accident and if i wanted to cancel or reschedule or just have the stone massage. I decided to keep the stone massage. When we got there, i wanted to know if they don't have a replacement team this kind of situation. That's where the manager responded by telling that the replacements was busy and i want to have the massage or cancel it, also that i was rude on the phone when they called me to tell me the situation. Long story, short story i just decided to cancel it. That was unprofessional and totally rude. Besides that, that was a racial bias. Anyway this is my experience, and i will never go back to Hand and Stone massage spa or recommend anyone.

Wow...I didn’t think that I would ever be happy continuing my membership with Hand & Stone. My home location is Arlington North (Lincoln Square) and it has been a very disappointing 4 years to say the least. I called this Hand & Stone location as the last resort before making the decision to cancel the membership or not and I am happy to report that AS OF NOW, I have decided to keep the membership. I had the most pleasant experience booking appointments for my husband and I. Apple was so personable and professional. She was very accommodating and patient with my many requests. She has great customer service skills. I am 6 months pregnant and very concerned about getting a massage but she made me feel very comfortable and confident in the therapist she scheduled me with. I will UPDATE my review after our appointments Sunday. I am crossing my fingers in hopes that everything goes as smooth as our conversation with Apple. Thanks, Apple. You have saved a customer.

Absolutely amazing massage so I wont bash them on that. One of the best massages I've ever had. The issue I have is that they were completely misleading. I had a $100 spafinder gift card and calling over the phone to book, they confirmed a $59 per person and did not say the gift card wouldn't work. After the massage was completed, they told us that the gift card would not be honored and that they would get the manager involved (all they did was call someone and have it confirmed their normal price and not the fact that they had misinformed their customer before hand). They apologized but still refused to give the discount of let us use the gift card so rather than the $40 we expected to pay, it was $140. The lady was extremely rude and acted like she knew it all even though she joked earlier she was new and didn't know anything. WILL NOT EVER BEING GOING TO THIS DISHONEST PLACE AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE UNTIL YOU CONFIRM THE PRICE.

Alyssa gave me a really great first facial experience. I got the Triple Threat Facial for hydration and brightening. Each step was relaxing and I experienced zero irritation. She checked with me to makes sure the tools weren’t too rough. I will definitely make another appointment with her for facials in the future. She kindly made some product recommendations at the end, but there was no pressure. Today was my first massage with Shelly and it was so relaxing it briefly put me to sleep. She also took care in working some of the knots in my shoulder blades and I am grateful. The ladies at the front desk were great about reminding me of some credits I had built up, so it was such a treat to upgrade my massage with aromatherapy. Overall it was an overdue spa day for me and the staff were exceptional the entire time.

Just to share the details of my experience a little - Walking in the water drizzling down sounded so peaceful as you fill out their questionnaire. You are promptly taken to the back where they have private room for ea/ appointment. Once in the room Virginia kindly advised that everything is customizable from the floor up! The massage bed was warm and inviting The lighting was dim and comfortable The music was subtle in the background and every single one of my needs were met. Everything was so clean and it was refreshing to receive a was damp towel and a dry towel at the end of my service to warm up and dry off. Everyone was calm courteous respectful kind and understanding. I recommend this place with 5 stars plus and hope you can also experience the same calamity I did.

Do not get a membership from here!!! I loved coming in for massages and facials. But once I had my baby I needed to budget and let the membership go. I was told it was so easy to cancel, however, I called several times and emailed. I was promised someone would call me to help me cancel and never did. After two months of being charged and no response I cancelled my membership. Although that was a pain in itself now they are withholding my 2 services from me until I give them a new card to start up my membership. They are thieves and I’m super disappointed on how they handled everything. So not only 120 Dollars down the drain but a bad taste in my mouth from this poorly ran franchise. Run the other way, there are plenty of spas in the area.

I recently went in for my first ever prenatal massage and Tony was amazing! The staff in the front was super friendly when they greeted me and made sure to go over all the prenatal information with me before my massage. While getting my massage Tony was very friendly, he made sure I was comfortable (if you’ve ever been pregnant before you know how uncomfortable it can be) he made sure the pressure of the massage wasn’t too much for me, and answered any questions I had prior to my massage and even after my massage. Very reasonably priced, super friendly staff, and overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve been seeing Robyn once a week for the last 6 weeks for a prenatal massage. She gives the ultimate stress-relieving treatment that melts away pent-up stress, achy muscles and tension. In my third trimester it’s been difficult to feel comfortable but I look forward to my massage with her as I can guarantee an hour of absolute comfort and relaxation. She customizes her focus to your areas of concern and really listens to what you need. Robyn’s hands are magic and each time I visit her my tired body feels wonderful for days. I leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I’m so grateful to have found her.

I had the most wonderful experience with my facial. Tiffany gave me the best facial I had ever had and I have had many in the past. Her technique is amazing and she is extremely knowledgeable. She made sure my concerns were addressed and helped me get my skin back under control. I am already booked to see her in a few weeks. Also, my husband loves to come to this location for massages with Samuel. He will not go to anyone else. Overall, the whole staff is amazing and super professional.

Oak Park is one of our favorite campsites. It's quiet & peaceful. Has a couple of different loops. Camp hosts are very friendly. There's a playground, pavilion, a trail area, dock, etc. Cell service is spotty, & there's a small convenience store a few minutes away. Otherwise, Corsicana is the closest full service area. Park has a few full hookups. Long pads. Most are flat. Amazing water views & sunsets.

On 12/8/21 I purchased a couples massage at Hands and Stone on (West 7th in Ft. Worth) for my girlfriend's birthday and it was a really good experience! The young lady who gave me my massage Dominique was awesome and gave me tips for tightness/soreness. Excellent job Dominique and would definitely go there again and recommend them!

Very clean, front desk customer service is amazing, and responsive. Don’t waste anytime looking around for a LMT when you can book with Robyn. She is truly amazing and has magic hands to work out any knots/pain/tension in your back! I’m so glad I found her for my monthly self care massages. I live an hour away and drive to see her.

The other comments are false on here this place is very unprofessional and the Clark has sores all On her face who would want to get a facial here I drove 30 minutes to come here and I booked my appointment over an hour I arrived and they tell me I'm not able to do my appointment this is ridiculous

I had never had a professional facial. Now, I'm not sure why I haven't been doing them along. Alyssa was wonderful. Professional, answered my questions perfectly. Paid attention and let me know what she was doing each time so that I was aware. All in all...a lovely experience that I will do again!

I felt like I was getting a massage from someone in training on their first day. I’m 70, and it was, by far, the worst massage I have ever had. The extra $40 for tot stone was a total waste of money too. They only were hot for my back. I felt like all the massage therapist only put lotion on me.

I’m a member because i think it’s a good deal to get one massage a month for $59 compared to other spas nearby. I prefer this location over the Camp Bowie location because the noise level is much lower if you prefer night massages. Parking isn’t the best though. Queen is great. Tyler is great.

Queen was wonderful. When I was hesitant about cupping, she trialed a little bit on my shoulder to see if it’s something I would be interested in for the future. Very knowledgeable and created a very relaxing atmosphere. Receptionists were very friendly and the facility was very clean.

I loved my massage here! And Apple was so very nice and informative. I chose not to become a member however because I don’t want a monthly fee. But it’s still a great place for a massage, very clean and welcoming.
