If I could give this establishment no stars I would. This by far is the most unprofessional, rude and quite frankly an embarrassment to the community!!!! First I had come across this establishment from a friend who had said Ivan Rueda is a great attorney but he had warned me that the front desk was rude never did he prepare me for the kind of unprofessional unethical trash that is employed at this establishment as a Latino I am embarrassed of this type of business the older women who attended the fron desk had a person in front of me I stepped to the hallway do to my phone ringing and I did not want to disrupt the office. I can clearly hear the woman screaming in Spanish saying she hated this place saying things about other employees granted I had been warned about her but did not expect this kind of unprofessional environment I left because quite honestly if Ivan Rueda has this type of person employed this speaks volumes of the type of business he runs. I went to a firm down the block who was amazing and when I told them my experience at Ruedas office they mentioned that a few of their clients have come from Ruedas office due to the same unprofessional manner of this woman

I’m sorry and I dont Mean to be rude but honestly I wouldnt go here unless you want your hopes crushed by “supposed to be” lawyers. My father had a serious case and we all had hopes because our lawyer Jorge had said we had a high chance of winning, that nothing won’t happen to my dad.... now my dad is known as a “criminal” when he’s not. Now we have nothing because we gave literally EVERYTHING we saved up for to this lawyer so he could lie, be on his phone, sound like he’s a hot shot that’s going to win but stutters and loses in front of our faces... he was kind but not lawyer material I’m sorry. I wouldnt recommend going here at all. Get someone who WILL win your cases and actually hear you out and understand .

I had never required legal services since however there is a first time for everything, facing an agravated DUI I had no clue where to even start especially with all the different law firms floading my mail box everyday and impressed by the fowordness and simplicity of their letter I arrived at their doorstep. The staff is very welcoming and don't mind explaining something over a hundred times. Long story short with there help and Luisi law group my DUI was reduced to a reckless driving. I recommend them for any legal problems you might be facing.
