I got hungry jacks here on delivery and they completely wasted 20 dollars of my money , they forgot my 3 biscoff ice creams , 4 sauces & the food was super cold and soggy if I could I would sue, there food is terrible and now I wonder why it’s so empty ( hungry jacks needs to get better Uber delivery drivers ) I am so mad never getting hungry jacks again last time I had it I got food poisoning terrible the meat was raw. The only good thing on the hungry jacks menu is the biscoff ice cream storms and I didn’t even get mine thx a lot hungry jacks pakenham , it took over 45 minutes for the food to get here and I live 2 Minutes away I don’t appreciate what you did hungry jacks I’m am very mad you better give me my money back, overall the food sucked , honestly if you want hungry jacks I recommend travelling to a different location , this place is constantly disappointing me and other customers , I saw all those bad reviews shut down or get better cookers.

Absolutely hopeless place. The door clearly stated they close at 10pm, however we were swiftly kicked out when we arrived at 9.38pm. When we stated this to the lady (I'm assuming manager as she was wearing a black shirt, different to the other workers) she argued back, saying "yeah but..." and couldn't finish her sentence because there was nothing to argue. She was awfully rude. We then were forced to use the drive thru. There was no space to wait after ordering and there was only 1 waiting bay, which was occupied, leaving us awkwardly stranded while another car behind us wanted to pass through. I haven't even tried the food yet but I already know I won't be visiting Hungry Jack's again. The food was fast, yes, but service was absolutely dreadful. That manager (I assume it was the manager anyway) needs to be retrained. Absolutely no customer consideration and completely unapologetic. Rude as spoilt child. I used to work in fast food and her behaviour was disgusting in my books, especially from a manager who should be a role model for the junior workers. Will not be visiting again, and shall be warning my friends not to go there either.

This place 5 years ago was perfect. Hot burgers, hot crispy chips, fresh drinks,but ,unfortunately,that’s not the case now. There has been a steep decline in the quality of food and service from this fast food restaurant. The young staff members they have working there now have no customer communication skills. They don’t treat you with kindness or have a happy and pleasant demeanour when you approach them to place your order. If anything they seem annoyed that they even have to acknowledge your existence. The burgers they serve you are often cold and the beef patties are usually over cooked and burnt,taking all the taste out of the beef. The chips they serve used to be hot and crunchy, now they are soggy and under cooked. Even the soda they serve you know tastes flat. Over all a disappointment of something that used to be great.

Went there Wed night. Had a Tropical Whopper and Onion rings! The burger was fine, the rings, not so. Sent the 1st lot back, 1/2 were burnt and dripping with grease! The 2nd lot were cooked better but absolutely dripping with grease! I ate about 1/2 of them! This new, battered type are disgusting, and I will never have them again! I showed the girls on duty there and the duty manageress. She agreed with me the OLD, crumbed onion rings were far nicer, and never greasy! She said she would try to get her boss to get the menu supply changed back to the crumbed variety! When I showed the the 2 serviettes full of oil they were shocked! NEVER again! The staff were, good, those girls were lovely, no problem with them. It WASN'T their fault! Folks, just steer CLEAR of the onions rings from ANY HJs!

I'm not sure what others think of this place but even if it is bare minimal, I've been here four times since living in Melbourne and the food has been incredible. Comparing it to having lived in Perth my entire life and growing up on soggy burgers that look nothing like the picture, I'm extremely impressed by this store. The inside is nice and comfortable and the staff is as polite and acceptable to the best extent of what you'd expect from a fast food chain. As usual, the drive-thru is lacklustre in some shocking waiting times and my only other complaint is the meals are becoming ridiculously expensive, some meals even topping the $18+ margin. Obviously that's no fault of this particular store, so not bad guys and girls. Job well done.

The service was extremely slow even though it wasn't busy. Priority was given to drive through customers whilst walk ins had to wait ages. The fries were extremely salty & the kids couldn't eat them. I recieved the wrong order (which was replaced quickly) and my husband went to ask for sauce & was given someone else's food order instead. The staff were laughing & carrying on which would of been ok if the service wasn't suffering for it. Not impressed. Not the first bad experience recently. Management need to sort this out.

delivery driver was waiting for 40 minutes for a simple order. food arrived cold, hasbrowns soggy and undercooked. egg on one of the burgers had shells in it and the other one was green. they also forgot sauce on the burgers and forgot 2 of our hash browns. Last time I ordered from here i got a rebel whopper and it was burnt to a crisp and was inedible, and they forgot all of our sauces. this place is consistently disappointing. if you want hungry jacks i would recommend travelling to a different location.

Terrible experience. Wasn't greeted on arrival, and as I was trying to place my order, I was interrupted numerous times by the employee. Not once was there any confirmation as to what I ordered, not even in the form of a receipt. Before I had an opportunity to grab my payment (cash), I had the EFTPOS terminal shoved in my direction. Upon receiving my order, I find that the interruptions I experienced resulted in my order not being satisfactorily complete. Sat in the carpark to place my online order, app was easy to use. Noticed a little red Suzuki swift being driven thru drive thru multiple times, next thing I know a hungry jacks worker parks the car. I understand wanting good times, but to watch a worker continually drive thru and then for me to go into drive thru and receive stone cold chips, cold whopper burger and the fried chicken burger was hard as a rock and dry, clearly being used over the timer was a joke. I did not have a good experience here. I ordered the vegan cheeseburger and ended up getting a burger in which the veggie patty was stone cold from inside. I believe, they took the frozen patty out and did not microwave it. They quickly cooked it on the grill and served it. Other veggies including tomato and onion did not taste fresh. Bun was okay. The restaurant itself was not nice and clean even though it was not that busy. I visited 2nd time, too. Similar experience. Not going back again. No point of telling the staff there. The girls were busy gossiping rather than focusing on serving the customers.

I spent $50 on a family bundle and another meal. Unfortunately the experience was not pleasant. The person on window did not offer nor give me my receipt although I payed by card. Our burgers were cold and were poorly made meaning the dinner was even worse. Unfortunately my family and I had to eat this because we were hungry however this still does not make it right nor acceptable especially for a well known organisation and I expected more. The service was lousy and I am disappointed in what we ate. There was a large onion ring in our whopper and it was disgusting!

I normally go through the drive thru, but they have the best burgers out of any fast food place and I love their bursties. I was given a burger that I didn't order and was told that I did order it. Yet the person I was with said that I ordered what I recalled. The chicken fillet was overcooked, and it was a tasteless burger. The coffee also wasn't what I ordered. I was given a flat white when I ordered a cappuccino. I never order a flat white. Ordered dinner via app, the customer service received was welcoming and helpful from one lovely girl but not the others. Anyway pick up our order, got everything ordered which was good because usually there’s something or things missing or wrong. well except the sauces for our nuggets. All food was cold and burgers dry, nuggets tasted like oil and onion rings burnt well overcooked. Paid the extra for cheese on whoppers and didn’t get cheese on any. We have Probably the worst experience yet, terrible! So disappointed!

Food was tasty enough but the portions were tiny. We ordered the $29.95 family meal and got what amounted to about one large fries in a "share pack" that was intended to feed 4 people. Not sure in what universe that would work. The meal used to be $4 cheaper and came with 4 small fries. They also didn't give us any sauce for our nuggets. This meal was a bit of a rip off and we won't be ordering it again.

iv just had an Uber meal from you guys and you guys not just only got on of my drinks wrong but you also used woolies pancakes I can't see the different between those and the ones in my pantry. And my chi latte was disgusting. Also you guys didn't put my receipt on my bag. Horrible customer service! Had the cashier person slam my change into my hands and gave me a dirty look, went to the next window to pick up the food only to have the other worker hand me my order without the drinks!! She didn’t even bother to listen when I asked her about the drinks! She just walked away I waited there for 3mins just to get someone’s attention and they didn’t even bother. This place makes me sick and I will not be going there again.

Multiple times now I’ve come here, early in the morning, arvo, doesn’t matter. I’ll be the only one there, I’ll order nothing but a Coffee and still I’m forced to wait 10 minutes in the waiting bay, and don’t get me started on when there’s actually CUSTOMERS here! They tell you to park at the Subway & Pizza stores across the road! As they make every customer wait! Absolutely pathetic service, and quite the opposite of ‘Fast Food’.

Filthiest restaurant i have ever been to. There were so many staff but the were all useless there . We were there for 15 minutes trying to place order. A new girl with no support was trying to work things out for herself. Then we witnessed what was possibly the owner stroll in. What an arrogant thing he was..asked if he was the only male there. I was totally disgusted and will never return to your disgusting establishment

The food was reasonably ok for fast food but my gosh the mess. The rubbish bins were full to overflowing, there was only one other family eating but every table was filthy. Have put so many complaints in the app about being sent to the waiting bay when there is no other cars. So annoying and the own is a drop kick who keeps ringing me to be told the same thing over and over. He isn’tvery smart. I have never asked for any free stuff for my complaints and have never received any free stuff. I just want BETTER SERVICE not to be sent to the waiting bay when I'm the only car there.

Usually ok, but the last 4 consecutive uber orders they've missed the ice cream. Called and the manager apologised blah blah, but obviously staff aren't reading the order receipt properly. His response was 'the bins get emptied once a week'........ really, Your happy to have families to come in and change their baby in that environment- With up to a weeks worth of dirty nappies in there. Experience is very bad. This is 6th time 8 months. Never give what we ordered. Today I ordered 2 vegan whooper with chips at $14.60 and get 1 vegan whooper with chips from drive thru. When I parked my car and enter the store then I get other one which paid and didn't get. Very disappointed. Stealing money from customers better than shut door and do other business.

Went through drive thru today, service was terrible, the lady at the window kept on rushing me asking ‘is that it’ and seeming that it was a bother that I was ordering more than three items. I got to the window, and without any greeting she just held the eftpos machine out to me and didn’t say anything. The staff seemed careless about their customers.

Do not ever buy a chicken burger from hungry jacks! I ordered a grilled chicken burger that was completely raw, chewy and pink in the inside luckily I could tell as soon as I took a bite or else I would he severely sick. From reading other reviews this is not the first time this has happened please be careful when buying chicken from here!

Ended up throwing it out. The burger was barely recognisable as one, it was just a mess. It just tasted of oil. The cheese had hardened and congealed after having waited a while for it. The bun wasn't even on the patties, just pushed to the side and soaked through. I know it's fast food, but still, terrible.

Always very clean with oblidging staff. Visit regularly and would highly recommend. Would suggest better control of times as all day Has Browns and burgers sometimes cold. Deal with the chips that build up at rear of fry tray as it makes a clean restaurant look not so. Keep up the good work.

It is my 4th visit to Pakenham Hungry jacks, and I have been disappointed every time. They have not managed to fix there frozen drink machines. The least they can do so is email there manager or boss. Also very rude customer service. Not even eyecontact.

Pretty revolting when you order a burger, get 15 minutes home and find a black hair on your burger! Yuck! After speaking to the manager I was offered a free one on my next visit but I honestly won’t be going back. That’s just disgusting.

brought a spicy fried chicken burger…… the whole burger was uneatable the chicken was stone cold and uncooked and fully raw and a recipe for food poisioning ……..its a pity a couldnt post a photo……. maybe should be reported to the health

The last three times they’ve messed up my order. Went there early in the morning and there were no other customers there but I still waited 10 mins and got no apology. They had 8 staff on and still got my order wrong. Disappointing

Consistently good takeaway food and coffee at the various Hungry Jack's I've visited..This one was open at least,unlike so many other Cafe s in the Pakenham region that day..

The staff in this eatery are really friendly, though better off to be trained with making coffee. As they don't have a designated barista,the consistency is lacking. Interior needs a renovation, if they need a better atmosphere.

This was recently renovated. Without the old and dingy high partitioned seats, the whole place looks bright and welcoming. Please keep it clean - diners and staff. Bought take-away so did not get time to check the washrooms.

Worst hungry jacks I have ever had! Couldn't even eat it. Family was so very disappointed. Food was cold. Not cooked properly wasted our money and time! Never again. The onion in my whopper was huge and tooooo much onion.

Manager tonight around 7:30 needs a good kick to the throat so disrespectful. Hung up on me after asking if there was anyone else higher I could talk to as I had already been waiting for a hour and a half.

Great venue and amazing staff with very good Deals to offer for family and Indeviduals on Menulog Drive through uber eats and even dine in get some flame grilled well cooked burgers and have nice day

Please don’t waste your money here guys, staff is so rude when you will tell them that your order is not properly cooked for which you paid already. Shame on you guys, please do something better.

Gone weird. Not sure if all Hungry Jacks are like this these days. Seems to be no more flame grilled flavour. Burger looked steamed or microwaved. Frozen super market burgers have more flavour.

Orders vegan whopper, gets given animal cheese. Will get violently ill. Staff response, oh well we'll make you another burger next time.

Burgers are slapped together and don't look anything like those advertised. The great flame grilled flavour they once had has disappeared. The instore menus are difficult to navigate.

I had ordered family bundle vegetarian meal tonight asked the girl to upgrade 2 meals and rest two make vegetarian meals as well. via drive through,it was really bad experience

I don't mind Hungry Jacks from time time but this was truly dismal quality. My apologies in saying so, but there's no way this can be considered a half decent burger.

Don't go for breakfast just find a piece of dog poo it will probably taste better and it's free .

Best fast food place. Real cheap, and the burgers are so much bigger than other places. Would recommend if you want to eat lots without spending much.

Lady taking my order kept interrupting midway through. Received the wrong drinks. Bacon inside burger not cooked properly. Chips were fresh at least.

Looks new or renovated. No seating. Bacon deluxe meals were usual good quality. Unimpressed with the new onion rings which were also very oily.
