I am a regular at Hong's Kitchen with take aways and my family really loves Chinese food from here. Yesterday (30 Oct 2023 @ 1714 Hrs) I ordered food from Hong's Kitchen, City Centre Mall, Sector 12, Dwarka (New Delhi). I came to pick my order after 10-15 minutes. I reached and waited at the counter, I saw that one of the paper bag was kept in the back counter (in kitchen) and looked that it has some food packed. I waited patiently and saw that one of the staff kept momos in packing box and without even closing the packing box with momos kept it near this paper bag and started to check his mobile phone with one other staff. No one in the kitchen was working and I was waiting for my order. I checked with the girl on the billing counter and she said she will check just for my order. After 5 minutes of more waiting I told girl at counter that the bag kept unattended is my takeaway order and no one at restaurant cares that a client is waiting for an order that is almost packed and restaurant is not keen to serve the client. A very disappointing experience. Owner at this food outlet should seriously look into this else you will be spoiling a good food outlet with bad customer experience. My 2 star rating is only for bad experience.

Street Style Chow Mein

A great place to order food from. The place offers Chinese, Street food and few desert options as well. The menu options are quite extensive, prices i would say are a little on the higher size given the Quantity but definitely what they offer in this price is great Quality and cute packaging. I had ordered Chilli Garlic Noodles, Veg Manchurian and Veg Spring Rolls from this place 1. Noodles : Typical street styled taste and flavour. Red coloured with a proper blend of spices and veggies 2. Spring Roll : Cigar rolls, small sized 4 pcs costing ₹100/- 3. Manchurian : Spicy chunky and juicy pieces balls which are just a perfect combination with Noodles or Fried Rice Definitely had a great experience at this place & would certainly love to order from here again

I ordered for home delivery for 6 people. My order included variety of items, namely veg thukpa, Hakka noodles, veg Chilli fried rice, choco and orange bao, chili paneer wrap, cheese filled spring rolls. Veg thukpa was good. Choco and orange bao were good. Cheese spring rolls and Chilli paneer wrap and Hakka noodles were so so not great. Noodles were over cooked for Hakka. Flavor was slimy and not not so flavorful. Veg Chilli fried rice was horrible. It was too tangy and did not have any other flavor. We were not impressed. Our teenagers liked the deep fried stuff as well as Hakka noodles. But teenagers generally love oily food. Overall it was average quality food. I won’t order for family again. I might order couple of items I liked now and then. But not in near future.

One of the worst outlet to dine, I hope other outlets serves similar fashion. It's a total wastage of money, time.. we have ordered a non veg combo, steam chicken momo & fiery orange chicken. None of the items are worth spending money. All the cooked item the staff has cooked incldg. Fried rice was so much of vinegar that we have to leave the food halfway. It was so tangy .. momo inside stuffed was having so much of ginger in it not at all edible. #jubilantfoodworks not done such a reputed brand pls. Strange part is it's a multi outlet brand .. everywhere it's outlet cook who prepare food.. it should be standardized all the outlet should be preparing add precise ingredients. Make sure your cook should be trained & experienced.

I never give bad ratings but this one deserves it. I ordered Street style chowmein. Iwas told it will take 10 min. But after 25 min when I finally got the order after confirming 3 times it came out super spicy. Like it was made up of Lal mirch and nothing else. No warning were given and I could barely eat 2 spoons. Now I get why this place rates less than 4. Try only if you want to waste money

I ordered honey chilli potato Serving was only one person so had to order two of those boxes Food the food was good better then the last two i have tried from two different restaurants for same dish it was best among them. P s you can check out in my profile which are those. Over all was good but next time a little more honey please and little less spicy

Very bad experience. I ordered some late night snacks and a brownie. The items were supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes but even after 1.5 hours I didn’t get the order. Every time i call for update, they gave an excuse and then they cancelled my order. Will not recommend to anyone.

Wanted to order fried rice, they said not available and asked me to go for hakka noodles so I ordered it . But when I went to pick my order they were preparing fried rice for other orders . The worst part was that the hakka noodles were bitter and with very less topping . Worst food I had in my life

I gave 1 star just because there are no ratings below that, we had given order and after waiting for 45 minutes suddenly we have seen that order has been delivered, whereas we haven’t received the order and once we tried to contact customer service neither they responded nor give any solutions on this, guys be careful to place order before.

Ordered food from here for the first time as my brother has recommended them . Love the taste of the momos and the noodles .

Never eat in Hong's kitchen (dwarka city centre) as the girl cooking food in the outlet does not know how to cook. She made the worst noodles for us.

Street noodles are far better...than the food made by this Hong's Kitchen. Disappointed after having the noodles and manchurian. Will never go for it again.
