"Visited Homeflair a couple of times during my log cabin build in my garden"
"Homeflair is the gem of the high street"
"They mixed me up some Crown emulsion that is no longer made by Crown"
"The team at Homeflair is excellent"
"This is an Aladdin's cave of DIY stuff and knowledge"
Visited Homeflair a couple of times during my log cabin build in my garden. Visited on several occasions and was mixed sample pot colours, however was not told this was at a charge of £5.85. Therefore surprised before leaving the store. No honesty at all. Upon purchasing various sample pots, danish oil and floor varnish I was told that when I purchase the final Superdec 5l they will arrange a discount of 10%. Unfortunately, I was given an inflated price after driving out of my way and extremely poor customer service. Eastwoods was another Sadolin retailer that gave me a quote £20 cheaper without any 10% discount. In Summary, no honesty, inflation and no transparent pricing, not recommended - either go to Travis or Eastwood if within the northwest London region.
Homeflair is the gem of the high street. Whatever your DIY needs, if they haven’t got it I’d be surprised and if the haven’t they can usually get it quickly. The service is always excellent and they are always happy to give you advice. Their prices are comparable to the large DIY superstores and if something is a bit more expensive it’s worth the extra bit for the expertises of the team and supporting our local businesses. Well done to the Homeflair team and keep up the great work.
They mixed me up some Crown emulsion that is no longer made by Crown. So credit to Crown (for their machine and software) and Homeflair for making an exact colour match. They just did some magic with a couple of machines and 10 mins later it was done. I was honestly sceptical, but when I painted it on the wall, it was a perfect colour match. Pleasant, friendly knowledgeable staff and thoroughly recommended.
The team at Homeflair is excellent. The knowledge, the service and understanding of products is just amazing Today I went to the shop as my own glue gun was not working Mr Shah had a look at the gun and quickly fixed the issue for me without any hassles. I always use this shop compared to the larger shops mainly due to the personal service and to be honest they have an amazing selection of stock
This is an Aladdin's cave of DIY stuff and knowledge. They are always so helpful and know so much information! The only place I go to for DIY materials - particularly if I've got a dilemma and need some help. They seem to be able to cater for everything and always seem to have whatever it is in stock. Remarkable!
This DIY shop is exactly why we should all support local businesses. I buy EVERYTHING else from amazon, but any time I need anything homeware related I make the journey here, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and will always give you advice if you need it. Superb shop and a huge range.
The owners here are really friendly and super knowledgeable, they answered all our questions about painting our wooden floors. Educated us on the under coat how long to leave between coats. Took away the stress of standing in a shop staring at the small print on the paint cans. …
Use this shop regularly as a professional decorator and as an every day customer. Always super super helpful. Great with recommendations, orders etc etc and best of all they remember you and value you as a customer and are active members of the community also.
Really bad experience. Staff not trained enough in mixing paint. Had to pay over £200 because of them not reading a simple text properly. Also, they are taking advantage of this Lockdown to increase their prices with more than 20%. Shame on you!!!
This shop is amazing! Just what you need when you’re a total novice, have no idea what paint to buy or anything else you really need for DIY. They’re a great bunch of people with so much knowledge, so eager to help, are patient and talk you
This store is well organised with an enormous selection of just about everything, paints (which can be custom mixed) included. The prices are reasonable, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and it's open 7 days a week! What's not to love?
Living closer to Homebase & Wickes I used to frequent them (as Tool Station and Screwfix are too far away). Not any more. This little shop has everything I've ever needed in terms of paints (especially niche colours etc), screws, fixing,
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. If it is a bit more expensive than Homebase its worth it, to get people who know what they are talking about, and they will get things in quickly for yo if they don't have it in the shop.
Well stocked shop selling everything that the tradesman or DIY enthusiast needs. If you want quality tools that will last, this is the place to come. Staff go the extra mile to provide what you want. Highly recommended.
Great local DIY store! Very friendly and efficient. Didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock but mixed genuine Farrow and Ball while I waited, done in minutes for the same price as online from big stores. Recommended
Top notch DIY shop, they always have what I need and give a personal service. Far superior to Wickes and Homebase. They also gave me some advice on products for renovating my stairs and the job turned out great.
If you need advice on any aspect of DIY, this is the place to go. Friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother. Will suggest alternatives or order in to meet your needs.
Been using Homeflair for years, sometimes they may be a little more expensive than wickes but the help and advice that comes with the purchase has always been invaluable.
They have an American Express sign on the door but refused to accept it for payment. Lots of products are overpriced. Double the price of other shops in some cases.
Really helpful staff who will give you some advice if needed. The shop is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Parking is relatively easy nearby.
They have a lot in stock and if you are in the trade they give a discount on paint when they get to know you . Very helpful, been going here for years.
Visited first time today & really had a bad experience, confrontational attitude by the man on the till, not a friendly atmosphere to spend your money!
This place is just wonderful, what ever you may will need this is the place which will never you let down. Really professional and super kind people.
just the best for diy been going there for many years.i dont go anywhere else .always got what you want.nice people to deal with.
