Better than other cab companies by far! I love that if you miss their call, they place your ride on hold until you reply if you do or don’t need the cab! It’s such a hassle to have to call my insurance company to get the ride rearranged! So grateful they are accepting and more often than not, will wait a few minutes for you. Just amazing service. Locked myself out of my car at the supermarket with only 5% battery. Answered the phone promptly and taxi came within minutes to take me home for the spare and back again. Great, friendly service, also good value. Will definitely use in the future and recommend.
