I bought a pair of crocs from this place for my wife for Christmas in November. They were like 60$. I bought the wrong size so me and my wife went to return or exchange them. Upon returning the item with the cashier some midget walks over and grabs the crocs and starts Examining the shoes two inch’s from his eyeballs like me and my wife are trying to return fake 60 dollars slippers lol. I asked my wife If he needed a magnifying glass to finish his investigation. Than he grabs the receipt and says that it’s past the 45 day policy for returns. We were just trying to exchange them not return them dummy but you didn’t even ask me that. The Associates there a very unprofessional, rap music blaring your ear drums out and people just sitting around talking to each other not helping anybody. A bunch a high school drop outs who make minimum wage a little 60 dollar pair of shoes lol. Obviously this dude had a problem with my skin tone. I will never bring my family back to this store.

3 weeks ago I came to this location to price some shoes for later shopping. I had amazing service from a young woman who was happy to help me, even made some good recommendations. I told her I would be back to see if they had the shoes in stock at a later time. Fast forward to today when I was going to do my shoe shopping and I recieved absolutely horrid service. The two young men in grey hoodies that were in the store completely ignored me from the moment I walked into the store. They kept looking over at me like they were expecting me to steal something when all i wanted was some service to help me find the shoes I was looking for. I probably spent about 15 to 20 minutes as the only person in the store and after that I just gave up and decided to go elsewhere. I am not sure if I will revisit this location again because of this.

I have been a fan of this store for many years, but today was so awful and disappointing. They were many employees just standing around and not willing to help, not a single employed came by to assist, when I asked for assistance they stared at each other, something like I don't want to help them. When they finally decided to help they did it with attitude like I was interrupting their day. I am definitely spending my money elsewhere.

Ok. I'll preface this by saying we didn't end up buying anything here because they didn't have the shoes my son wanted in his size. They still get 5 stars because the employee that assisted us was patient and helpful for the process of sorting out what size shoes my son likely needed as it turns out the ones he swore fit him properly are actually 2 sizes too big. But that's a different post for a different time.

Great selection of merchandise, active & sports wear for all your typical sizes. Layout is open and very easy to shop through, staff is readily available to help if you need anything. Granted, I visited a bit late but there were 3 staff on duty. Unfortunately, they did not have the specific sizes I wanted but it won't deter me from coming back again.

I was just in the Finish Line at Coronado Mall Albuquerque, NM location and walked around for 15 minutes with no greet, no checking in to see if I wanted help and was the only customer in the store with TWO associates in the store. I was completely ignored and decided to leave to get the shoes I wanted from another store. I will not shop here again.

They were short staffed for a Friday night and the worker refused to help me. I had to hunt him down after watching him pass me and my daughter several times. After I asked if they had a certain size he said I'll see. Came back with other shoes and continued to pass me while knowing I was there. Very rude and unexpected from my favorite shoe spot.

Girl that helped me with the lip piercings should not have a job there. Pretty sure my shoes were on sale but was unsure. She was not very helpful at all with checking if they were on sale. Seemed like she was more intent on selling the item at full price regardless of what the actual cost was. Everyone else was friendly and helpful

I came to buy shoes on 03/06/2019 at around 6pm. I asked questions too two younger males age with short hair both horrible customer service and did not help at all. They looked miserable working there. Never coming back the Finish Line location at Cottonwood Mall.

There was a young lady that helped me buy two pairs of Jordans. Thank you for asking me if I needed help. She did an amazing job. I will come in and shop with her again. Too bad I can't tip her. Or she can't make a commission. She deserves a raise.

The app sucks but the store is really good The staff is really helpful I had a pair of shoes that were brand new that were damaged after wearing them one time they replaced them no problem.

The manager is unprofessional I’ll never shop there again. I bought shoes and he said he wouldn’t return them because they were used. They were not. They must have sold them used

The guys there were helpful in measuring the feet and found the right shoe at the right size. They had a good selection and sold Crep and Jason Markk next to microfiber cloths.

Excellent customer service from Alonzo and they have so many styles and Brands to choose from. Alonso wears many of the shoes they carry so he seems to know a lot about them

Finishline has a large selection of shoes at s good price in my opinion. The employees don't have much product knowledge but overall I like finishline.

Attentive staff. They did not have what I wanted in stock but we're very quick to order it for me. I should receive my items in two to three days.

I went in to find some running shoes but they no longer carry my brand. The employee was knowledgeable and told me where to go.

My favorite place to buy Jordan's!!!! Those people are so patient with my children. I wanted to tip them!!!!

Walked into the store today, the employees were to busy talking to help me out. I definitely won’t be back.
