Went to the store around 20 to 30 min before the store was closing. Even thought I was allready in i was being rushed as the stuff was preparing to close. Because of that I was sold a foulty pair of trainers which must have been returned to them . Paid full price. Did not see that it was foulty because of what i stated in the first line. When i came back second day to return them, the manager said that he will not take them back as they have been allready worn even thought i have perfectly explained the situation and i had my recipt with the date and time on it. Instead of recieving appolgies and appropriate customer service he has looked me as if i was trying to scam him and when i started complaining he has changed his tone to very unpleaent and sugested i should leave. I felt unhappy and in danger as well shocked that a person that is a store manager does not care about customers experiance at all. Very unplesant guy, should work as a security guard at most in my opinion. His intimidating skills would match that perfectly.

When I walked in I was greeted by a black fellow named Shaquindle, he asked me if I needed help with anything which was nice but then he tried offering me heroine I was reluctant and kept saying no but he tried stuffing it in my mouth and his co workers where chanting 'go on get that Pakistani' when I wasn't even Pakistani. Now feeling violated I proceeded to exit the store but they closed the door on me and locked me in and demanded me to take off my clothes, I tried to run to the fire exit but Shaquindle's co worker Percy pulled me back and tried undressing me, although i was violated i kind of enjoyed it as his soft hands caressed my inner thighs. I love this shop Customer service was excellent and I recommend it to everyone. David James

Very good customer service given for my 10 year old son with very wide feet and wanting his first pair of grown up trainers - sachon apologies if I have spelt the name incorrectly gave excellent customer service and spent so much time with me in store and even showed me how to clean the trainers with the special spray thank you so much! Unfortunately I’ve had to give JD sports one star to leave a rating but I think they deserve zero stars as the manager in the Sutton store would not exchange a pair of trainers my partner had bought me the day before for one size smaller. His reasoning was refunds and exchanges do not apply as the item was reduced in price. Total idiot

Been to this shop many times,aladdings cave of stock not just sports cloths but also many other sporting items such as sports shoes Golf equipment, Tennis Rackets to just name a few, the staff are usually very helpful if I have a major complaint it's only a minor one the shop in Sutton is always to hot if your in there a long time.

I went there on several occasions, young staff are very helpful but the manager’s attitude is always very dismissive. I didn’t buy anything, he didn’t even acknowledge when I was talking to him. I went to Sport Direct and bought a pair of Adidas boots there for my son, staff there was very pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely no effort to deliver standard customer service, waited ages for a pair of shoes even when the shop was empty. Not a smile could be seen between the staff. Everyone was so sloowwww.. No sense of urgency to prevent customers from waiting in the que. Felt like I was in a scene from The Walking Dead.

Went to the sutton store for the first time today on 24th June a Sunday. Closed due to lack of staff. So many good people who would love a job but the people who get employed and especially the youngsters pick and choose their days to work. JD sports wake up and employ people who can be bothered.

A good selection of sports clothes and shoes. The shop is conveniently located on the high street which is traffic free. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I didn't like the layout upstairs as it looks like a long corridor. I was shopping for Xmas presents but didn't see anything that I liked.

I was looking for a pair of trainers to my son today, but was completely ignored for one of the staff. Did answered properly my question also said there was nothing what I was asking for. Very rude! Very disappointed

Unfortunately it was poor customer service for me and the shop made me feel like a thief by not letting me take the shoes to the cashier and asking me to show my receipt on my way out. You might want to work on that.

I was served by Pablo who helped me return an item that was one day over the return period. Really really helpful! Sorry for the stress caused!! Helped me when he didn’t have to!!! Very happy customer! I’ll be back!

The shop itself I found was a bit tight to browse around. I have no problem with other people buying from this shop, my personal side is very expensive items. But otherwise very tidy and well organised.

The staff was so friendly an chatty the man that served us was so helpful a really great experience tbh I was shocked at how helpful an friendly the was wish more shops where like JD Sports Sutton

Tried to return trainers I wore once (perfect condition) sales assistant refused and told me there was nothing I could do. Sales assistant was kind of rude and didn't really try to engage with me.

Great shop for all named brand trainers & tracksuits good selection & price range for all adult & children's sportswear look out for some brilliant bargains on their sale racks.

Bloody useless. Not even the most basic of customer service skills are present with these staff. Bunch of tards if you ask me. I think I'm being pretty kind tbh!

Shop is far too small, was told they had my size only to wait around for 20 mins to be told they dont. Service very slow and no one seems to know what's going on

Absolutely useless when getting click and collects - wrong orders given to me on multiple occasions. Just pay the delivery charge - staff don’t have a scooby
