This was a totally bad experience that cost me over $211 my advice to anyone using jwj is ask plenty of questions and don't just drop your equipment off. Update 01/012023 I purchased a new laptop from jwj about 2 months ago 62 days after I purchased the computer the computer went out. Took the laptop back to them they said they would honor the warranty ( on parts ) then surprisingly enough they said it was a software issue Supposably they installed new software. Now after 2 weeks and 1 day later the laptop has died again that is after paying another $70 to get it repaired I asked for a warranty and they wouldn't give me one My advice to any person reading this review do not under any circumstances take a computer laptop cell phone or any electronic device to this company because it may not come back working properly

I was searching for a desktop, so I could use it for personal/part-time remote jobs. I went in with a list of specifications that needed the desktop to include, and they were so nice and patient. They had a variety of options I was so happy, I was about to spend more than $600 on just a PC w/o a monitor/keyboard/ mouse at a big-box store(s). They tested the monitors, and turned it on to make sure everything looked/worked good. Extremely affordable, I purchased a whole set that included a huge Dell monitor, they also added a keyboard and mouse all right under $200! I am very happy to find this place, and this business will forever be go-to for any computer needs! Thank you so much yall! A special shout-out to (Leilani) I believe was her name, she was an angel!!

I had a wonderful experience at this place. Had issues with Installing windows 10 on a newly built PC. I spoke to very nice women on the phone who said to call in the afternoon for the tech. An older gentleman answered and i was told to bring in the PC, they would be able to fix the issue by Monday(this occurred Friday) to my surprise, they called me back an hour and a half later The same day to say my PC was finished. They do fantastic work and I highly recommend them for any computer or electronic related needs you may have. Everyone in the store was super friendly and respectful. Will gladly do business again. Only regret was not being able to shake hands with anyone because of the pandemic. Very professional atmosphere

I've bought several computers from them over the years. Recently bought an 2018 HP EliteDesk 800 Gen4 Intel i5 800 Gen4 with Win11 Home system from them. It had a problem and they replaced it with a similar EliteDesk 800 Gen4 but upgraded it to an Intel i7 800 Gen4 Win11 Pro system! Their used computer prices are very competitive when compared to online sites, and will work with you to make you happy. Thank you Walt & to "B" for the great service. Joe P.S. I wanted to add my old DVI monitor to this system, and Walt found me a DVI to DisplayPort connector and didn't charge me for it. Thanks Walt. I will come back.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a laptop from here. I bought a laptop from here and the first day that I used it, I realized that it was hacked. Someone had access to it and was able to navigate. I recorded a video of it. The company was made aware of this and they said that it isn’t their problem. You should never resale things to people without being certain that it is in good condition. On top of that, you can’t get 100% of your money back. They keep 20% of your money even if the issue isn’t your fault. You will be better off buying a laptop from reputable companies. Even if it cost more.

I needed a basic laptop to use with my voiceover equipment. This place had a refurbished one with a full terrabyte of RAM, full Windows 10 system with current MS Office software, and built-in camera. I would’ve paid nearly a grand for such a thing brand new elsewhere...here? $169.00 for about 4 times the features I need! They even called me a couple hours later to ask how I liked it and tell me they forgot to give me a free mouse to go with it. If you need a good deal on a laptop fast, go see these guys!

This is my new favorite go-to for all my computer needs. The staff is awesome and truly seeks to understand their customer's needs. Also, they have incredible deals on name-brand products! I can't speak for the previous reviewer, but a simple reformatting would have fixed the problem. This is now my go-to source for cables, power supplies, extra monitors and more. I live in Arlington, and it's completely worth the drive!

I enjoy going here because of many reasons. The store has been in it's current location for over 20 years. The owner Walt works at the store with his employees. He is very knowledgeable, fair, and down to earth. I've purchased 4 Nice used TVs there that they repaired and owner never picked up. Got a steal. I already did a Yelp review but I consider this a public service announcement. Go to JWJ Electronics, they’re inexpensive, friendly, fast, and experienced. Having your computer break is just a terrible experience but these guys don’t take advantage and give you a more than fair price for excellent work. I’ll definitelg be returning and referring others.

I got my macbook pro fixed here. The price was very reasonable and they patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I took a walk around their store and they had what seemed like used desktop sets and laptops at very reasonable prices 150-250. If I had to fix any electronics or purchase a new computer this is the place that I would go.

Great place to get your electronics or get something fixed; I bought an iMac which works perfectly. I had an issue with the screen of a Macbook Pro that I have and they were able to fix it at a reasonable price then it stopped working but they were able to replace it for free

We found charging cables for a couple of old laptops. This shop has excellent selection of old and some new computer parts and refurbished computers and laptops. Great prices and service, they can repair almost anything. This is a jewel of a store. Love it.

These people are very very good at satisfying the customer. They are not some organization where their main concern is the amount of money that can get from you. They are always looking out for your tech needs and want to help as much as they can.

These guys are so nice and USUALLY have what you’re looking for. They don’t have some crazy mark up on cables like other places do. They were my COVID saviors as everything was sold out everywhere.

Visiting this store was a complete waste of time. I dropped off a chromebook, they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it, and then charged me $25 for them to tell me that. What a rip off!
