I've been doing my laundry here for over a year now. And every attendant in there is very nice, and doing their job helpful and respectful. But today I noticed that the washer ended its cycle and didn't drain.(which was my first time that happened something like this at this facility) so I go to the attendant and tell her what was going o n and that I needed her help. First, she says "alright you are going to have to wait so I did. For 5 minutes, all she was doing was standing behind the counter writing some notes. Second, when she finally gets to help me. She says "I don't want yo touch your clothes but it looks like you put too much soap" I said "no ma'am I didn't I know what it looks like when someone puts too much soap there is a problem with the washer, my clothes is not soapy it's wet." And she said back "I am only going to help you this time, next time you are paying for th washer. Ok I get it. Maybe it was my fault. After she restarted the washer it stopped in the first minute in front of her. She got mad and started slamming the top of it. Second try she left and said yelled "your welcome" before I even had a chance to say anything. She was heading to the counter again and the washer stopped after 30 seconds. So I go back to tell her. And she said "well you can leave" and I said " I am sorry but this is your job and I was just asking for help. " she was still yelling at me. I walked out. And said nothing. Really?? This is the first time I see her there and I hope it's the last. Never have I had any problems here with the staff everybody is always so nice and helpful that's why my review is a 4 star. But if i could give her a review it would be a 0. This place needs people who like their job and who can give good customer service.

Worst place to do laundry. Manager banned me from from doing Laundry at the Facility because to make herself fell good & look like a big shot. I cannot wear a mask because I cannot breathe with one on because I have severe asthma issues. Walmart or Kroger does not make put on a mask. The manager (who claims to own the laundry facility) does not do any work, and makes all the other workers pick up the slack that she leaves behind. And she also comes and goes as she pleases with her schedule, meaning she leaves when she wants to & comes in when she wants to. The woman who claims to be the owner has no dignity or respect for people who are handicapped or have disabilities what-so-ever. I suggest that you don't go there, unless you want to be disrespected and treated like garbage. Remember she does not wear a mask, when she tells everyone else to wear one. God is watching her every move she makes, and every word that comes out of her mouth when talking to the customer about putting on a mask while she is not doing it. Don't go to that laundry mat. My God will fight my battles for me or for people who do me wrong. He does it everytime.

No way!! The owner is a complete jerk. I started to go in there because the girls that work for her were really nice and accommodating. Then I had to go in one day when she was there and she really should stay home and allow other people to run her business. I probably had about $500 worth of laundry and the other girls were so nice and made me feel comfortable and told me it was no big deal to bring it in and then when I brought it in the girl acted so inconvenienced and was basically rushing me because she had to get home to her kids with complete disregard that mine were in the car also. I had loaded up so much laundry and had drove 30 minutes to get there to be turned away. Could be a really great place if you can catch it on the day when the owner is not there. Unless you want to sort the laundry exactly to her liking and bag everything up and count every single thing you have I would just save the time and go somewhere else there are plenty other places that are better. She has zero customer service and completely wasted my time.

I am here right now and I went to dry my clothes and used my card to drive my clothes, but when I used my credit card the credit was giving to another dryer that was in use. I went to tell the attendant on duty and she said “oh well this card machine goes to the bottom dryer.” So I asked her if she could give me money for the dryer because I didn’t have any more and she told me it’s not her problem. Then she decided to argue with me in front of the customers in Spanish so I don’t know what she said, but needless to say I won’t be coming back here because I really thought it was rude and inconsiderate. Plus the machines do not even say they are for the bottom. I’ll be calling the manager tomorrow 10/3 because this is beyond stupid for the lady to act that way when all I asked was a question. SMH! Oh and let me just say she just helped out her own people who had the same problem. Wow!

I have been coming here for quite a long time, probably about 3 to 4 years. But within the last year it is absolutely gone down hill. It has been hit or miss to actually find anyone working at the counter. Today I literally went back and forth to the store several times. I usually pay to get my laundry done as I don't have the time to do it myself. Because I didn't see my laundry basket on the counter as it usually is, I began to panic, as I am thinking they have lost my laundry. Yet again, the 5th and last time I went in, no one to be found or my laundry for that matter. Hopefully I'll be able to find my clothes.

It's my first and last at the same time!!!!! So I tried to use the washer machine by putting money in the small machine and decided to use the bigger washer and paid with the debit card. So I asked the attendant if she can help me to get the money back,store credit or something. And she called the manager and said that they can not do anything about it. The manager didn't even say sorry or apologize for the inconvenience but said that its my fault to change the machine what kind of manager does that? If you don't like your job (being the manager there) find another job.

This Laundromat is actually really clean and spacious. It can get a little crowded but I did like going. It’s usually on a Saturday. BUT the reason for the 1 Star is because the lady that works on Saturday morning is rude and not tentative I’ve notice she is very friendly And tentative with her own race but no other. I’ve gotten quarters stuck in the dryer. I was ignored even after 3 attempts. I eventually just moved to a different dryer. But oh well.... I guess in this day and time it does not pay to be African American ‍♂️

I used this facility today. After reading reviews, I was pretty sure I'd have a great experience and I was right! The facility is very clean, with plenty of machines to choose from, as well as chairs to sit in while you wait. I haven't used a laundromat in several years, but Mary was very helpful in making sure I did the process correctly. I liked that they had credit card machines to use to pay for the loads. Overall I would definitely give this experience a 10. I would definitely use them in the future.

Came to wash and dry my clothes first time here, expected to have a good experience but when I came back, my clothes and blankets were stolen. The workers here don't take any accountability for anything. When I went to ask for the managers # to talk to them, the employees all fofged my questions and avoided taking any responsibility for my inconvenience. They blame me for my clothes being stolen. Don't use they place. Not worth it. Very bad experience. And employees have no respect for customer service.

Very shabby operation. Says suppose be open seven a.m..,and never is.The change machines empty,washers,and dryers having issues with card payment.The worker finally came in 8:40 am,got out her vehicle and sat a huge bag a reash right there in the parking lot,and never said word until I mentioned,...wow! Do not go here without cash. Their website says the machines take cards. What that actually means is that half the machines take cards. However, your card is charged a $14 hold per machine you use. The price for the use of the machine is deducted from this hold and credited back to you within 48 hours. So, if you use 3 washing machines and three dryers you are charged almost $50 at time of wash instead of the $15 it takes to clean your clothes.

The lady working is very rude, has a attitude, they have restrooms closed and apparently that is illegal, not very nice washers or dryers, alot of them are out of order. This is my first and last time coming here to do laundry.the washer is barely putting out water, hope my clothes get clean. Also whoever the lady is working with the attitude she will stand there and watch you like your doing something wrong it's just ridiculous here.

Have everything I need. Was able to get in and out without spending a lot of time waiting for units to open up. Also they have a laundry drop of which can be super convenient. Lastly its really close to Walmart so if you run out of washing products you can easily go there or buy some from the attendant onsite. The only thing I don't like about this place is the parking lot. It is very small and has a lot of traffic moving through it.

Excellent service. This is easily the best Laundromat I've used. It is often crowded on weekends, but that's expected. They have Wi-fi, snack machines, and clean bathrooms. The staff (Katrina and Juanita especially) are outstanding. I've been using the drop off service which ends up being only slightly more than if I did it myself and has the bonus of it being already folded when I pick it up, saving hours of my time.

What’s the point of having hours of operation posted if you’re not going to follow them? The hours clearly state you are open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday but I can’t dry a load of clothes at 9:20pm on a Saturday night? “We are closing because it’s not busy.” was the attendants response. Could the reason that “you’re not busy” be because customers have taken their business somewhere else like I had to do?

I love this place! I discovered it when I lived in Nashville. Now, I make the drive from Mt. Juliet. For $14, you can drop off a king size comforter and they will wash it, dry it, and fold it up within hours. It is a huge time savor for me! Everyone is always super friendly when I drop off or pickup. I highly recommend it for someone who doesn't want to sit at the laundry mat for hours.

Well it’s 0915 hrs on Friday and has been sitting here since 0700hrs waiting on place to open and no one here. Seen 4 different vehicles come and go and are still not open. Don’t know if hours of operation is different , as in it does not show it on window behind other signs Update -- Laundry is now automatic open in the morning, no more waiting for someone to open.

This place is clean, but this is the second time I've had the following issue. They post 7am as open, but now it's 8am and 4 customers and 2 repair trucks are waiting for the doors to open. People have busy lives and not being open on time interferes with this. 8:05, one of the repair trucks just left. This is unacceptable.

Always very clean and neat and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Best in Nashville. The service I received was far more than I expected my clothes were folded neatly and shirts and pants hung and wrapped. I have o my uses this service since I moved to Nashville. I recommended them to all my friends. Beyond satisfied!

We used this laundry for years for the wash and fold service. However, they lost about $500 worth of bedding and would never return a call. I went by multiple times and it was always someone new working. They could get the owner in the phone but she wouldn’t talk to me. Never saw our laundry or a reimbursement.

Clean environment Good people if you want to let a load.They also Wash, fold and dry your clothes if you have a doctor appointment or have to taken the kids to school or whatever you have to do in the meantime and between time.And they does a great job. Or you can do it yourself.

Nice clean place. Nice friendly people work there, when they are there. There only problem is that alot of the time nobody is there. So if something goes wrong, like with the machines,or change machine your day is shot .until someone shows up if someone shows up.

Definitely over priced for a laundry facility. Washers ranged from $4-$6. Even the dryers were on a spendy side. $0.50 to start the dryer with 8 minutes and $0.25 per 4 minute increments after that.

You dont have to spend a lot to get your clothes dry. These machines are clean and dry fast. Even if you o er load your dryer your clothes will be dry.
