In order to post this review I had to give one star to this place, however I wouldn't even give that. The customer service is appalling. I have once ordered half and half pizza, and got no topics on one of the half's, just plain cheese. When I phoned them to tell them of the mistake, a staff member told me that they are too busy to correct the mistake, but he will put a note on the system so next time with my order they will add fries or salad for free, which I happily accepted. However next time when I ordered a pizza and made them aware of the mistake from last time, they told me there is no note and no such thing happened. And was told by so called manager that is a matter of principle not to honour the agreed deal made by a member of staff. I think that says it all about how much they value their customers. Not even considering the fact that most of their delivery time is about 40-45 mins and I only live down the road.

The other night, my bassist and me found ourselves STARVING after an exciting evening of onche-onche onduleying. This is when we found Pizza Time to come to our rescue! They delivered us some really decent pizza, and some excellent potato wedges. The jalapenos exploded. They still tasted like jalapenos. The delivery driver sang us a little halloween song on arrival and I thought he looked very smart. He said he had loads of deliveries but came to our house in priority. After we ate all the pizza, potato wedges and jalapenos, Pizza Time called me to make sure everything was okay with the meal. I still had food in my mouth when I replied but thought, what a delicate attention. Will 100% come back. Thank you pizza time!!

Decent enough Pizza BUT Bad Service - The people that run this place don't seem to have ever been taught the 80 / 20 rule - That 80% of your repeat business will come from 20% of your customers. If you treat customers well they will keep coming back. My father who is in his 70's and starting to lose his memory - used to make a special trip to buy their pizza on a Monday because it's cheaper - by mistake he gets his days mixed up and they insist on the full price. He's been going there for years - Not exactly great customer service on their part for such an elderly customer who makes a special trip to go buy from them.

Before I post a comment, I would like to say that it used to be very good and tasty but my recent experience was horrible. Staff was rude (he made a joke to put my head in the oven but than apologised) when I asked him to hurry up. Unhelpful and proud staff do not recommend. I think they should work on the following: 1) Cheese was enough to swim through (so put less cheese) 2) Need a microscope to find the meat on the pizzas (if you can't afford to run a £5 deal than do not run and do not cut corners. AVOID. Went in to give some business because it was empty and their board says £5.99 for a large Doner. When I went to pay, he charged me the delivery price £7.99 claiming it was a lunch price (even though it doesn't say that anywhere inside). I gave him a chance and told him and said I'll pay the £8 if they really want. He ignored my objections, not admitting to their fault and said goodbye. Won't be going back to support this muslim brother sadly

A lot of bad reviews here but my pizza was genuinely delicious. Great value for money, buy one get one free on UberEats and the pizza was cheesy and deep pan exactly how I like it. No complaints and I was very satisfied.

I ordered this from Just Eat and I am genuinely horrified by the quality of the food. I ordered a hot dog, chips and drink and ribs. The only thing they had right was the canned drink (not the drink I ordered but acceptable). The hot dog isn't really be classed as a hot dog. More like a cocktail sausage in a roll. The chips came soggy/uncooked and the ribs were mostly fat.

Order a pepperoni pizza , it was burnt and when i ask for replacement they said we don’t bake pizza the machine does.So I just return it because my kids had their first bite and they didn’t like it at all.The people have no decsencey and instead the blame the oven.I left the place without getting my money back . NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! They don’t deserve even 1 star

Worst service and a very burnt pizza, upon asking, he said this is how we make. He is so arrogant and rude. He forces to pay cash only. This shop needs to be checked by the council. Hopefully it is a straight business.

Food was cold by the time it was delivered even though we are based 5 min up the road. Driver could not find the address but didn't have the initiative to call and ask for directions. Secondly toppings seemed as though were put by a child from a nursery as no constancy how they were placed. Avoid if you can many of pizza shops around never again here!!!

I went here on Saturday night, I was charged £1 a tiny pot of dip when they’re clearly 50p each but he lied and said they are very big pots, then made out he was doing me a favour by giving me one for free, the pizza was terrible, hardly any topping, I will never be going here again £29 spent for absolutely nothing. Shocking

Very dishonest and poor quality food! They have different prices online, in store leaflets, and the shop board lol All have different pricing so they argue always and charge wrong amount. This is the new management which charge £3.99 for 3 potato skins, and they tasted as is fried more than once. Must avoid at all costs

They charge £1 extra for topping than give about 7 pieces of it on a pizza, ordered a tandoori chicken pizza and there was hardly any chicken.. Customer service there isn't great, the pizza tastes odd and funny and they're very stingy about the sauce they give. I won't be buying from them again...

This is the worst pizza I had ever. The customer service is awful and they even wanted to charge for ketch up and I asked the prices he simply said to check the menu. Pizza was very thin and cannot locate the toppings and please avoid this place as there are many good take away in the vicinity....

Used to be very good but the magic has faded. Good place for a decent pizza but quality of service has declined - have received wrong orders and some terrible pizzas, though on the whole usually okay with nice staff. Used to be a regular but now unlikely to use again.

Asked for a medium pizza and was told it's buy one get one free for 7.99 so I was like great! But check out the size of medium. I really wonder what small is. Disappointed with my purchase and will not go again. Although pizza was nice, I feel scammed a bit.

5 star experience.This Pizza place is great value for the tastiest fresh Pizzas locally.Also recommend their other dishes which are all equally good. Aso the service is also always of the highest standard. You will not be dissapointed so give them a try.

I've been going to this place for almost 15 years since my school days. The pizzas are always on point and taste great every time, toppings are generous. The prices are very reasonable too (£7.99 for an extra large pizza, £5.00 on Monday's)

Pizza was supposed to be medium size but it was mini size, which is a scam. Although this disappointment, pizza was really tasty.
