Multiple visits and every time I get the same service. Ordered whopper cheese meal and kids meal. Get told to park. (Every time i get told to park). Get my food 5mins later, cold chips. Cold burger, plus no toy for my daughter who was extremely upset about it. If you are going to park someone give them fresh food. This store is by far the worst in the area. I'm beginning to think if they actually are getting trained by the right people or if management just don't care. Needs someone higher to come in and take over to get this sorted. Read all previous reviews and same thing happening.

Ordered hungry jacks almost 2 months ago, I got sick the next day. Ordered hungry jacks last night with a mate, now the next day I’ve gotten food poisoning and gastro (my fault should’ve stayed away from this unhygienic store) my mates grilled chicken was raw on the outside, all slimy like it wasn’t even cooked for 2 minutes. Not happy at all, new set of employees obviously do not know how to properly use the timers on their grills and deep fryers, get them better training, or replace the managers and trainers from this store, absolutely appalling.

If I could give give 0 stars I would ,I don't why this is not an option for that specific store.The worst experience ever,I was waiting for my fast food more than 20 minutes in the waiting bay and then another 10 minutes inside in the store for them to talk to me ,and another 7 minutes for them to figure it out that they have missed my order.The customer service was terrible from eveeyone and the manager just told me that he was sorry.... what a joke I went to a different area to get my Hungry jack meal in 2 minutes. So over fast food outlets. Go into hungry jacks carrum downs to place my order with the assistant. I specifically asked for no pickles, for it to be hot and with fresh chips. Had to wait forever and when I received my meal far from hot and fresh and had pickle in it. No I did not take my meal back as I had already waited long enough. There needs to be a better way for fast fresh service.

Ordered breakfast egg and bacon what ever the roll was looked Turkish bread to me disgusting anyway was not cooked cold 2 hash browns cold was told to Waite in the parking bay 20minutes car in front was waiting longer. I love a hj burger and Ice coffee with popping pearls. The food is good but 2 x I have been served by the same staff member (very tall female) she never says a word when serving and never smiles so either she is a mute with facial pausey or she just does not like her job. I wish they would put a bit more into customer service. Food is good though.

Ordered and paid for a double angry meal. The girl at the last window asked if I ordered some sort of chicken meal, I said I ordered a double angry whopper meal. She looked in the bag and handed me what i later found out was a normal whopper meal. Half the size and chips were half filled. Don't have enough time on my work break to drive back or call to rectify Would have given 1 star, but they have been good the couple times I've been in the past

Got a Carolina whopper hunger tamers box, everything was good except the actual burger which had no lettuce, bacon the size of a 50 cent piece, and all the rest of the fillings to one side of the burger, covering about 20% of the surface area. For an advertised and promoted burger I expected way more. If I ever want HJ again I will travel to a different location.

We ordered food online from Hungry Jack Carrum downs. 2 hours later food have not arrived. I have called the branch and the ( the most abrupt lady) said I should cancel my order. But she don't understand, there is no such option on the app. She should not talk to clients as she is worse than the problem of not receiving your order. Give your stuff people skill training.

Lost order yet took our money to be refunded. Had to reorder and said they have reimbursed us electronically for the first order. Had to pay again for second order. What the? Said if there’s an issue with money not being reimbursed, visit the store - we don’t live near the store in Carrum Downs! Would give zero stars if I could.

Wait time was huge betwren ordwring and collection window. Burger was dry, 1 piece of pickle and tomato and virtually no lettuce. I know its fast food but still should be edible.

Especially delicious. The staff are friendly and the service is always fast. It's hard to resist the smell of the burgers from the shopping centre car park. Do they do that on purpose? I'd buy a whopper scented candle. I shouldn't say that, it'll be on sale next and I'll get zero royalties. You heard it here first. Remember that.

Online order, all works fine. However, drive thru service was so disappointed.Always check what they give you in the bag. Open it up and check before you drive off. No chips in mine ( mistake happens) but told them and they gave me my chips but there was no sorry, there was no greetings at the start. So disappointing.

Probably one of the worst Hungry Jacks I've been to. Went there last Friday night and they stuffted our order up and gave the wrong food, very lucky we checked what was inside the bag or we would've driven off with someone else's order.

Burger was a bit squashed. Grabbed one of these Angus things because they don't have Aussie anymore. Its cool to get the sippy cup instead of a straw. The chips we're good and saved you from a two for squashing the burger.
