I have been a professional Mac user for 19 years, but like many Mac users I am requiring more and more power than Apple are currently offering, and even if a new Mac Pro was released, based on the current pricing of the iMac Pro, it would likely be out of reach price wise (a hi spec'd iMac Pro is around £12K), so as much as I would like to continue to use Mac's it just does not make financial sense. Because this was such a change (Mac to PC) I wanted to be incredibly sure which ever system I chose and who every I decided would do the build it would need to be as close to an Apple experience as I could get (ie, the machine just works out of the box and if it does not work there would be support to help...) So, after doing around 6 months worth of research which included the option of building the system myself or going to one the large companies HP/Dell to do the build I finally found Inside-Tech. I spec'd an almost top of the range Inside-Tech Mini Workstation (part of my requirements is that it be portable as well as powerful, so a large tower was out of the question) this build included a Threadripper 2990WX 32core CPU, 64GB RAM and 1080ti GPU. Not only was the Inside-Tech system competitively priced, the service I have received so far was close to what would expect from Apple, but with a more personal touch. It would be hard to be more happy with the workstation and I would with out hesitation, happily recommend Inside-Tech to anyone looking for a new PC or doing as I did and going from Mac to PC. I still love using my Mac for less demanding work, and can now remote log in though the MacBook Pro to my Windows box, so it kinda feels like the best of both worlds. And this machine is fast, in real world tests (that I performed while rending old 3d work), it comes out a little over 12 times faster then my Mac! In a years time I will come back and do another review to see how my first year was with a Windows Machine and my experience with Inside-Tech after that time. - I have been using the PC that Inside-Tech made for me, for well over a year now, and it has been flawless. I can not recommend them highly enough. It's been doing plenty of heaving lifting as a render PC and powering through complex simulations on its 32 cores. I expect I will be ordering another in the future!

Looking for a custom PC, go to Inside-Tech :-) Summary I was looking for a custom built PC, very specifically using the Fractal Design North case and some beefy specs. A search provided me with Inside-Tech. I did contemplate the investment a while, since I wanted to buy something powerful and yet not (fully) break the bank. I got what I wanted :-) Order process The website to customize the PC is straightforward. Price listing and order process is efficient and what you would hope for. Build time On the website it says 5-6 working days. It ended up being 10 for my PC. There were some challenges around the timing, but these were resolved in the end (just barely in time). I will not detract from the score, but I do feel that giving a note that is more accurate of the timing, especially when behind would be a big plus. Customer support I did reach out due to delivery timing and longer build time. Customer support was super fast and friendly. As stated above, if the longer build time had been communicated more proactively it would have been outstanding. Still excellent customer support overall. Delivery and packaging Delivery was over the weekend, which usually means overnight is tricky. But enough about that. The packaging was perfect, protecting my new PC excellently. The removal of the foam inside the case was easily done and when done with a bit of care is all good. The PC itself Stellar! As hoped and expected it looks and functions the way I want it to. A beast of a machine and sure to keep me happy for years to come. And it looks absolutely amazing Happy all around and can recommend Inside-Tech

I spent ages searching for a small form factor, high(ish) spec PC but couldn't find anything half decent in any of the well known shops/websites. I eventually happened upon Inside-Tech and I'm so glad I did. Great value for money, plenty of choice and you can customise your choice with a series of drop-down boxes. All very straightforward. I read a lot of reviews that were very positive, many spoke about how good their customer service is so I placed an order. The site said that I could expect to wait around 7-10 days which I thought was fair enough given that I had customised every single option, but it actually arrived in 3 days! Initially I thought that they had missed out the secondary hard drive I'd ordered so I headed to their websites chat feature. It was about 6:30 in the evening so I was expecting to be told they'd get back to me, but I received a prompt reply from someone who was obviously knowledgeable and offered to look at the problem via a remote session. What they told me was enough to make me realise that I needed to assign a drive letter to the 'missing' drive and all was well in around two minutes, so I didn't need the remote session. My job is IT related but I rarely buy hardware and it's always driven me mad when friends ask for advice when buying a new PC as I've never known where to send them, now I'll be telling them to take a look at Inside-Tech before they look anywhere else.

I've never spent so much money on a luxury item before in my life...actually I did end up spending a fortune on my ex-wife but she was far from luxury as it turned out...any hoo...I was a bit of a pain in the whats'it with the guys during the build time but it was only because I wanted my dream gaming PC to be absolutely perfect. Well the RTX4090/i9 13900K monster arrived today and it certainly is perfect, it's maxing out my Samsung Odyssey G7 at 240fps at 1440 in Modern Warfare 2 and that's on "quality" settings not even "performance" and with everything set on "are you mental?"....mind blowing! The guys were extremely helpful during the build process and always replied to my annoying emails super fast, the build quality is excellent and the delivery, packaging etc couldn't be faulted so it's a heartfelt 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you so much guys, now I have to go and deliver my lungs and kidneys to their buyer so I can pay for the beast PC but it'll be worth it. An extremely happy customer.

I bought my computer with their help and advice. Unfortunately I made the cardinal error of allowing a Microsoft savvy individual access to mine. It was a very smoothly done. As soon as I was asked for credit card details I crossed swords with him and refused his request, He then became threatening and blocked my computer. After trying You Tube and Microsoft Helplines without success I contacted Inside-Tech. They were most helpful, sympathetic and friendly, sending me a usb plugin to redress the problem. Not having any success with the USB I was talked through it most pleasantly only to be told that the issue required my Computer to be sent back to them. They have arranged for its collection at their expense and will repair it free of charge. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for their excellent customer service. Five Stars are not enough.

Got nothing but great things to say about Inside Tech. I've always bought from established manufacturers like Dell and Apple but I was after something a bit more bespoke and was most impressed with their easy to use website. I reached out and the team helped me choose a gaming PC via their chat service on their website. Been a while since I've bought a PC and they were more than happy to answer all of my questions and advise me on the best spec for my requirements. After choosing my spec I was able to claim a free copy of a recently released AAA game and within a week or so the PC was with me. Build quality and performance of the system is just as I'd hoped and it came with zero bloatware, just a clean install of Windows 11. I had a few questions about setup and their post sale customer service was equally as excellent. Highly recommended!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say James and James did me a HUGE favour in helping me out of a hole I’d dug myself into. They really went out of their way to help me out when they really didn’t have too! What drew me into calling them about my issue was all the decent reviews they have on Google and when I spoke to them, from start to finish they couldn’t have been more helpful even though what I was asking them to do was not something they normally do. Edit (2022) : The mini desktop I bought from them has been perfect. No complaints whatsoever. Now in the market for a new gaming PC and I didn't even bother looking elsewhere. How many I7 pc's can you fit in your pocket? Personally I can get a couple of these babies in each of mine which makes it incredibly practical. Firstly the specs are fundamental, so with a SSD it's lightweight and fast, making it ideal for work. With the I7 it's rapid response so loads to the main screen in 6 seconds. 8GB of ram if you need it, which you don't to be fair. Graphics card is immense, been watching 4K videos with ease. All in all I can turn any TV with a HD port into a PC i can literally be surfing the web in any place in less than 60 seconds. Imagine carrying a massive pc case around with you, it's not practical and can't do everything on your laptop. This is the future, if I could get shares in this company I would.

Have been looking to build a new PC to replace my now severely outdated laptop, but the more I looked into it I realised I didn't have the confidence to build one from scratch. Emailed the Inside-Tech team with my requirements + budget and Chris got back to me within a few hours with a recommended spec. Did a bit of research on it and looked perfect for what I was after. The site was easy to use, plenty of payment options and what looks to be a quick turnaround on build time. Would highly recommend the team here if you know enough about what you're after, but not sure exactly what the best build is with so many options/combinations out there. Looking forward to getting it set up once it arrives!

Excellent customer service. Edit - The PC came with half of the purchased RAM. I made them aware and they promised to dispatch replacement RAM the next day. It has been over a week and nothing has arrived, I will be unable to collect it now as I'm out of country. I advise everyone to double check their specs after receiving their item. I asked the company if they could build and dispatch the pc earlier than their stated time as I was deploying overseas and needed a small PC to have with me. Due to this, I was reluctant to amend my review but it has been too long without resolution. A very disappointing outcome to what should of been a glowing review. Someone has let the side down.

Ordered the fan less PC as it looked so different to anything else I had seen. Build and delivery time were as stated, and the product arrived when it was expected. Pulled it out the box and even better in real life that on the website. Plugged everything in and.....nothing. I called customer service straight away who took a message and said someone would come straight back to me, which they did. "Don't worry, we will talk you through everything and get you up and running". This call took less than 2 mins (issue was HDMI connection to motherboard instead of graphics card so a bit of a user error) and all sorted. The PC is fantastic, service was great.

This review is following one I left four years ago when I approached Inside-Tech to build me a bespoke system for my trading. They listed my requirements and came up with a top of the range system for me, their quote was half what other companies had quoted me. I gave the go ahead for the system to be built and its been 4 years now with no issue with my desktop. It works efficiently, fast, flawless and I haven't had any problems with any part, their customer service is 5 star and always ready to help, this is the best investment so far on a computer and its all down to Inside-Tech's honesty and professionalism.

I suffer from misophonia, (noise like computer fans or just a bit of a hum drives me mad!), so in 2018 asked Inside-Tech for a recommendation for a totally silent PC powerful enough for IT development work. They were very responsive and I have been extremely happy with what they sent me. So much so that now it is time to upgrade, I have ordered again. Inside-Tech also ships to EU countries. One little ask would be to put more specification info on product webpages such as exactly what input/output ports machines have - I got the info I wanted but had to ask.

I confidently ordered a PC build today from Inside-Tech after a couple of really helpful chats with James via the website. It's clear that they know what they're doing, are experts in and users of the products they sell, and are much more about patiently listening, advising, and answering questions about the best setup for each customer than making a hard sell like some other places. Being able to discuss the ins-and-outs of components with someone who really knows their stuff – rather than an anonymous 'agent' – makes all the difference.

Had a good browse around the well organised and informative website. Made my decision on casing and the configured up my options for memory and storage and extras. Easy to order and use the PayPal 3 months Credit option (so it doesn't hurt too much). Thanks. Built and configured and delivered via DPD and opted for a timed delivery. Arrived and set up on my desk with 2 monitors + external CD + HDD. Transferred all my data from old computer. Opted for Windows 11 and this is taking some time to get used to but worth the effort so far.

Easy to use website, very helpful and responsive to queries, even suggesting a more optimal solution to meet my needs, i.e. getter a better balance between system components. I've had the PC for a week now and am very pleased with it - Core i9 13900KF and RTX 470. Makes processing video a breeze - I don't have to go and cook a dinner while I wait now. Although highly impressive visually, I do believe early USB disk compatibility problems (2016 vintage) were down to the Corsair iCube software - modern disk interfaces work fine.

Recently bought an i7 machine after a useful pre-sales chat. PC arrived well packed and delivered as per instructions. A slight issue with a part needing reseating (probably due to shipping handlers) was quickly diagnosed and all's fine. I can highly recommend Inside-Tech. A compact computer which can easily fit on a desktop if so desired. An impressive feature is that it is absolutely quiet because it has no moving parts such as discs or fans. It is quite powerful enough for any normal processing. I am not a gamer so I cannot comment on its gaming prowess.
