Today the 10th of December 2020i visites one of your Branches in field street in Durban, Received cooled full welcome by the Lady who was sitting as a receptionist. I greeted her she ignored me i had to greet her again for her to give me a cold "hi" i queried about the Plans she couldnt be boreded as i needed more clarity. What made the matter worse i asked her about the catering how it works she just looked at me. Please do look in to the matter if not ill take it to other

The place is nice and it wasn't crowded. Wanted to downgrade my policy if wanna do that you have to obtain a police affidavit. They must invest heavily on their system because it showed I was 2 months behind payments. They called the head office and turns out my policy was up to date, very unprofessional. Payment method never choose debit order they dont debit on the date that you gave them rather choose dirct deposit or pay at their approved retail stores.

Seems like they provide good services but I was disappointed when I went to enquire about their packages on the 7th of June at isipingo branch.Work has to be done on teaching staff about customer service.She literally refused to verbally explain the packages on the brochure I was given and said "I have the brochure so what further must she explain"

I am told my mom won't released because nonsensical delaying tactic, my didn't die of any Corona related but they don't want to release her body.
