Jjill is a wonderful store and on line too! Quality fabric and workmanship. Always I can find new items in tasteful styles and designs that will fit no matter what my body quirks are. If they are out of stock in a size it's quick fix to order to meet the need. Returns no problem. Refreshing. Helpful kind staff quick to help and watchful to step up to any chore.
My first stop ever in the J.Jill store at the Fashion Mall. I was helped by Kelsey, the manager. What a wonderful woman and a great salesperson!!! I had no intention of purchasing anything but things didn’t work out that way. I got great prices ( clearance sales) on three beautiful tops and a skirt. I will definitely return to this store!!

My review of clothing purchases is five stars. However, they need to stop using Comenity bank. If I could give Comenity a Google review it would be a 0. They are losing sales from me because of Comenity.
Nice selection of clothes. Variety of sizes to fit most people. Clothes appear to be made well which is difficult to find . Very happy with my purchases.
Everyone was so nice today. It's Christmas, and stores are busy, but cashiers we're helpful, efficient, and pleasant.
