I have know about Adam Davidson's special genius as a diagnostician for almost 10 years. Over and over again, he has surprised me and my wife and friends with his ability to figure out exactly what is happening, even when other perfectly competent physiotherapist and sports doctors have gotten it wrong. I especially appreciate his willingness to go as deep as one would like in explaining, simply or technically what the problems are. We seek Adam out for diagnoses and treatment wherever he moves, no matter how long the trip. Oh, but the way, he is not beyond changing his diagnoses if warranted during treatment.

There are a lot more closer physiotherapists to me but I choose to see Dan Zervos specifically at Highland Physio for my treatment needs because of his individualized approach and expertise. He is genuine and has a patient centred attitude that is appreciated. Highland is clean and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I have felt comfortable continuing to receive treatment at Highland during the pandemic due to the protocols they have in place and following public health guidelines. Definitely recommend.

The staff here are kind, courteous and most of all, knowledgeable. If you trust them and follow their instructions, I assure you there will be improvement. They quickly diagnosed my problems, explained what I was experiencing, why it was happening, and created a plan for me. They got to work right away. They consistently answered questions I had and gave me clear instructions on how to avoid any other issues. They offer a fair price and they do really great work. I can’t say enough kind things about this place.

I would highly recommend Highland Physiotherapist Dan Zervos . After ongoing issues with lower back and hip and leg pain I visited Dan at Highland Physiotherapy. Dan treated my issue and also provided exercise videos and other information to help prevent this issue from reoccurring. He is a true professional. Appointments were on time, and the office staff are so efficient and there was always a welcoming atmosphere when I went for my treatments. I have had a wonderful experience with physio, accupunture and Maryanne gives the best massage I have ever had. She dies my arms after having lymph nodes removed and all sorts of things to make my body function better. Not only that they are wonderful people and explain everything along the way. The acupuncture, done by Dan, on my knee worked very well. I would recommend them to anybody if you want professional and compassionate service.

My husband has had many injuries and many physiotherapists over the years and Dan Zervos is by far the best. His careful and thorough approach have helped him on the road to recovery every time. Dan has also treated our son (age 9) for leg/hip pain with great results. We have recommended Dan to many people and they are always impressed. I went to Highland to see Adam Davison for my ongoing knee (OA) issues and it's made a big difference. The exercises I was given were easy to do at home and worked to strengthen my knees considerably. My only regret is not going years ago for these same issues, but I'm happy I did this year. Adam is very upbeat and positive: he made me enthusiastic about my success from the first interview! Highly recommend Highland.

I hurt myself at work and I used Highland physio to help fix my injury. The physiotherapist that helped me was Adam. Not only did Adam help me resolve all of the pain, he explained to me what likely was happening and how I could fix it. Within a few short months I was feeling 100%! Absolutely effective treatment as Dan spends the 30 minutes I am there treating me, manipulating and moving my body to treat my issue and for me that has meant a huge improvement and I am confident that he will resolve my issue! He is very dedicated to his profession! I would highly recommend Highland Physio! I also see the massage therapist, Sorin, and he is excellent and very therapeutic!

I had a wonderful experience at Highland Physio! I visited the clinic for my shoulder/trapezius pain, and Dan Zervos was very thorough during the diagnosis. He described the causes of my pain clearly, and ensured that I felt comfortable with the exercises. I currently don't have any pain thanks to Dan. Last year I twisted my lower back doing something really simple like reaching for a pen. I went to see Dan Zervos here at Highland Physio, and in approximately 10 weeks he had remedied my issue and with a suggested work out regimen I've been able to maintain my healthy status. I highly recommend Dan and this team of really effective professional people.

Best physiotherapy you can get. I went in there with my legs practically immobile (very limited use) and I had to use a walker. I went from a walker, to a cane, to walking by myself, to running in about 2 months. It's honestly the most amazing clinic I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot) I really cannot recommend this place enough!

I have received excellent treatment here from Dan Zervos for several issues over the past few years. Dan is very knowledgeable, hard working, honest and very personable. The office is run in a professional manner and Covid-19 safety protocol is followed. Cindy manages the office and is always friendly, helpful and well organized.

The staff at highland physio are supportive and very helpful. I was extremely happy with my physio therapists Dan Zervos. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in assisting me in recovering from a severed quadricep muscle. My surgeon was also pleased with my progress and recovery which can be accredited to Dan.

Truly great staff who know how to do their job. Manual therapy that works with people who care and actually know what they're doing. No fake and bake here...I've been to other physio offices but without getting better...so grateful for this office. Matt and Erin are phenomenal!!

Very pleased with the courtesy and resect with which I was treated. After the initial consultation, was given a series of exercises to do and noticed the improvement very quickly. As I had no insurance, I was not saddled with a bunch of redundant visits. Thanks for the help.

I recently went to Dan Zervos, Physiotherapist and Erin a Physio Assistant. I had knee pain and recovered quickly under their recommendations and was very satisfied with treatment. They teach exercises so I know how to continue my therapy properly at home.

Friendly, professional approach. Effective treatment in limited number of sessions. As expected, did not completely get rid of my neck issue, but am able to manage it now by adhering to carefully chosen and explained excersises.
