Six years after I bought a van from Watford Motors (It subsequently failed it's MOT because it was in appalling condition) A plan have sent me texts and calls to my mobile which I would class as SPAM. What took them so long? I now live in France, and the van was scrapped within months of being bought. I DO NOT WANT THEIR "SERVICE" AND I DO NOT WANT THEIR SPAM!!!!!!!

We have been with A-PLAN Company for many years. Staff are helpful. Jakub Boruszewski is a great advisor, always professional and committed. In fact, when we renew the policy, we often do not get the best option, but we always ask advisors to negotiate the best offer for us. Jakub Boruszewski is always reliable in these and other situations. Highly recommended !!!

Wonderful customer service always for the passed 5 years at least! Good people. I trust their advice implicitly- they are very patent and professional and explain policies really well. The only Insurance company I know where the premiums are more expensive as your number of no claims bonus years increases. If you get a quote from them and it's through Ageas, go somewhere else. I saved £230.00 by shopping around.

We have 4 policy's with A-plan. Staff are great and requests are dealt with immediately. They have been best on price year on year. Allister in the claims department is especially good and a credit to the company

I know Dilpa Patel (Dee) for a years. She is a very friendly and trustworthy person but above all very professional. Give Dee a call, leave everything in her hand and be sure that you never regret this decision.
